Dannys Suites, SureStay Collection by Best Western

Le personnel très gentil du soir. Chambre au rez de chaussée très accessible. Bonne literie.

Chambres trop grandes et impersonnelles. Odeur de désinfectant ou nettoyant persistant. Personne du matin peu aimable.

Pleasantly surprised with the included full breakfast.

All good.

There was an amazing Indian Restaurant on site. We only stayed one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the grounds and pool, but it looked lovely. Room was very comfy and bed excellent. Delicious breakfast., lOvely staff.

The place was so crowded and so little staff that breakfast service was a bit wonky. But delicious.

Very friendly service, clean, good value for the money

Wonderful staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms.

The Indian food for dinner in their restaurant was high quality Great to have breakfast included

Keine richtige Dusche!

Bed and bedsheets

Rooms

Tres bien!

The breakfast was very good and excellent service.

The room was outdated, the towels gray, not really white, the bed was unconfortable and you could smell meldew....

Big rooms, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

Towels were really old, not white anymore, need to be replaced

The rooms seemed to be fairly recently renovated and the decor was nice. The grounds are still lovely, with the old landscaping and trees, but aren't being maintained up to what they once were.

The rooms are dark, with only one ceiling light and two lamps besides the bathroom lighting. You had to keep the blind closed for privacy as people walked right outside the window down the hallway. It had a strong chemical smell, like an air freshener, that never went away, maybe to mask the sewer smell we smelled when we first checked in, but that went away. The towels were very dingy grey, not white anymore. The server told us that there were no gluten free items on the menu when we went for supper, (and I did email them twice before our stay, but never received a reply) but then passed me a huge Indian food menu that was halal certified, and said that that menu was gluten free. I chose eggs, bacon, and panfries for my breakfast menu and there was nothing there that I could even call good. The breakfast was served in a coffee shop off to the side and was crazy busy. We told it was going to be at least 30 minutes wait to be seated, but then server sat with customers and carried on with customers, not acting very professional. I asked why we couldn't be seated in the dining area since the coffee shop was full, and she said that she wasn't even supposed to be serving (there was one male server other than her), and then they proceeded to let a large group sit in the dining area. She was on the desk and helping with the breakfast, but I overheard her say that she baked all the pastries. Her nails were very long, painted, and pointed. There's no way she'd be able to wear gloves! The biggest issue we had was that there was no TV service the whole time we were there, and when we inquired about receiving a discount for our stay because of it, the server/receptionist said that they couldn't do that because we'd already received a discount for booking through booking.com. I did email the manager about this, since we'd reserved a room with tv through booking.

The room was beautiful, the beds were amazingly comfortable.

We were late arriving and the restaurant was close to closing but they stayed open while we had dinner. Breakfast in the morning was good.

The bed was far too soft. A firmer mattress would be much easier on your back.

Bon service, belle place

Close to everything , nice staff

The smell of food in the halls The bathrooms need cleaning more and fix showers Air conditioning needs a big cleaning and give a smell

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff at the reception were exceptional. The room was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There is a lovely green area and the included breakfast was perfect.

They provided a microwave oven in the room

Strong smell of mold that gets worse when AC is on, TV with no functional channel or application, old mattresses sinking in the middle, included food very basic/sub standard, very small bathroom

The location was great the pool and the Breakfast was great

The room smelled damp. The supplies was limited.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and good breakfast. Perfect for a night, while taking a break from a roadtrip.

Good breakfast, spacious room with kitchenette. Nice staff. Near the beach.

The breakfast was awesome & room was a good size.

The grounds and buildings seemed like they were declining...just a shame because the motel is in a good spot lovely grounds but they need some attention.

Emplacement correct pour une nuit, déjeuner bien.

Les serviettes était d'une couleur douteuse

Le personnel est vraiment gentil.

Chambre pas de fenêtre. Bcp humidité. La nourriture est très ordinaire.

Good facilities and nice breakfast

Initially got the wrong room type and was told there was nothing that could be done by a very unhelpful lady working on reception who told us they were fully booked, despite me checking and proving they still had room available. Luckily, a very polite man who was also on reception, got involved and sorted the issue, moving us to a room in line with what we had booked.

personnel très gentil

It was clean!!

The room advertised and what we got was not the same. We did not get a room with a kitchen or couch. It was a basic room with 2 double beds and a bath. I feel that the price I agreed to pay for what I was supose to get for a room was not what a I got. I was overpriced for what I got!!

Great location, and perfect for the family. Really enjoyed the heated pool.

Personel courtois.

Nice and quiet and well situated when visiting the Acadian Peninsula

Breakfast was not self serve and could have been faster.

Emplacement

Piscine trop petite, nourriture pas bonne

Breakfast was great, nice garden area

Could not open a windows or even the curtains and could have better lighting by the closet and second desk

it was clean and very nice cozy rooms

everything is great. breakfast was impeccable

only that we didn't stay here for long

Staff were super friendly to accommodate a bug hiccup I had during my journey, and they went above and beyond. I'll definetely come back

It was nice and cozy.

Nothing, it was perfect for me.

It was a great spot to be. The location was quiet, clean and the staff went above and beyond. I will definitely highly recommend if traveling through. You'll enjoy your stay.

Location

Need sheets that fit bed. Need safety mat and rails in bathtub. The drains did not work well , very slow to drain. Lighting was very very poor.

the breakfast is really good

The towels are too old and lose the white color. There is no sheet under the duvet.

Rien!
