立山黒部アルペンルートに行くために宿泊。短時間の滞在のため、安いプランを選択。和室をリフォームし、ツインベッドの部屋。食事が美味しい。大浴場が広い。駐車場がチェックアウト後も利用できる。立山駅とホテルの送迎バスがある。ご好意で、立山から帰ってきたあとも無料で入浴とラウンジを利用させていただけた。

The staff and service were absolutely amazing and the cleaniless of the room was exceptional. Its not q brand new modern hotel but they provided everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. Food was amazing, staff went tge extra mile to provide a little local town tour in cqr for me which I was very grateful as I was planing to walk on foot. The onsen was large and the onsen was very nice. There is a also a drink bar provided for customer and they had a little summer activity with roasted masmarllow and fireworks on the weekend.

There is nothing I don't like about.

森之風飯店協助接駁立山站來回，並提供上立山黑部交通規劃建議，並提供掛行李服務，一件4000日元送去信濃大町的飯店，溫泉池種類多很好泡，朝夕食豐富好食，四人兩間房一泊二食，台幣約15000還算合理。

Very “traditional style” hotel, very nice environment.

Morinokazen palvelut olivat todella hyvät: hieno onsen ulkoaltaalla ja aivan todella hyvä illallinen ja aamiainen. Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä kaunista luontoa. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällisiä ja avuliaita.

The location is near to the Tateyama station where the Alpine route starts, about 5 min drive. The property provides shuttle service to and from the station. They cater breakfast as early as 5:30AM for us when we requested as our departure time of the Alpine route starts early at 7:10AM. There is a big impressive indoor playground for kids. Good for family.

The room we have is slightly aged but it is very clean and still comfortable.

Location is convenient to Tateyama Station for the cable car ride to tateyama kurobe alpine route. Room is spacious. Onsen is excellent with different onsen pools. Dinner and breakfast are great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The room is clean but found 2 strands of hair stuck on the toilet wall when checked in.

beautiful setting in Tateyama, large onsen and the outdoor onsen has a tranquil setting looking out to the mountains, roomy accommodations, with lots of public spaces, shuttle to and from the station

overall, the hotel is a little dated but everything is clean and comfortable

It was a lovely Japanese experience staying here. The outside onsen was nice and hot. The set menu for dinner... we had to eat in house as there was nothing nearby, was outstanding with superb service and many small plates. The room was nice and big with the tatami mat area.

Having sushimi etc for breakfast. It was a set menu, all beautifully presented and served but nothing western at all.

鉄板焼とスッポンスープの火が弱く暖めが弱いのと、焼きが一回で出来なかった。窓が開いていた為か、風で、火が流された？窓やら、やけ具合とかも、確認に来て欲しかった

地元の食材を使った工夫された料理が､食べるペースに合わせて出され､仲間と会話しながら美味しく食べることができた。調理スタッフとフロアスタッフに感謝したい。いろいろな湯船のある大浴場では､温泉に浸かり､身体も心もほぐれてゆったりした時間を過ごすことができた。室堂から降りてきて､すぐに休め､山と渓谷の景色も楽しめる立地の良さ､スタッフのホスピタリティは素晴らしいと思う。

The hotel is really fun, the staff are lovely, and the public onsen is absolutely amazing. The food was nice, and the lobby with free coffee and soft drinks was a great touch.

We booked a room with a private onsen cabin, but in hindsight we would have chosen a regular room since we ended up not using the private onsen at all. Also, both breakfast and dinner are served in traditional Japanese style, and there isn’t really an option to order something more Western for breakfast

The bathroom was a little smelly.

The onsen was nice! The staff was kind and helped with different inquiries. The location is really close to Tateyama station and the hotel provided shuttle for free as well. They have a big kids land and ufo catcher are. The kids will definitely love it and will spend their energy there.

It’s a bit on the pricey side for the facilities and service that they have.

車椅子使用で室内では、歩行器使っていましたが、トイレが少し狭く使いづらかった、 入浴は貸し風呂予約したので問題なかったです。

The meals provided were excellent, also like an omakase standard. The room was spacious with its own attached onsen and bath. It was just a great stay. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves.

The establishment was slightly old.

施設は清潔感が感じられ部屋もゆったりとした広さでした。 お風呂は天然温泉で特に露天風呂は気持ちよく湯船に浸かることができました。夕食や朝食の量は適量で、ラウンジでドリンクが好きに飲むことができるのは良かったです。

花粉の非常に多い時期だったので､部屋に空気清浄機があれば、尚快適に過ごせたと思います。

食事の品数が多く、とても美味しかったです。

思ったよりホテルが良く、温泉もきれいだし食事はなんだか健康になるような感じでした 夜空の星がとてもきれいに見えてきれいでした

残念だったのは山奥族なので、周りに何もないことです。

夕食の青さの茶碗蒸しとか ふきのとうの天ぷらなど 春を感じながら美味しくいただきました。 コーナーも美味しかったです。

エアコンの音が気になり 夜中に何度も目が覚めてしまい ました。

The room is quite big with a bathtub. The beds are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Public bath is big, and there are many zones, including the outdoor. Variety of food on the set meal. The playground is huge and kids love it.

Need to replace the table tennis bats and balls.

食事は、とても工夫されていて、とても美味しく頂きました。 Staffの方々も自然体で対応いただき、心地よく、過ごせました。

女性風呂の圧風呂「中止」が残念でした。

環境が静かで落ち着いている。 立山アルペンルートの早朝発に合わせて朝食時間を5:40以降で選べる。

空調の温度調節が若干合わせ難い

お土産売り場のスタッフさんの方がオススメの施設や いつこんなのがありますよと教えて頂けたのが良かったです。 あと、食事もアレルギーを伝えてて変更してくださったのですが ダメなものがあって伝えるとすぐに交換していただきました。

カラオケルームの隣の喫煙所にカラオケルーム利用者か分かりませんが たくさんおられて、喫煙所の中で飲まれてたので入る事ができなかった。 あと、お酒の缶やゴミが散らかってて次の日になっても片付いてなくて不衛星だなと思いました。 マナーの守れない人がおられると行きにくいなーと思いました。 しっかり注意をしていただきたいです。

とろとろのお湯と清潔なお風呂で、心ゆくまでのんびりできました。 スタッフの方は皆さんとても優しく親切で、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 お食事も丁寧にアレルギー対応していただき、本当に助かりました。 ありがとうございました。

一つだけ挙げるとすれば、お隣の話し声が意外と聞こえたことです。

The Japanese breakfast and dinner are amazing. The staffs were helpful, the hotel is clean, the onsen is large with different pool options. Shuttle service to the Tateyama station is a plus.

A bit pricey as the hotel is a bit dated. Unless you are driving, it can be hard to travel around.

Clean and spacious. Has both indoor and outdoor onsen. The breakfast and dinner is fantastic. Finally the staff are very helpful and friendly.

設備がキレイで、露天風呂から見える紅葉が最高でした。 お部屋も広く、家族4人でゆったりと過ごせました。 夕飯も朝食も美味しくて、サーブしてくれるスタッフの方のホスピタリティも素晴らしかったです。 他に泊まりたいホテルがあったのですが、満室で予約できず、消去法でこちらのホテルを予約したのですが、いい意味で期待値を上回りました。機会があれば、また泊まりに行きたいです。お世話になりました。

Great outdoor onsen with a good view of the mountains . Great experience for a Westerner traveller, very friendly staff. Great food. Useful shuttle and very close to Tateyama Station.

The staff are very helpful and recommend the place and the weather we travel. They help us translate the website information from Japanese to English to buy the cable car tickets. Also, there is free shuttle bus service transit from the hotel to Toyama station.

다테야마 알펜루트 이용하려고 숙박했는데 객실과 부대시설과 음식이 너무 훌륭했어요. 다테야마역까지 셔틀서비스도 해줘서 편하게 알펜루트 다녀왔어요. 다음에도 또 오고, 싶어요

La proximité de l'hôtel de la route alpine.et sa situation en pleine nature. Hôtel très calme et personnel accueillant. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée. On peut profiter du onsen, des yukata et des serviettes sont à disposition.

温泉の泉質が強アルカリで肌がスベスベになり、食事もとても美味しくいただきました。

空地のレベルが3段階しかなく、強にすると音がうるさくて寝る時に弱にすると暑かった。

The staff was super nice. Although some of them were not good in English they made huge efforts to communicate and all was for the best including some nice expirience ;-). The dinner was impressive!!

A spacious and peaceful place nestled in a mountain village, 3km up a winding road from Tateyama Railway Station and the start of the Tateyama Kurobe Transalpine Route. The hotel has a shuttle service to take you to and from the station. It was old-fashioned in some ways, but that added to the charm, especially in the onsen which was one of the best I have experienced in Japan. The food was excellent and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

翌日の立山アルペンルート観光のために宿泊。立地がとても良かったです。晴天で星空観察ができ、満天の星は最高でした。8月末までの花火サービスも楽しかった。スタッフの方も親切で良かったです。

食事。量は多かったのですが、豚肉は臭みがあり、タレも市販のものの味で残念。ブルーベリー漬けの長芋は、安っぽいブルーベリー（ガムとか）の味がして、なぜこれを？と感じました。建物の清掃も、廊下のガラス窓が汚れていたり、カーペット汚れなど気になりました。

夕食は創作和食でした。懐石料理は食べきれない事もあるのですが、どの料理も適量で美味しく食べられました。 また、チェックイン前に荷物を立山駅で朝の送迎バスに預けられないか問い合わせたところ、快く引き受けていただき助かりました。 おかげで安心してアルペンルートを楽しむ事が出来ました。 別邸での宿泊で部屋に温泉があったのも良かったです。全てが完璧で満足です！ 次は紅葉の時期にお邪魔したいと思っています。
