People in next room unbelievably noisy all night, rooms seam to be being used to house street people and refugees ect ,🤬 will definitely not be recommending the Norton hotel to anyone ,!!

Location was great and lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to property and room using keycodes.

WiFi was abysmal, couldn't use the smart TV.

Perfect stay, easy and hassle free! Lovely place to relax. Great view from our room and the room had everything we needed and was clean and tidy.

It was all as expected for the budget

The rooms are lovely, well thought out. Love the kitchen availability small private fridges in room. Comfy beds and chair for each person this is usually something lacking. WiFi is good, smart TV although small, there usb plug sockets available. There is always a small amount of body wash etc to start you off, clean towels and a replacement service on request. There is also a fan in rooms for when it's warm.

There had previously been an issue with the shower maybe a leak. It looked to have been repaired but the damage not fixed. Also the room decor is lovely but being front facing the light coming from around the blinds in the morning the room is very bright. Could do with curtains as well. Plug near long mirror would be good for women doing hair. But we love staying here and these are just small things that would improve future stays.

Great location, very easy to find. Room was very clean, bedlinens good and bathroom was spotless.

Bardzo czysto, blisko do plaży oraz fajnie wymyślony pokój do gier. W pobliżu restauracje z dobrym jedzeniem , bar z muzyką żywo. Piękna plaża która była blisko i mogliśmy z mężem spędzać czas o każdej godzinie . Spędziliśmy miły czas.

Comfortable bed and easily accessible, staff provided useful emails relating to check in. Clean room.

The toilet in our room had chunks missing out of the toilet seat, it needed to be replaced

Excellent location, so close to everything and just across the road from the sea. Clean and tidy. Nice kitchen and games room . Bed was comfy. Small on site car park was useful, especially as the area is permit holders only , or you need to pay for parking.

Just a personal thing, prefer a receptionist and someone to talk with if any issues.

I booked this place for 2 reasons: 1 check out was at 1e which would allow me to get showered after my planned morning activity - we arrived to be told chexk out was at 11 and we could pay extra for a 11.30 check put, whoch is still earlier thsn tje advertised. 2. Parking . The adveet said we wohld ger a parking space, howevee they have a very small car park which os a forst xome forst get basis so if you arrove late it is unlikelu you will gwt parkwd.

Terrible wi-fi ground floor; Terrible AI lady- needs sacking; next human helper not much better- ill-informed; sometimes on shifts- VERY bad 1 hour racket next to Room 3- cleaners?- sounds worse than when someone wrecked the joint!!!

RATS AND MICE IN BATHROOM PANELS WITH VIDEO EVIDENCE,,, MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED IVE EVER SLEPT ON THE PILLOWS WERE FILLED WITH PAPER,,, WALLS ARE PAPER THIN SO CAN HERE EVERYTHING VERY ANNOYING HAD NO SLEEP AT ALL

Really good overnight stay, room was big, clean and well appointed. Easy to get in and out with the self check in option. Nice sea view was a bonus.

Location and parking is perfect, very clean swans are a lovely touch bonus pool table every thing better than expected

Comfortable beds and pillows. Immaculate bedding. Plenty tea/coffee and a couple of bottles of water in fridge.

On arrival parking area full of rubbish and front steps filthy. Our toilet had obviously not been cleaned before our arrival which was disgusting. Lots of well worn and dirty areas in room, for now some not major but if not dealt with soon will be. Only allowed to upload 4 photos

Swan towels! A nice touch

No evidence of WHO YOU ARE??? It was so impersonal, codes etc not even a reference to a person in the guide book. I know we all need to be careful of identity theft and suchlike, but because for all I know you might be owned by a multi mullion dollar corporation I would be unlikely to recommend you because I would prefer to support local businesses and real people. We didn't use the kitchens so apologies if using that facility would have put us right on that.

Close to the sea, clean furniture (bed, chairs), also housekeeping nicely cleaned bathroom. Easy to enter the hotel late night if there are no staff.

Carpet was very dirty in room #1. Room door lock didn’t close properly, not really secure (no lock from inside). Bathroom door doesn’t open fully. Outside shower - bottom left border is damaged.

The beach

Barren room with very thin walls. I could hear the person upstairs snoring. Not even a towel hook in the bathroom to hang one's face or bath towel. Other than the location, there is nothing that goes for it. Did not leave a safe impression, either on entry.

It was cold on the night

We had a room with a view of the North Sea and loved watching the mad Saturday morning cold swim dippers, plus the gathering of the fun runners. Communal kitchen was well equipped and we had a fridge in our room. Plus there were 2 chairs for us to sit in to look at the view.

It was a bit chilly ( I know it's winter ) but the radiators weren't properly hot. All the rooms only have showers.

I am not happy they took away my privacy and I’m going to citizens advice and the owner walked in the room when I was asleep and me partner was in the shower made me feel uncomfortable so i went and got another hotel

Small car park

There was no signal on phone and then the WiFi wouldn't work

It was not a great start at check in. I stated that I would be checking in from 11 - 12 and confirmed that the check in time was ok. Confirmation was given and arrived at 11.30. The lady on reception said room not ready but will be 30 mins came back 12.30 and it still was not ready. I recieved a text at 13.00 to say the room.was ready. When i went there was an early check fee which had to be paid ( annoying after the hassle I already had) then the room still wasn't ready as the cleaner was still in hoovering and said oh im sorry I didn't know you were checking in early!! This made me very late for me appointment! Very annoying and disappointing

For the time I arrived and how tired I was the fact that it was an unmanned hotel was bliss to me. It was easy to find and the room was very cosy for one person. The shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable.

The room was a tad on the warm side however I could of worked out how to turn the radiator down if I had bothered to look. Also practically no car park meant I had to park on the seafront however overnight it free parking there anyways I was just concerned about the safety of my car.

Location and value of money

Broken toilet seat in room 21 need to be replaced. Dogs poo on the walkway, make it compulsory for dogs owners to collect their dogs poo and bin it in an appropriate bin.

Lovely clean facilities with a lovely view of the sea. This was my first time in a self catering hotel, but it had everything we could need.

Perfect location, Rooms are really pretty and comfortable and nice size double room. Shower is very powerful which is nice for a change The sea view from the double room is great to watch the sunrise if your a early riser.
