Comfortable place.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel was comfortable and have nothing negative to say. However, the front desk manager could be a bit more accommodating toward guests with late international flights who require a later checkout. Other hotels in the area are generally more flexible in this regard.

Auf der Dachterrasse (Rooftop Pool) ziemlich viele Moskitos, man kann dort nicht wirklich sitzen obwohl die Aussicht an sich toll ist. Frühstück wenig beeindruckend, Boden klebrig (hat beim laufen gequietscht), Croissants waren trocken wie von vorgestern, Kaffee war abgestandener Filterkaffee aus einem Warmhalte Behälter, leider beides selbst bei Hunger am Morgen nicht genießbar. Die anderen Sachen haben auch irgendwie abgestanden gewirkt. Insgesamt alles für die Hotelkategorie und das Preisniveau bei weitem nicht angemessen. Das Frühstück hat uns leider den Aufenthalt ziemlich vermiest.

All good , the view was stunning from the pool . The staff is nice and helpful , he is Ade and other staff too . Room was huge and have a nice view .

Big room with a very comfortable Bed. Close to 3 Shopping Malls. Rooftop Bar and Pool. I liked the Non Plastic bottles with drinkingwater.

The service at restaurant was quiete poor. Food was ok besides the bread and Pastries. They seem old and dry. Area behind the coffee stand really not clean. The silicone seals in the shower urgently need to be replaced. They're completely dirty. It would be nice to install two towel hooks next to the shower.

Decent hotel, staff were great and very professional. Good location with plenty of local amenities near by.

Cleanliness, in particular in the rooms was not great. It was obvious that only a quick clean was conducted.

Humble service. Clean bed. WiFi connection ok without any problem. Cozy. View from bedroom is nice. Bathroom is clean. Air conditioner temperature is good. Will definitely comeback here for another stay. Comfortable room for individuals or family.

The location is very strategic, i came here to watch concert nearby. So it's very convenience to stay here. And there are mall within the hotel, so it's easy to buu foods, there are a lot of option. The bed is comfortable, the aircon is cool enough, the room is clean, the the staffs are so friendly.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The shower was very good. Room service was quite fast and good value. The swimming pool and the tables with food service was excellent. Highly recommended, accommodation for the first time is in perfect line with expectations

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The internet connection was super fast, making it easy for me to work and stay connected. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. Very helpful for all staff l, especially pak Akhmad IT. Plus, the location is very strategic—close to key attractions and easy to access. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

There's no playground for our child. We came with online taxi, n have to pay the parking even only drop off at lobby, cause only got 1 free parking even only drop off or pick up. So, I have to choose check-in or check out, and we choose check out. When we wanted to go out with other taxi, we had to walk a bit further so they didn't need to pick us up at the lobby and pay the parking, the driver also didn'twant to turn far to get our destination. Not handy to travel with kids without own car

It was good staycation in Aston Imperial Hotel Bekasi, it has strategic location, delicious & variative breakfast, comfortable room, clean bathroom with complete amenities & great view of Bekasi City

The room has less soundproof, I got room one floor below birthday party, it was very noisy, it was make a bit uncomfortable at night, my suggest to staff, if there was a party, please make sure, it not bother to other room/floor

Perfect hotel for take a rest in Bekasi

the location is near to Metropolitan mall but with a little walking distance under no shelter route. Besides the hotel got 24 hours chained restaurants like McD , KFC and etc. The 16th floor roof top bar is nice and relaxing. The room condition is nice and spacious, the bathroom is big and clean.

the breakfast is more to local style of food, taste abit too salty and the dishes are cold. even the hot chocolate is not hot at all. The cupboard in room need to improved as there is no soft closing and the door abit broken. the safety box is malfunction too...

Easy access to shops and shopping mall. Good price. We stayed for nights and later on we prolonged another night due to changed of plans.

The room I stayed in was old and the shower did not have proper door, hence water everywhere when showering.
