God udsigt og tæt på vandet.

Da vi ankom var der ingen strøm i lejligheden. Ligeledes var lejligheden meget beskidt. Der var pizza i køleskabet med meget mug på, gammelt kaffefilter i kaffekanden med mug på, gulvene var beskidte, køleskabet var beskidt, vinduerne var umulige at se ud af, tv’et virkede ikke, der var spindelvæv overalt, der stod gammelt og muggen mad i et skab mv. Ikke pengene værd - find et andet hotel!

Great, spacious bedroom. Lovely view of the sea from the room. We were upgraded without asking.

I wanted to change my reservation date because I had an unexpected appointment that I needed to accommodate. I sent a request a couple of days beforehand but I never heard back, because reception was closed on the specific days between my request and my booking. Rather than lose my money, I ended up missing the appointment. When we checked in, we weren’t given any instructions about how to find our room and it wasn’t sign-posted, so that took about half an hour and a lot of walking to find the room.

Det var en ferielejlighed ikke et hotelværelse. Så vi var skuffet over at der i køkkenet kun var 4 glas og 4 kopper. Der ku sagtens være tallerkener og noget bestik og måske også en brødkniv. Og så har vi aldrig overnattet et sted uden fjernsyn. Det lignede der havde hængt et på væggen. Og til sidst et par reperationer. Løst toiletbræt og altandøren er skæv og binder.

Ingen reception. Ingen morgenmad. TV virkede ikke. Ingen instruks til TV.

Rommet var fint, rent og lyst. God beliggenhet med kort vei til sentrum. Hyggelig med oppgradering av rommet.

Rengjøringen var slurvete og virket lite gjennomført. Det var svært vanskelig å få tak i personalet, og ved utsjekk på søndag kl. 10 var det ingen til stede, til tross for at det sto at resepsjonen skulle være åpen mellom 10 og 12. Da jeg til slutt traff det som trolig var eieren, fikk jeg beskjed om at de hadde en stille-retreat og at jeg bare kunne dra siden alt var betalt. Dette ble ikke informert om på forhånd, og opplevelsen var svært lite gjestfri.

Completely no info how to checked in before I come, although clear info how to check in left in the later in hotel. No staff so in case of problem no support? Balcony door lock didn't work during strong wind

We liked that it was so well appointed and the location beautiful. The view was outstanding, the sauna experience awesome!

We were saddened about the hotel closing and all amenities unavailable. It would have been really nice to eat at the restaurant.

More like an air bnb than a hotel

The location was great. The apartment was very nice and warm with a great view.

We had been informed several times prior to arriving in the country that we would receive a self check in guide as the hotel reception would be closed. This never happened meaning that we had no way of getting into the hotel. We didn't want to take a taxi to the hotel and be stuck outside in winter not being able to get in , so we spent an hour trying to get In touch with the hotel and booking.com. Not possible! Only after many phone calls to places in different parts of Denmark where we were able to get some information about how to get into the hotel. It really put a stress on us and ruined the start of our short stay. We complained to the reception in the morning who said they would speak to a manger and be in touch. We haven't heard anything since.

We never got breakfast, even if it was included in the room. It was supposed to be served from 8.00 (which is already kind of late to open breakfast at a hotel) but at 8.10, everything was still closed and locked up because the staff forgot about serving breakfast...never experienced that at a hotel before, and had to then hurry on and find a place to eat breakfast with two small hungry children. I called the hotel contact number and got the answering machine. When I then talked to the staff about it, they neglected it, and said that "we could just have waited some more time for breakfast, it was just delayed".

Nice location in front of the sea, cozy vibes and very spacious rooms as well as lounge areas. Probably the largest room we've ever stayed at! Staff was polite and helpful, free parking outside the hotel. Nice to discover the 'study' with some cool books!

There were quite a lot of mosquitos in the room, it would be great if the hotel provides some means of keeping them out. The reception closes early in the evening.

Location is lovely, right on the water and close to town. Breakfast was a delicious. Chic ambience in the main hotel.

At check in we were informed that the sauna had recently "exploded" and was therefore not in use. This was very disappointing, as we had planned to make good use of it in conjunction with swimming in the sea. No prior notice was given, alternative or compensation offered. The apartment was spacious and fitted with some designer elements, but general maintenance and preparation for guests was sloppy: 1. Only one of four ceiling lights in our bedroom was working 2. Ceiling light in hall not working 3. Ceiling light in bathroom light not working 4. Blind on door broken 5. No water glasses available 6. Just three teaspoons and one fork in the cutlery drawer 7. No bowls, dishes or anything else for food available in the kitchen 8. No storage available whatsoever in bedrooms, not even hooks for hanging up clothes

A pity that the sauna was not working and a pity that you can’t see the sea when you’re sitting at the balcony because of the wall. We were in room 9.

A bit hot in the room (no AC), especially in the upper extra beds under the roof; no mosquito screens on the windows/balcony door to keep them open over night.

Views from balconies can’t be seen when sat down due to the balcony wall being too high or seats too low.

Would have been nice with a tv, and the check out is too early. The staff does not clean up on the tables after costumers in the restaurant and common areas, so it often look rather messy.

Fabulous design room and sea view.

Uneasy steps in room and bathroom. Sorry I paid extra for a bathtub . Beautiful modern bathtub but very inconvenient to use. Too high for getting in and out . Weak water flow so never got it even half full because it was so slow and after waiting the hot water in the tub became cold . Bath products were in the separate shower area but none over bathtub. So no relaxing bath for me !

the room is spacious and the Seaview was just fantastic. just parked the Car outside and everything u want to see around Ebeltoft is walking distance.

A great view of the sea

The two bedroom apartment is close to grocery store, town, and sea front. Love this place and will return if there is a chance.

The kitchen is a good size but there is no pod, pan, utensils, etc. We found out after we bought a lot of meat and vegetables and ready to cook.

Difficult to see or find any staff. Breakfast was poor and had to go to their kitchen to find help.

Cozy place — but perhaps less suitable for a family with small children. Also, wouldn’t mind more variety and cleaner cutlery at breakfast.

Beautiful central location in Ebeltoft. Overlooking the sea and walking distance to the old town center. A welcoming and calming smell in the whole building, very spacious rooms with a balcony. Nicely decorated. Do try the restaurant and sit after dinner around the fire place for some complimentary marsh-mellows and cosy seats. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

stunning room - modern nordic in style - with nice unique decorative touches room had large windows with view over the sea - and a nice private outdoor terrasse just outside the room really good breakfast - and very polite and efficient staff ;-)

signage for reception could be better - we arrived in the evening - and in the dark it took us a while to figure out where to enter to pick up the key kettle in room was amusing to use - had to put it on the floor in order to actually plug it into a socket :-/ and while bathroom looked stunning it had some major issues with bathtub being placed on a platform (not good getting out of bath with wet feet and risking falling down tile covered steps) and toilet was squished into a narrow corner (despite bathroom being huge access to rooms was up stairs - and room also had split levels - so would be an absolutely nightmare for anyone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues

Beautiful location overlooking the bay, very quiet and relaxing. A full kitchen with fridge plenty of storage, comfortable chairs and beds, Kat the the evening hostess was great and very helpful, just wish we were there longer

Breakfast was good but somewhat smaller (as in selection) than we expected for the price.

Perfect location, food & customer Service. Perfect hotel to spend the wedding Night in. I ordered breakfast in the bedroom & they brought Champagne also as they knew that it was a wedding Night:-) Super sweet!

Wonderful view of the bay & mountains from your room! A sauna! Luxurious furnishings with lovely smelling shampoo & soap. a Robes were provided for those visits to the sauna. Fantastic location for a quick dip in the bay after a sauna session. Quiet & peaceful.

Although there is a kitchenette, it would have been nice if some cutlery, bowls, plates, sponge, washing up liquid & a tea towel were provided. We had to buy our own. Only having a kettle meant being creative in order to make a warm meal.

This is NOT a boutique hotel. There is no reception or bar facilities from Sunday to Wednesday. No access to the beach or outdoor seating. When we arrived there was nobody here so we could not get more pillows. The room advertised a coffee maker. It wasn’t there. The reception did not get one for us. It is far too expensive for a hotel with no facilities, no reception, no help. The room was ok but sparse on furnishing. I would never stay here ever again.

Beautiful, large room, great bed, nice view.

At sunset a million wasps was nesting very close and making one have to go inside, when the weather was nice, not when it was overcast. They were aware of the problem and was fixing it. The madras had odour of other people.

Even though it was a business trip, I really felt like I was on the most amazing and relaxing vacation. Lovely room, amazing view and everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. Tusind tak for a great stay dear Anna. You will be seeing me quite often in the future 😊

The condo was lovely, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Us and the kids slept well. The location of the property is outstanding.

Even though we came in June, the restaurant was closed due to ‘off season’. We would have appreciated knowing that the restaurant was closed beforehand.

As overseas visitors we expected plates and cutlery to be in the kitchen but they weren’t so we had to go out to buy these. This was disappointing when we had just arrived after a long trip and also an extra cost We would have liked to be informed as we likely would have chosen a place with these items included

Really disappointing to book a Hotel of that price and quality, just to find a note with suggestions where to eat dinner and BF,as the kitchen was closed and they didn’t even offer Breakfast
