Vistalmar Ocean Suites

Had to wait over an hour to get entry to facility.... had to call 4 different numbers within the self check-in process. Was told my other guest the had the same issue..... gate entry and room key need to have a code provided which was not provide by facility.... word to the wish don't book with this location.

Perfect rooms. But a little remote. You need a rental car.

We loved the suite, pools, location and of course the dogs that are part therapy part guard and 100% adorable. Quiet and away from the bustle of downtown but easy access to all Aruba has to offer. A true gem!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and cozy room. They have a pier at the beach, which is very beautiful and good for relaxing. The owners replied fast to my messages. Easy check-in.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y el departamento esta bien equipado. A pesar de tener una ubicación cercana al aeropuerto la insonorizacion del lugar hace que no te des cuenta. Y pasa de ser un posible problema a una ventaja.

Esperienze terribile che ha rovinato l’ultima notte di soggiorno ad Aruba. Verso mezzanotte siamo rientrati per andare a dormire (prima di un volo intercontinentale) e 4/5 cani hanno iniziato ad abbaiarci saltando sulla recinzione e circondando la macchina. Questi cani (che successivamente ho scoperto essere dei randagi adottati) non sono MAI stati segnalati in fase di prenotazione, nè successivamente. Per noi erano totalmente sconosciuti. Abbiamo dovuto attendere oltre un’ora in auto che si addormentassero perché la mia compagna era molto impaurita; nel mentre ho chiamato la proprietà decine di volte, senza ricevere alcun riscontro. Non finisce qui: mi accorgo che la struttura mi ha addebitato il costo due volte. Sono stato in contatto un mese e ogni giorno mentivano dicendo che avevano provveduto al rimborso: ad oggi non ho ricevuto ancora nulla, se non la richiesta di fornire dati personali della carta su whatsapp. Ho segnalato tutto a Booking. Ho aspettato fin troppo a fare questa recensione, sperando di non dover segnalare questa ladrata. Ovviamente non la consiglio a nessuno

No hay ni un café o un bar en cerca que se pueda alcanzar caminando ! Y yo entré y salí de el apartamento sin nunca haber conocido un host un anfitrión o alguien del los Empleados. Eso me apareció muy feo y Triste

Ap era simples porem confortavel e espaçoso. Cozinha completa, banho bem bom. Tem um deck que é do complexo que fica atravessando a rua... boim para relachar final do dia, caso nao queira sair.

Faltou informação antecipada que existia cachorros no local, digo no patio e em todos lugares. Até ai estava ok, avisava que tinha 3, mas chegando lá nos deparamos com 6 cachorros!! Eu nao tenho problema com cachorros o problema foi que eles estavam soltos e tinham acesso a sacada do Ap 7, onde ficava uma espreguissadeira que eles dormiam e mesa e cadeiras que nao consegui usar devido o cheiro de cachorros. Então acabamos nao conseguindo usufrir da sacada com vista pro mar e ainda ficar sempre com os vidros fechados ali para nao entrarem, pois os cachorros ficavam ali e dormiam por tudo ! Sorte que não tinhamos alergias a cachorros, mas quem tem seria um baita problema ! Deviam aviar isso na reserva. Tambem era um pouco distante do agito de Palm Beach, mas isso até nao foi tao ruim.

La experiencia es adecuada, pero la ubicación puede resultar poco conveniente sin vehículo, ya que no hay servicios cercanos ni transporte público. La cercanía al aeropuerto también hace que el ruido de los aviones sea perceptible. Es importante considerar que se trata de un solo ambiente, lo cual puede no ser ideal para todos los viajeros. Asimismo, la “playa” anunciada no se encuentra dentro del complejo: es necesario salir, cruzar la calle y acceder por una puerta; además, corresponde más a una zona tipo puerto que a una playa convencional. Adicionalmente, algunos servicios que podrían esperarse como incluidos (sillas de playa, hielera, lavandería y cambio de toallas/sábanas) tienen costos extra, por lo que sería recomendable mayor claridad al respecto desde la reserva.

Los departamentos son muy cómodos y todo funcionaba perfecto. El personal muy amable y la conexión por WhatsApp fue rápida y ágil. En el complejo había 3 perros, que para nosotros fue un valor agregado, muy educados, fueron una gran compañía. Disfrutamos de la playita de enfrente un buen lugar para tomar cerveza y ver el atardecer. Es un perfecto para quien busca tranquilidad, si quieren la noche y el ruido de Aruba no es aquí.

No es algo que no me gustó, pero no hay nada cerca para comprar alimentos, tampoco ninguna de las playas reconocidas de Aruba. Si o si hay que alquilar un auto para estar aquí. Pero en mi punto de vista, es necesario contar con un auto en Aruba estés donde estés.

The Staff and Owner of the Property could not be more helpful, nice , and accommodating to everything we asked for. the place is wonderful and i would give it 100 stars if it was possible. Eigenlijk alles. Het apparaat is ruim, schoon, compleet ingericht. De ligging op een rustige plek, op het westen, met mooi uitzicht over het water en de ondergaande zon. De Pier in het water waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen in de schaduw. Goed restaurant op loopafstand.

Ik kan niets bedenken.

Flott leilighet med alle fasiliteter. Brygga ved sjøen var super.

Jeg likte alt ved bostedet. Du må ha bil da overnattingstedet ligger utenfor sentralt område.

I stayed at Vistalmar from the 9th–11th to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing experience. The first night we stayed in a studio with a private plunge pool, which I absolutely loved. The second night, my girls and I stayed in a big king suite that was beautiful and very clean—both rooms were spotless. I enjoyed the front and back pools, the peaceful and quiet atmosphere, and the cute, friendly pets. Although I didn’t get to visit the pier this time, I will definitely be back to do so. I highly recommend Vistalmar for families, couples, and friends.❤️✨

Clean and felt fairly safe for the location. Fun layout location down by the water. Across the street…(not the immediate patio furniture in front of your apartment where the stray dogs lie all day).

Clearly, there’s a wild dog problem. Although we realized the dogs were very sweet & friendly for the most part and we warmed up to them around day two or three I still didn’t care for them lying on our outside furniture the entire time. Wasn’t a fan of dog hair all over the outside furniture so we didn’t actually sit on our patio. Bit bummed out about that and didn’t get a response from the property owners when we asked about it. Another bummer.

Apartamento amplo e bem mobiliado, tudo em perfeito estado.

Convenient near the airport! Beautiful spacious ocean suite with access to the dock. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook & amenities for dishwasher & a double bathroom sink. The balcony was pretty view with a table & a lounge chair. Were used to living near Eagle beach but this wasn’t any farther & for sure felt this was a great location (with a car!). The dock is gorgeous. We wished we spent more time here to relax than going to other beaches & sites.

We are a couple & there was only 1 lounge chair on the balcony, we weren’t sure if we could borrow the downstairs plastic lounge chairs to relax together on the balcony. When we first arrived, it looked clean & ready for us but we noticed lots of sand still remained on the floor & our feet were dusty & sandy. I would hope the cleaners mopped the floors everyday. The bathroom is very spacious, clean & modern but the cracks in shower on the wall distracts the look. They should tend to those. And there wasn’t an oven pan to heat/toast bread.

This Hotel is a Little Jewel, staff were fantastic. Restaurant was incredible, way above price point. Super Location, spotlessly clean, incredible Sunsets

Er lopen honden los die voortdurend op je terras en terrasmeubulair gaan liggen. Ook op de 1e etage, de trap daarnaartoe is namelijk open. Niet prettig en niet hygiënisch.

Prima locatie. Uitstekende faciliteiten. Remote check-in werkte prima. Rustige ligging.

We wisten dat er honden op het terrein rondliepen, maar 5 is wel erg veel en niet hygienisch.

Tienen 6 perros en adopción q se acuestan en las reposteros del balcón y sillas No pudimos usar el BALCON Q PAGAMOS MAS POR ESTE APTO EN PLANTA SUPERIOR NO dice en página q hay PERROS pero al llegar nos fueron Nombres y lugar donde tienen comida y q hay q abrirles portón para q entren de calle al jardín NO PAGUE PARA ESO Patio un ASCO olor a comida de perro y orinaron en mi puerta !!

Great location, price and atmosphere.

I read the reviews of other people staying here and booked it for a week. The moment I checked in, i didn’t want to be there. The place smelled of sewer as soon as you entered and inside it was dirty and just absolutely atrocious.the bathroom was dirty and the sliding door didn’t stay closed. Dogs running around everywhere and barking at all hours, bugs and flies everywhere in our room. I would definitely not stay here again. if I ever come back to Aruba, I will definitely spend a little more and book at a bigger resort to get more cleanliness and better amenities and be much closer to the beach. Although the owners/management were quick to respond if we had questions. I would highly recommend finding a place to stay in Palm Beach. Best area for beaches, restaurants, shopping and just strolling the streets. There is also no private beach.

Excellent suites! Beautiful property!

It was cute, nice individual pool for each suite. The AC was very loud and the bed was not comfortable and the pillows were very flat. The location was not great. Good value for money. Coffee was good.

We had a wonderful stay at Vistalmar Ocean Suites. The suite was clean; the property is amazing and from the beginning of my stay, Angelique was in touch with me. She is very helpful, provides useful information regarding the property and areas to eat, rent chairs, etc. We truly enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming back.

Prachtige kamer en mooie locatie aan het water gemaakt waar je kunt zwemmen en relaxen.

We stayed in a mini suite in the back part of the property. The design of the suite was very thoughtful. Each small item in the suite was something a guest would likely need but nothing more. It was set up just right for a compact space. There is a fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave/oven, dishwasher so that you can cook in the suite. There are also exactly what dishes, pots, pans, utensils you will need and nothing more. Each of the small suites at the back have their own small private pool plus there are two more pools: a large one in the back with a cabana and a medium one in the front. You can use these at any time of the day and there is a freshwater shower to rinse off from the chlorine or from being at a beach. There are 3-4 dogs for adoption that live on the property. They seem a little scary when you first arrive but become friends quickly. We did not have a car but used taxis part of the time (TAS Taxi Address Service) does not rip you off but uses published rates. The rest of the time we used e-bikes from Tri-bike Aruba. It takes 15-20 min on e-bike to get to Mangel Halto which is a really nice beach. We snorkelled there and enjoyed looking at all the fish. It was a 15 e-bike ride to get to C-mart which is a great supermarket/everything store that has everything. A 1-2 minute walk down the road takes you to The Fish House which is nice restaurant that we went to several times.

The place was super clean and trendy. The only issue I didn’t like was the pool jets and lights are not monitored by the individual studios. You have to submit a request and then wait for them to respond by the time the jet for the pool return back on it was two hours before checkout. Also, the bathroom sink was slightly stopped up so the water was draining very slow overall a nice place if I ever visit Aruba again and plan on staying there.

Ficamos num dos quartos com piscina privativa na varanda e foi simplesmente fantástico, minha filha amou e aproveitamos muito. O Hotel fica numa região sossegada e bem no meio da ilha o que facilita para quem quer conhecer todas as praias pois tanto no norte quanto no sul as praias são lindíssimas e merecem ser visitadas. O Hotel disponibilizou cadeiras e toalhas de praia, cooler e guarda-sol o que tornou nossa estadia mais agradável e confortável para visitar as praias. A proprietária passou inúmeras dicas de passeios e outras atrações que também foram ótimas O quarto com a cozinha é ótima para fazer refeições rápidas e ter um café da manhã Reservem esse hotel que não irão se arrepender!!

Just having a pool right outside my door that was the best thing to me

Loved the property! I will definitely rent here again! I love that every smaller villa has its own pool, the beach is across the road, but its on a dead end street, so its not a lot of traffic at all, and its in the bay area of the beach. Its so peaceful! There are dogs, but they dont bother you at all.

My family is very happy we had a great weekend . Definitely will go back

Our studio was really compact and cute. Had everything we needed. Only issue was the toilet paper holder and handheld shower sprayer were both barely hanging by a thread on the wall. Once we asked for more towels and toilet paper but did not receive that day and had to ask again next morning. We had our own very tiny pool and there were 2 other community pools which was cool but the tiny one by our room would have been better as a hot tub since so small and there were 2 bigger pools to use. Would def come again tho. Only 5 min from airport. A good restaurant was walking distance on the water. The “beach” across the street was always under water and tiny but covered deck on water with hammocks was really nice. Having a kayak to use was a nice bonus.

The property itself is beautiful. Very well kept and clean … dogs aside … there were dogs .. more than a few of them … they were pretty chill but you will 100% need a rental staying back there. There isn’t much within walking distance and it’s literally located behind one of the airports runways. I’m not sure what beach they spoke of in the description but there is water across the street … gated off and non accessible.

We made a literal last second reservation and found ourselves in a perfect situation for a flight the next am. Super, super place to stay, and given the size of the island doesn't really matter that there is a bit of a 5 minute loop around the airport to get there. Great local food walkable, cool Yacht Club and if you like airplanes... lots to see and hear above. The airport closes around sunset so we were comotose without interruption very early. Thank you!
