Zappion Hotel

Hôtel un peu ancien, simple, mais propre et bien tenu, situé dans une rue calme, près du quartier Pangrati et du kallimarmaro (stade antique)et proche à pied de Syntagma en traversant le jardin botanique. Personnel très aimable, surtout le monsieur à la réception. J'ai eu une chambre confortable avec un grand balcon et une salle de bain spacieuse. Il y a des restaurants et une pâtisserie qui sert des petits déjeuners au coin de la rue, ce qui est très pratique le matin.

J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait un portant ou une corde sur le balcon pour faire sécher le linge .

Great value for money in a quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the city center with great local bars, restaurants, and a park nearby. The reception staff gave us a fantastic, warm welcome with detailed and helpful explanations. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some minor maintenance, but the excellent location and top-notch hospitality made it a great stay!

Πολύ ωραίο κλασσικό ξενοδοχείο σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και πολύ βολικό ,κοντά σε ΜΜΜ.Θα ξαναπήγαινα.

Zentrales, komfortables Hotel in fußläufiger Reichweite zur Akropolis. Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht und war gemütlich, die Belüftung im Bad war aber sehr laut. Dafür ein toller Balkon und super nettes Personal. :)

Great location in cool Pangrati! Close to good restaurants and the iconic Olympic Stadium and easy walk through the park into Plaka and the sights.Greg at reception was very personable and of great help pre booking....a credit to his organisation

Whilst this is pretty basic accommodation the room was fine with decent WiFi and A/C......no issues......

El baño podría estar mejor, la ducha en particular. La mesa era incómoda para trabajar/leer. El aire acondicionado afectaba a una parte de la habitación. Había que ponerlo muy fuerte para que se notara en toda la habitación.

Βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία σε παιζόδρομο, κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου για το κέντρο της Αθήνας (Σύνταγμα). Είχε ένα μικρό σαμπουάν. Υπάρχει ψυγείο και air-condition στο δωμάτιο. Οι άνθρωποι ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί. Έχει ανελκυστήρα για τους πάνω ορόφους. Μας φύλαξαν τις αποσκευές μας πριν το check in.

Το μπάνιο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Γενικά είναι λίγο παλιό σαν ξενοδοχείο. Τα κουφώματα χρειάζονται αλλαγή.

Βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία και το προσωπικό είναι ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

Το δωμάτιο στο οποίο έμεινα ήταν πολύ παλιό και εξαιρετικά μικρό. Επίσης υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το παράθυρο καθώς δεν άνοιγε. Τέλος το ασανσέρ είναι πολύ μικρό και δεν χωράει πάνω από ένα άτομο.

Very old hotel. Not even shower gel/soap in the toilet.

Όμορφος χώρος, ευγενικό προσωπικό, καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ καλή τιμή.

Very confortable the staff are amazingly helpful and the organisation for the check-in and check-out is perfect. Then the placement of the hotel is perfect I was able to visit the main attractions (acropolis, ancient agora, plaka, monastiraki, national garden, panathenaic stadium…) by walking but it is also far enough to have calm time before going to sleep. And finally, 15 minutes walk of Syntagma station which is perfect to arrive from the airport and to go to the airport !

Le personnel, la terrasse au 3 eme, l emplacement et le calme de l établissement

L accueil etait super par Gregory à la réception très chaleureux de bons conseils et très aimable.l emplacement est au top proche du centre près des quartiers commerçants on peut même s y rendre à pied.Le quartier est animé le soir avec bars et restaurants à proximité.

Le bruit qu il peut y avoir à cause de travaux de rénovation dans l immeuble à côté.

Sehr gute Lage, man ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten am Syntagma-Platz. Das Zimmer war sauber und ok, das Personal sehr nett.

Leider wurde kein Frühstück angeboten, und neben dem Hotel war eine Baustelle.

Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, ahí tendría un 10. En pleno centro, se puede ir andando a todos lados sin necesidad de transporte. La amabilidad y simpatía del recepcionista que nos atendió por la tarde a nuestra llegada.Le ponemos un 5 debido a otros factores.

El edificio justo colindante está en obras y por lo visto lleva así años, las obras comienzan a las 7 de la mañana, asi que descansar está sobrevalorado. Paran para comer y continúan por la tarde. Esto fue todos los días que estuvimos, incluido el sábado. Cuando llegamos preguntamos por el desayuno pero justo estaba estropeada una máquina y no ofrecían, nos dijeron que en un par de días se solucionaría pero no fue así. Tras la primera noche no limpiaron la habitación, preguntamos y nos dijeron que la persona encargada libraba ese día y por eso no se había limpiado.

Hôtel très bien placé, personnel acueillant, chambre agréable avec une grande terrasse.

L'immeuble à côté était en travaux, il n'y avait pas de petit-déjeuner, le lit n'était pas confortable, on sentait les ressorts.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The welcome was very warm (a special thank you to the gentleman at reception who was very friendly and helpful), and the facilities matched the description in the listing. Furthermore, it's easily accessible from the historic center of Athens, making the hotel's price quite reasonable compared to others!

ממוקם בלב שכונת פנגרטי המקסימה. קרוב למרכז אבל לא בתוך הבלאגן. מלון פשוט מאד אבל נקי ומסודר.. צוות מאד אדיב ומחיר הוגן

Όπως σε κάθε παλιό κτίριο υπάρχουν μικροπροβληματα π. Χ ο θόρυβος του εξαερισμού στην τουαλετα

Emplacement pratique pour prendre le train ou le bus.

Réactivité lente du système. Tout l'immeuble est en location boîte à clé. Pas d'équipements de cuisine sauf sur demande mais la Réactivité est lente. Pas de place pour une table, obligés de manger debout.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area (near the famous Panathinaic stadium). The room is clean, the internet signal is very good.

The breakfast is very poor, you can't choose, it's brought to you on a plate (just two very thin slices of ham and cheese, an egg and a slice of cake, tea and coffee).
