Reviewed Aug 7, 2026I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and was very happy with the location, it is 1 minute from a huge shopping mall "Emsphere" and 5 minutes to the BTS station. The price I thought was really reasonable and the staff are all very cheerful and helpful... I would like to say a special thanks to the 2 ladies who work in the morning breakfast buffet, thay are always very happy and cheerful which brightens up the day... Overall I will definitely stay here again and recommend.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The bed was comfortable and the room contained all the standard amenities you would expect in a hotel. staff were excellent, attentive and spoke good English. Hotel is walking distance to a BTS, MRT or mall so is well located for shopping and sightseeing
The room was a bit on the smaller side but if you only need somewhere to sleep this is not a big deal.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026"When I checked into the hotel in January 2026, the front desk staff required a credit card deposit for incidentals and room damages. A few months later (they waited on purposely few months) , fraudulent online purchases totaling $2,300 were charged to the card. It is very clear that the front desk staff compromised, shared, or sold my credit card information. I am 100% certain of this because that specific transaction was the only time the card was ever used; it has no other transaction I made before or after that date." Staffs look very friendly but they steal your information of credit card.

Очень маленький неуютный тесный номер, слишком мощный кондиционер для такого микро номера: при 24,5 градусах он еще сильно холодит, а при 25 градусах не холодит вообще, невозможно настроить. Окна выходят на окна здания рядом, занавесок нет, поэтому либо открытый вид для просмотров из окон напротив, либо плотная штора и всегда включенные лампы. Больше подходит для романтических встреч на одну пьяную ночь, для жизни не подходит. На баре в номере платные презервативы, что сразу все говорит о направленности этой гостиницы.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026⚠️ 強烈警告！請謹慎選擇這間曼谷飯店 ⚠️ 這間飯店每房收取 1000泰銖押金，但在退房時，會以各種理由刻意扣款或要求賠償，整體處理方式讓人非常不舒服，甚至可以說是刻意刁難旅客。 非常重要：入住時務必「全程錄影＋拍照存證」，否則很容易被收取不合理費用！ 我們實際遇到的情況： 》共預訂3間房，其中一間為媽媽與小孩入住 》房內一開始就沒有提供保險套2盒，但退房時卻被要求賠償 360泰銖（完全無法接受，他們知道我們要搭乘飛機，旅客一定會妥協） 此外，也有其他旅客分享類似經驗： 1.冰箱飲料的標籤不見，被收取 110泰銖 2.浴室設備老舊自然損壞（如沐浴罐子頭斷裂），卻要旅客負責賠償 3.床單有污漬，也被認定需額外收費 👉 以上狀況顯示： 這間飯店在押金與賠償認定上，極度不透明且對旅客不友善，甚至有「找理由扣押金」。 📌 強烈建議： 入住當下立即拍照、錄影所有細節（冰箱、床單、浴室設備），保留所有證據，避免被不合理收費。 ⚠️ WARNING – Avoid This Hotel in Bangkok ⚠️ This hotel charges a 1,000 THB deposit, but will find excuses to deduct money at check-out. This feels intentional and highly dishonest. ❗ Record EVERYTHING when you enter the room (video + photos), or you will likely be charged unfairly. What happened to us: • Booked 3 rooms (one for a mother and child) • No condoms were provided in the room • At check-out, we were forced to pay 360 THB for missing items that were never there • They knew we had a flight to catch, leaving us no time to argue Other reported cases: • Missing minibar label → charged 110 THB • Old/broken bathroom equipment → guest charged • Stained bedsheets → charged 👉 This hotel’s system is NOT transparent and NOT traveler-friendly. 👉 Strong suspicion of intentionally keeping deposits. ❌ Avoid this place if you don’t want to be scammed.

this part only reflects the single room: unfortunately the cleaning wasnt really done properly, i think it needs a tiny bit of improvement. the the room 501 is closer to the main road which means it get noisier. however a very good price for the location so mix feelings

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026A decent, modern little hotel in a good location. I only had a one night stay before a flight but wanted to see a little of Bangkok and this hotel was ideal for that purpose. My room was compact, clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged a Taxi to BKK airport for me (45 minutes in Bangkok traffic). Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Good for the price.
Nothing but I consider this a budget hotel. If I had a longer stay in Bangkok, I would consider paying more for more space and facilities.

The room soundproof needs improvement : I can hear next-door conversation ; I stayed at 6/F facing the Sukhumvit, and it was noisy outside at night. Tiny rectangular lift is good for 3 people in a series.

The room was really small, almost no space for luggage, no desk. It's a hotel just to sleep in. The gym and pool are available in a hotel across the road via a purchaseable voucher; the gym is very basic.
