The Old England Manor

The Tudor style room provides great relaxing ambiance and a nightly stereo music play is very enjoyable. Six courses dinner is excellent close to Michelin grade.

Unfortunately our room is on the first floor; thus, the view of the valley is limited. We should put in a request for a room on the higher floor.

全部都很滿意😍從踏入莊園就有可愛的服務人員巧麗遞上迎賓茶點、介紹莊園，從園區介紹到拍照聖地再到房間介紹，過程逗趣且完整💗也非常感謝上層主動協助不加價升級成樓中樓🥹非常驚喜也很喜歡💕房間非常漂亮，英式古典風格，卻不會覺得老舊，房間也很乾淨🥰房間本身就是個拍照聖地😻這次選擇一泊二食方案，晚餐是套餐式無菜單料理～有忌口的食物，店家也很貼心會更換成替代食材👍🏻每道菜都好吃也有特色！當日生日還有招待小蛋糕🫶🏻晚餐結束後還有音樂饗宴～莊園及房間內都有高級音響設備，房間內可以另外租借光碟回去聆聽，也可以連接藍牙使用～非常有氛圍😚衛浴設備不錯～床也很大很好睡，隔音也很棒，一覺到天亮😊隔天的早餐也很豐盛，可以點餐也可以續，額外還有自助吧可以用😋

The breakfast and dinner are fantastic! The hotel's music makes you never want to leave!

This hotel is a true gem - 5-star restaurant and cuisine, amazing location in Taiwan mountains, and authentic UK-style rooms (and the whole hotel). The hotel is beautiful, it is a local landmark - you see people making photos all the time. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they are really trying to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. Interesting additional thing - apparently this hotel owner is into HiFi and music, rooms are equipped with high-end audio systems, and there is a special daily "music hour" in one of the entertainment areas. This hotel is an excellent choice for Taiwan people who want to get an experience of staying in an old-style fancy European hotel without travelling to Europe, but it is also just a good hotel to stay if you are visiting Taiwan mountains. While this hotel is not cheap, it gives you good value for money - room rate includes dinner (and breakfast), and this is true 5-course dinner, expertly prepared by a really good chef.

I checked the booking.com records, we have booked two rooms two double beds , hotel said we only booked king bed , making me pay extra money for upgrades rooms for two double beds, I don’t feel comfortable.

The staff were exceptional in their service and really took care of all our needs and exceeded our expectations. The room was special and luxurious and the amenities and toiletries were the best. The meals provided , the ambience , the evening music and the attitude of the staff in creating a special experience for us made our stay memorable and unique.

There are many steps and uneven areas around the hotel’s premises. May be a tripping hazard if guests are not for watchful .

The room has a special European antique touch. . Food was great.

Stairs. Too much stairs and the steps are too high for elderly and kids. Hard to explore the place on 2D1N stay as check in at 3pm and check out in morning

It’s a charming property if you are just visiting it for a short photo op

It was very dirty, we were travelling with little children and they put us on the top floor (there is no lifts, as the stairs were very narrow my little daughter was not used to the width of the stairs and tumbled down half a flight )

The extra bed that I asked for was a sofa bed which was too soft and there was a hallow in the middle.

Paid the premium to enjoy the two story corner unit, the high fidelity stereo systems, and red wine. Nice view from the balcony!

蠻漂亮有特色的飯店。不過這次家庭旅遊是經過很多地方的行程，所以行李不少，但這飯店沒有電梯從停車場到房間很多階梯很不方便。加上飯店館內一直繞路覺得很複雜也麻煩。

服務親切，環境優美。 浴室設備比較老舊，其他都很完美!

一進入莊園彷彿置身在歐洲，房間裝潢設備非常好，服務人員非常親切，講解仔細，還有音樂饗宴，未來入住清境，老英格蘭仍為入住首選。

物有所值， 食物外表漂亮，但味道質素比五星級酒店，還有距離，希望可以改進。

I’m glad I listened to most of the reviews for this place. We came for the sheep farm, but in the end this manor made the stay worth the scary drive from Hualien. From the beginning, they made us feel like special guests. The valet driver understood my hesitation to park my rental car in these small tight spaces and asked if he can take over and then he parked the car with so much ease. Then we were directed to the lobby where our hostess explained to us about our stay while another hostess served us warm tea and biscuits. I mentioned how we were very early for our check in and they said it wasnt a problem and our room was already available. Then the hostess showed us around the premises and our room. Explained all the various activities and times they are available. I was a bit hesitate to stay here for the pictures dont do the actual place justice. Also the price seemed a bit high, but the reviews kept mentioning how it was worth it and they were right. We have paid more in other places of the world for far less then what we received here. Some say this was a b&b because it only has 19 rooms. It felt more like a mini luxury hotel with a b&b atmosphere only because it was like 3 homes on one large lot. I recommend this place 100%. Its definetly one of our top 5 hotels and the food, the service, the Madriga Suite we stayed in was all excellent. Taiwan isnt a tipping country, but I tipped everyone. The service was just that good.

第一次入住憧憬已久的老英格蘭，我們選擇幻想曲兩人房，從出發前的溫馨提醒電話，抵達後的服務以及快速入住，都很滿意。從公共區域到房間內部，裝潢設計都很歐洲復古風格，乾淨舒適又賞心悅目，也提供免費接駁至小瑞士花園。早餐中西式兼具很豐盛～已決定下次會再入住
