Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Sehr gut gelegen im Zentrum. Sauber und das Personal war immer freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht welches sehr gern abwechslungsreicher hätte sein können. Auch hätten wir uns ein wechselndes Angebot an Obst, Käse und Wurst gewünscht. Es gibt so tolle Sachen wie z.B. Trauben, Oliven, Mortadella und von den vielen verschiedenen Salamivarianten ganz zu schweigen, um hier nur einiges zu nennen. Gern hätte man auch das Frühstücksbüffet etwas mehr mit „Deko“ aufbauen können. Vielleicht hier und da mal ein Salatblatt oder Radieschen aber auch mit Trauben. Wir haben es als ein wenig lieblos empfunden. Ich habe an der Rezeption dies zum Teil schon angesprochen, dass man sich dazu vielleicht ein paar Gedanken machen kann. Aber vielleicht sind meine Erwartungen zu hoch für ein ⭐️⭐️⭐️Hotel.

The room was a great size, clean, comfortable and with a lovely bathroom. The overall atmosphere was wonderful. Extra points for the blackout shutters!

Frühstück sehr schlecht! Jeden Tag das gleich Essen. Obst aus der Dose! Das Brot war sehr schlecht! Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel und hat man alle Geräusche, Schreien und Gespräche aus der Nachbarküche hören können!!!!

Abends kann es etwas länger laut werden wenn nebenan Konzerte stattfinden. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Sehr kleines Zimmer mit sehr kleinem Bad und Mini-Dusche, aber kleinem, tollen Balkon. Im Bad keine Haken, nur ein Zahnputzbecher, defekter Klodeckel. Spartanisches Frühstück ohne Abwechslung. Dosenfrüchte, alles abgepackt. Omelette, Crêpes und Spiegelei gegen Aufpreis.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Fantastic lake view, in the old town area. Ok apartment, economy furnished, with kitchen. They have a portable air conditioner. Lost of restaurants around and places to enjoy the lake with a drink. Sacro Monte of Saint Francis (20 chapels) if you not religious like me, still remarkable. Absolutely amazing. On the hill with the Sacro Monte there is a great cafe with lunch, drinks options - best and most friendly service with a great view. Short walk around peninsula is beautifully in the morning. Host is fantastic, flexible and helpful.
Only disappointing thing in the apartment - it is impossible to be in the apartment 4-8pm due to direct sun and heat. We anticipate having drinks and snacks. Way too hot in August to do that. Also please note - you need to bring all drinks and food supply in, as small town has zero to limited options. While lots of restaurants they have the least value for money food in Piedmonte or Italy. Over priced, rude service and mediocre food in general. Especially Venus restaurant below apartment, just such unpleasant people.

Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The car park is secure, with luggage service if you need it. Breakfast was also brilliant, with proper coffee included too (even made with alternative milks which was a great surprise!). A minor thing but I loved the keys!
Nothing - over our 2 week holiday, we stayed in 8 places and both my partner and I agreed this was the best hotel!

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Die Lage ist direkt am See und im Zentrum der Fußgängerzone - top! Beim Frühstück ist eine riesige Auswahl vorhanden und man kann auf dem Balkon mit direktem Blick auf den See frühstücken. Das nenne ich einen guten Start in den Tag.
Prinzipiell sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen, aber uns ist aufgefallen, dass das Zimmer nicht ideal sauber war. Der Boden war sehr staubig, sodass die Socken meines Partners (die kurz auf den Boden geflogen sind) voller Staub war.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Nach dem Besuch einer Aufführung in der Arena di Verona kamen wir nach Mitternacht im Hotel an. Das Parken, der Check-in, der Bezug des Zimmers - alles lief reibungslos. Auch die folgenden Tage fehlte es uns an nichts und wir genossen den Aufenthalt im Hotel direkt am Hafen. Wir verlängerten unseren Aufenthalt sogar, weil wir die Atmosphäre hier sehr mochten.

Ontbijt werd geserveerd op 1e etage op mooi balkon. De weekmarkt liep voor ons hotel langs. 400 mtr van hotel af mooi kiezelstrand met bar en toiletten. Prive parking en personeel haalt je bagage op naar hotel👍vriendelijk personeel, je bent zo in Malcesine en Garda, Bardolino met bus...super hotel🫒🍍🍇

We selected this hotel & the room for views of the harbour. We expected to pay for that. Unfortunately the balcony was not private as it joined the restaurant next door. Noise from the staff before and after meal time caused disturbance. Late night arranging metal chairs prevented sleep.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026The reception staff were lovely, the location brilliant, room beautiful, bar great, sofas outside gorgeous! Restaurant was just okay. The head waiter wasn't very friendly nor attentive. Food okay but nothing special. Other restaurants in walking distance were better. Breakfast however was great and breakfast serving staff excellent.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Eigentlich alles! Zimmer mit Balkon ist ein Muss, der Ausblick ist das Geld wert.
Die Betten bewegen sich. Wenn man zuzweit schläft, kommt es vor, das man in die Lücke zwischen den Matratzen rutscht und die Bettgestelle auseinander gehen.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026This location is exceptional - beautiful area, close to restaurants and beach, shops and great walks! We felt is was so decadent and the breakfast and out door portico dining were so great. Breakfast was amazing. Service and staff were over the top great!!! They were friendly, helpful and very kind. We were sad to leave, but would love to visit again. I highly recommend to anyone! If you are thinking of Lake Garda, definitely stay here!!!!

As fi vrut sa zic pretul dar e destul de ok pentru aceasta zona si locatie. probabil as adauga cateva sticle de apa in frigider din camera. dar nu e grav ca oricum le iai de la bar si le scrie dupa numar.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026La prima sera ci è stato proposto di cenare al ristorante, che sul sito viene presentato come ristorante in terrazza. Noi non avremmo comunque cenato lì, dico la verità, ma se mi vendi il ristorante come un ristorante in terrazza non puoi dirmi che purtroppo sia la priam sia la seconda sera avremmo semmai trovato posto solo dentro (all'interno) perch è io potrei aver deciso di comperare il soggiorno proprio anche contado di avere il ristorante in terrazza.

Hatten 2 verschiedene Zimmer, dass erste Richtung Wasser war Top👍 Das 2 zum Hinterhof sehr Dunkel man hätte es auch als Dunkelkammer zum Film entwickeln früher nehmen können! Vielleicht lag es auch daran über Booking gebucht zu haben.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Das Frühstück ist üppigst. Wir lieben das gardesans. Seit wir 1971 zum ersten Mal dort übernachteten. die Liebe sank, als ein neuer Besitzer die zravertinfussböden mit grünem kunstofffilz überzog. Auch meine Kinder sind beglückt, weil alles so ist wie früher. Pure Nostalgie .
Ich kenne kein 3-Sterne Hotel in so fabelhafter Lage.
