Noisy Corridors

The noise insulation is very poor. You can hear even small noises from the next room and especially from the corridor, including doors closing. I could not sleep peacefully throughout my 3D2N stay. Management should seriously consider installing door stoppers or soft-closing mechanisms to reduce the noise. This is a basic issue that needs to be addressed, especially for guests who expect a comfortable and restful stay.

De lokatie is fantastisch, alles in de buurt, recht tegen over de Mall of Indonesia. De faciliteiten in t hotel zijn waanzinnig, van een lekker restaurant, poolhal, discotheek. Elke avond live muziek en dj. Waar je niks van hoort op de kamer.

Hotel location is simply perfect because it is just accross Mall of Indonesia, very accessible for shopping, salons, restaurants etc.

Rooms are not sound proof. Occupiers of other rooms especially close to our room were loud even at 6 o'cloock in the morning. So frustrating when you want to sleep in to relax because you are on holiday. Receptionist was informed and told the nearby room occupiers but with no effect.

It's a bit noisy because the hotel is connected to a bar, so the music can be heard in the rooms. There's no air ventilation.

The location is very strategic. Just across the road from MOI and also luckily it’s outside my mums complex. The price very reasonable.

First time stay there, and unfortunately we had leaking pipe from the toilet spray. I went out from dinner outside and when I come back to the room around 10pm, tired & ready to sleep, but the room floor flooded. The flood goes until under the bed. And I have to wait for them to fix it, clean it.

Hotel Whiz lag centraal gelegen dicht bij alle Malls in Kelapa Gading. Personeel was vriendelijk en goede service.

Whiz ligt gelegen op de 3e verdieping op de begane grond had je een bar/ lounge waar harde muziek werd gedraaid dat hoorde je wel doorgalmen.

Työntekijät olivat erittäin avuliaita. Hinta-laatusuhde oli hyvä.

Cleanliness was decent. Some of the tiles and furniture has some wear on them.

I love the clean environtment

We arrived at 1.50 pm and managed our booking. We waited for more than an hour just to check in to our room. There was no explaination about the late check in or the process. They didnt even offer apology or welcome drink. 🫠🫠🫠

In overall, the hotel is so-so, I'm disappointed. The hotel is very stingy with its toiletries. The floor of the room assigned to me was still dirty when I checked in. The room smelled of smoke. The hotel is in close proximity of a karaoke bar that plays very loud music well into 2 am. The walls are rether thin, as I could hear the noise the other guests made in the middle of the night. I had to mask the noise by increasing the AC's fan level. The shower's water pressure was good but the water was only lukewarm. The hotel's sole redeeming point was its staff, they're friendly.

Nice hotel in a good location across the road from the Mall of Indonesia and at a very good price. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. And nice swimming pool. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Jakarta.

The location of this hotel is great, near to the Mall of Indonesia and numerous recreational facilities. It has a great Bar (albeit expensive) and the Pool environment is nice albeit it basic.

The breakfast was limited and not particularly interesting. Our room had no windows and when asked if we could change we could only change to a room with twin beds OR upgrading would cost more than what we paid for our original stay for just 2 nights! To that end staff where not helpful. Breakfast staff need to focus more. They enjoy their work a little too much and do not pay sufficient attention to the state of the food or the needs of customers.

we have much benefit during stay in this hotel as we can reach so many good places without delays bcoz the location is very good, I will choose thus hotel in the future

Breakfast was quite simple. Next to the swimming pool. Taste good but not much variety considering the cist of breakfast is cheap.

Fridge & hairdryer not available. They only provide liquid soap, no shampo & conditioner. I hope they read this comment & quickly provide these necessities to their customers in near future.

Poor ventilation. I requested for non-smoking room, however, our room smelled cigarette so as the main hallway had a strong cigarette smoke odor.

Esperienza tutto sommato positiva anche se due aspetti meritano attenzione. L' Albergo, la cui reception e e posta al terzo piano di un grosso edificio contentente svariati intrattenimenti (dal bar ai massaggi al karaoke) e con una graziosa piscina, ha un numero molto elevato di camere poste su almeno 3 piani dello stesso. Vi sono camere che affacciano all'esterno (quindi con finestre) e camere che non hanno finestre. Questo non viene indicato all'atto della prenotazione. Inoltre, durante la mia permanenza, ho trovato in camera un animaletto che, anche se di casa in queste aree, non dovrebbe trovarsi. Comunque nessun ulteriore problema. Personale alla reception gentilissimo, camera di dimensioni buone, arredi minimali ma nuovi e funzionali, safe box, letto confortevole e pulito, A/C efficiente, bagno e doccia efficienti e puliti. Anche la colazione, a buffet, decente rispetto al prezzo pagato. Da ritornarci quando in zona

Nice hotel, good service, good food. Only issue I had was noise level due to other customers hanging out in hallway and u can hear it. Also very difficult to get blow dryer. I stayed 3 days and only got blow dryer in last day. Maybe they need to have more in stock. Also need cream for coffee in room, and add another pair of slippers. My room was for 2 but only one pair.

It wasn’t a pleasant check in. The room smelled like smoking room and they even treated with air freshner for quite sometime. However, the stay overall was good. The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness was okay, could be improved. Will try to stay there again next time

객실이 너무 어둡고 습해서 저녁에 들어와 침대에 걸터 앉아도 옷이 축축해질 정도 임 그리고 방음이 안되서 야간에 복도에서 단체객들 소리가 고스란이 들어와 잠을 편히 잘수 없음 가격대비 비추천 차라리 조금 더주고 세다유 호텔리나 선레이크 추천함

Too noisy at night during sleeping time, where suppose we get good sleep but live music still on up to 03:00 in the morning. Hotel key only one. I lost key in the restaurant and they won't give me new key because we have to pay IDR 50K for new key. This is unacceptable.

一樓進去左邊有個酒吧音響效果很不錯，有歌手現場演唱，不輸五星級等級，氣分佳，開到很晚推薦去消費，房間就還好，才幾百塊台幣的費用，就別太計較了

Room cleaning service knocked my door at 9:30 in the morning and woke me up. Told him to come back after I check out. An hour later, he came back and knock the door again. Tried to call the front desk to tell them not to come to my room, but no answer. So I had to go down and get the “Do not disturb” sign. Overall, it’s a regular business hotel located right across MOI. Nothing good, nothing bad. But the wall is very thin. You can hear conversation in the hallway.

The Room is clean and location is good. But the sound insulation is very bad. You can hear people speaking in the next room clearly. And kids make noise outside in the morning.
