No me gustó tener que dar un horario para desayunar y el zumo de naranja de bote , en un hotel así no me lo esperaba, y que para todo tienes que ir a recepción, que si las toallas , que si la llave magnética para habría, deja las toallas... se pierde mucho tiempo por que claro siempre hay gente en recepción, la mujer rubia con gafas es muy agradable ,

We made a group booking and found out two weeks before arrival that there would be no beauty or massage therapists on site for our stay . We were really disappointed. The service at the restaurant was appalling : meals arriving at different times ( main guest waited at least thirty minutes for an entree once everyone else had been served ). By the time we had all eaten our mains the kitchen had essentially closed and some desserts were unavailable. The food was good : no complaints there . The waiter was poorly trained and couldn’t manage our group of 9 : he remained polite and respectful so we all felt sorry for him . Our table was upstairs, away from other diners, with no music or ambiance. We were not a rowdy group ( all women late 50’s plus ) celebrating a special event and were extremely disappointed.

El gimnasio, esta en una habitacion enfrente del spa y esta a la misma tenperatura que el propio spa. Hay tan solo 2 maquinas y es un espacio muy reducido

Todo las instalaciones , el paísaje con el lago y los patos unas vistas preciosas desde la habitación , y las piscinas con el jacuzzi la entrada miy acogedora ,las habitaciones nos encanto .Y el desayuno buenismo !!

Habitació molt àmplia, lluminosa i neta amb una terrassa amb bones vistes al jardí. Personal de recepció atent i amable. Esmorzar bo i variat amb la possibilitat de prendre'l a les taules exterior del jardí. Aparcament inclòs i amb moltes places. En aquesta ocasió no vaig anar al restaurant que hi ha a la masia annexa però hi he dinat en el passat: l'espai, el servei i el menjar són excepcionals. Molt recomanable.

Trobo que pel preu pagat per l'habitació una hora d'spa per estada podria estar inclosa i qui vulgui més estona o sessions que pagui el suplement de 18€

The staff in the breakfast room where great. Marc was the best , very helpful. And the reception staff and the restaurant at the Masía very profesional. The download was when the restaurant was close we had dinner at the bar. A table of 10. Only 2 waiters for all the guest by the time we had our diner drinks were brought to us. How is August you don’t have enough staff to care for your guest when you have the hotel full?

Faciliteiten, accommodatie, kamers met balkon, zwembaden en omgeving (ruime gratis parkeergelegenheid), flexibiliteit van personeel.

De tuin rondom het gebouw

Het restaurant was gesloten. Onderbezetting qua personeel, 3/4 uur moeten wachten op een simpel drankje, kalkresten in het bad. Beschadigingen in kamer en badkamer, schimmel in de kitnaden. Begrijp niets van alle positieve beoordelingen. Dit terwijl ik graag positieve reviews schrijf. Prijs kwaliteit is ook zoek!

Hotel perfecto para descansar y relajarte en pareja, gracias al spa, las vistas de la habitación al lago, los espacios exteriores con césped natural y las piscinas. Todo genial! El desayuno muy bien, había bastante variedad. Personal muy amable, nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora prevista, hecho que agradecimos!

Lo único malo, es que el fin de semana si quieres cenar solo puedes hacerlo en la Masia. No tienes otras opciones. Nos fuimos al pueblo de Santa Coloma de Farners, pero lo cierto es que no nos gustó demasiado. Nos costó encontrar un sitio decente donde poder cenar.

La ducha resvala y las instalaciones deben mejorar para mantener las estrellas que dicen y mejorar servicior bar y atención.

El control con el uso de las toallas un poco excesivo.

Habitación muy amplia con gran terraza y vistas a la laguna. Área de piscinas con mucha hierba con tumbonas, sombras, sillas y mesas para comer. Muy agradable Desayuno completo

En otros alojamientos nos permiten disfrutar de las instalaciones el día de salida. Aquí solo pudimos hasta las 14 h.

Le restaurant. Le cadre est très agréable mais la carte est assez chère et les desserts ne sont vraiment pas bons.

The pool area and the grounds were lovely, very clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. The room was a good size with private terrace.

We had to throw food away as the fridge in the room is not on a separate circuit - when you go out and remove your key card it turns the fridge off too! No drink making facility in the room either. The mattress and pillows were really hard so didn't sleep well. The restaurant on site looked pretty but so expensive we didn't eat there. Location - nothing nearby to walk to and the nearest town was a bit depressing. The bathroom door was glass, although frosted there was no privacy. Netflix was disabled on the TV and with nowhere to go in the evening it would have been nice to be able to relax with a film.

L' hotel ha superat les nostres espectatives. El tracte del personal de recepció, del restaurant, de l'spa i la piscina ha estat un 10. Per amabilitat i simpatia. Hem fet un parell de canvis en horaris i han estat molt compresius i flexibles. Les instal·lacions són molt còmodes, són molt noves i fetes amb molt bon gust estètic. L'Spa és petit però molt ben aprofitat, amb molts espais i com que et donen horari d'accés sempre tens sensació de tranquilitat.

L'unic "però" que té l'hotel és el seu gimnàs, és petit i els falta una mica de material, però per un cap de setmana de relax ni cal.

es un hotel MUY BASICO para ser un 4 estrellas, y ademas la rlacion precio-servicios es muy mala, es muy caro para lo que dan, en la habitacion no habia nada de servicios comunes de 4 estrellas ( ejemplo, mini bar, cafetera, copas, vasos, las toallas eran mas o menos) no tiene telefono, por lo cual para comunicarte con la recpecion es desde tu celular .. y cuando llamas a recepcion para pedir algo te dicen que ellos no saben mucho de las habitaicones, al reclamar a la salida, nos dijeron " es que es una prueba que estamos haciendo para ver como va" pues en nivel de precios no estan haciendo ninguna rebaja y al menos deberona indicar que es una prueba piloto para asi cada uno saber si quiere elegir probar o no (este mesnaje es para la gente de Booking tambien)- en terminos generales, atencion y servicio mal.

Tout était incroyable, l’endroit est vraiment reposant, et on ne s’ennuie pas pour autant, grande piscine, terrains de tennis, paddle, spa… les chambres avec le balcon et la vue imprenable sur le domaine, tout était parfait

Que faltaba un toallero para la toalla de las manos y algun colgador más para la toalla de la ducha

El personal muy amable, el hotel precioso y muy limpio. Las piscinas geniales también y el entorno fantástico.

Había una fiesta de revelación del sexo de un bebé y justo se hacía delante de la habitación que tenía su terracita que daba al jardín, todo el rato pasaba gente por delante y hacían mucho ruido por lo que la privacidad y la tranquilidad que buscábamos se esfumó.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist ganz ausgezeichnet, besonders empfehlenswert: das Gourmet "Menú Farners" mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Service war auch prima. Das Hotel hat drei Schwimmbecken, Tennisplätze und schöne, gepflegte Aussenanlagen. Der nahe gelegene Wald mit einer Quelle ist für einen Spaziergang empfehlenswert.

Früher konnte man Fahrräder im Hotel leihen, was leider abgeschafft wurde.

Room was clean and tidy. Staff were excellent.

The hotel was fine with nice rooms and a small, but somewhat crowded spa. But it was the dining situation which was most haphazard and lacking. Firstly there was no restaurant available other than than one in a separate building that stated ‘A place for gormets’ - great we thought; however, when I hear the word gormet banded about by restaurants I sometimes worry that it is a miss used term often used as an excuse for delivering average food of minimal portions for high prices. Well the restaurant at Mas Solà certainly lived up to that interpretation. The dining room was really lovely, the young lady and the Italian waiter were very good indeed and couldn’t be faulted, but I’m afraid the food we had at there was to be found wanting. We had for better food on our trip numerous times in most tapas bars and restaurant and of a quantity and quality far exceeding this restaurant. If they had served any less portions it could have been described as microscopic or maybe it was a place for people undergoing weight loss treatment ! Why these ridiculously minimal portions coupled with these prices. By all means charge a little more but present better more realistic portions. They also need to have a better more balanced Menu - in my opinion rather poor. The restaurant except those two staff members lets the hotel down terribly. Yes, you pay extra for good service and environment, and I certainly don’t mind paying for excellent food, but Mas Solà are really having a laugh. They also need a second restaurant as an alternative rather than this one being the only one available on some days. I very rarely give bad reviews regarding food but sometimes you need to tell companies it’s not about making money it’s about giving the customer quality and sensible quantity food. Especially when you use the term Gormet. Written as my personal opinion without prejudice or bias as a guidance and review.

Exteriores maravillosos. No pudimos usar la piscina ya que fuimos fuera de temporada. La habitación está muy bien insonorizada (recordemos que el hotel se encuentra a pie de carretera).

La zona del desayuno es muy pequeña y el desayuno como tal considero que habría que mejorarlo teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de 4 estrellas.

L'esmorzar és espectacular. Vaig demanar pa sense gluten i ràpidament i sense fer-te sentir malament van torrar a dins pa i em van donar magdalena. Jo ho valoro molt. Bones instal.lacions i bones vistes de l'habitació. Rapidesa per part del sereno a les 5:00 del mati quan el veí va obrir la tele molt molt forta i no es podia dormir, per anar a dir-li que apagués la tele. Ho valoro molt. Bon ambient i encara que sigui separat del poble val la pena per la resta de serveis que té, com l'spa. Molta amabilitat per part de la recepcionista que quan vas a l'spa et donen una tovallola gratis més de les que tens. Tens sabatilles per llogar per anar a spa. Molt fàcil tot. Gràcies! Vaig anar fa 14 anys i està igual de confortable.

Territory was perfect, with good weather nice to have a walk with a small kid. Many ducks live on the terriroty. The restaurants for lunch and dinner are very good – I especially liked the tartare. Also they allow dogs, it's a gamechanger, we definetly want to return.

Breakfast is on the level of 2-3 stars hotel. There were no greens at all, just tomatoes. This is a popular situation in Spain and Catalonia - but it does not reflect the international need - people all over the world eat greens and vegetables for breakfast - it is hard without them. The pastries were well-stocked, and the hot dishes included scrambled eggs and fried eggs, along with a very limited selection of accompaniments – fried vegetables, ham, and a couple of types of sausages and cheese. A hotel at this price should have fish (salmon), and the juice selection should be significantly better. They should install a fresh-squeezed orange juice machine; it was disappointing. The menu needs some work.

La tranquildad...estar rodeada de campo, árboles y el canto de los pájaros...un lugar exclusivo para el descanso y el relax ..y el pequeño spa super bonito....sin duda volveremos

Lo que me gustó más fue el lugar que era un remanso de paz para desconectar que era lo que necesitábamos, también la amabilidad de las dos recepcionistas del sábado por la tarde, muy atentas y profesionales.

Lo único que puedo decir, es la sorpresa ante la tasa turística, al ser una cantidad bastante irrisoria el hecho que no se incluya en el precio de la habitación... Me parece innecesario el sobresalto antes de irme del hotel y además ante mi sorpresa y preguntar al recepcionista éste no supo explicármelo bien, igualmente creo que se debería avisar de esto al llegar al hotel y no encontrártelo al salir porque creo que queda muy mal.

Nos gustó la ubicación, muy tranquilo y en un entorno natural. El personal muy atento y la habitación muy correcta. Cama grande y muy cómoda. Desayuno muy bueno. Masajes excelentes y muy recomendables.

Quizás faltaba algo más de luz en el baño.
