조식 금액 대비 최악, 중국인들이 많아서 위생상태가.. 심지어 중국인들 조식에 본인 손으로 집어 먹는 모습까지 보임..

직원들은 매우 친절하나.. 4성급이 맞나 싶음..

위치 전반적인 청결과 서비스

침대가 더블로 예약했는데 싱글 두개를 붙여놈 가운데 부분 튀어 나오고 몹시 불편 사전에 해당사항에 대한 공지도 없음 잠자리가 넘 불편했음..

안산에 호캉스 할수있는 편안한 곳을 찾았는데 시설도 그렇고 괜찮았어요 그리고 방음도 잘된거같아요 꿀잠 잤어요

아쉬운점은 너무 외져서 술마시러 시내? 번화가쪽으로 가려니까 택시자체가 안잡혀서 좀 빢쳤고 헬스 할겸 간건데 당일에 헬스장안된다는 안내 받아서 짜증났어요 그리고 조식은 예전 후기에 보던거랑 똑같아서 다양하게 좀 있음 좋겠어요 아님 차라리 코스로 나오던가 생각보다 먹을게 없었음 조식이 좋았다면 호캉스는 조식이 꽃이란걸 알기에 홍보가 많이 될듯하네요 그리고 객실 티비가 너무 작고 옛날 티비라 답답했어요

Frühstück super, koreanisch und europäisch, sehr nettes Personal, sauber, Laundry Service mit Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Nähe Metro, ansonsten Lage im Buisness Destrict, wenig Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Aber in 10min ist man in Ansan mit Taxi oder Bus.

There are a few restaurants around the hotel. During the weekend, no restaurant opens. The hotel staff is not professionally dealing with customers’ requests.

We noticed a strong chemical odour the moment we entered our room. We tried airing out the room, but unfortunately that did not work, so we contacted reception and were offered an identical room as replacement; it had the exact same issue. At this point we made the decision to urgently book alternative accommodation, as the odour was already causing headaches, and left the hotel, fully expecting a full refund, seeing as this was a health and safety issue and the requested service was not provided. Communicating with the hotel after this was impossibly frustrating: they kept claiming we did things that we did not do, they dragged out their responses, they refused to consider any refunds, they couldn't even honor the solutions they themselves offered. To this date, the property has declined all requests for a full or partial refund. We ended up contacting Korea Tourist Organisation with a complaint, and they informed us that a sanitary inspection has been conducted, and that they will keep carrying out regular checks from now on.

에어컨에서 소리가 나고 침대가 너무 흔들거립니다. 마운틴뷰엿는데 코너를 주셔서 절반은 도로가 보였어요

생각보다 정갈하고, 깔끔. 주차장편의성이 돋보임. 가성비좋은 호텔. 조식을 안먹고 대신 bbq런치를 프로모션하는것같아 런치를 먹었는데 맛있었음. 금액대비 가성비 진짜 굿!! 안산에서 런치약속잡는다면 추천할정도!

일때문에 늦은 체크인을 했는데 레스토랑을 이용하려했더니 저녁은 안한다고ㅜ 하다못해 호텔 내의 카페도 일찍 문닫음.. 직원들 약간. 뚱한..반응..뭘 물어보면 딱 그 부분만 답변.. 친절하게 여러가지 알려주려는 노력이나 인상이 아예 없음..

편의점과 카페 외에는 없는 듯 했음.

Good hotel. Location was a little inconvenient

가성비가 엄청난 호텔입니다. 다만 샤워실 시공이 잘못되었는지 배수가 원활하지는 않으나, 가격 생각하면 이 역시 큰 문제는 아닙니다. 조식도 가격 생각하면 괜찮은 편이고, 근처 편의점이 3개나 있습니다. 차가 있다면 10분 거리의 안산 상권 이용 가능합니다.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, Personal war immer sehr freundlich höflich und hilfsbereit. Etwas abgelegen dafür aber in eine ruhigen Lage.

Very disappointing to be honest - arrived around 3pm - no restaurant, no coffee shop (although included in Hotel info) - clearly there were very few guests, and both were consequently closed probably to save money. Reception very pleasant staff - hotel location is not good for a foreigner - there are far better options in the Ansan area - very over-priced hotel.

청결 부분에서는 거슬리는거 하나도 없이 완벽했고 충분히 넓고, 숲뷰에 일할수 있는 책상이 있어서 출장와서 지내기 너무 좋았어요

침대매트리스가ㅜ너무 불편햐서 다음날 허리통증 극심.

룸컨디션이나.. 다 좋았는데 새벽에 화장실에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔어요ㅠ 첫번째 봤을 땐 한마리였고, 두번째 갔을 땐 큰거.. 작은거.. 두마리였어요ㅠ 욕조에도 돌아다니고... 음 그 뒤로 아침까진 화장실 사용을 자제하고 나왔습니다..ㅠ 숲바퀴처럼 크고 까만게 아니라서 더욱 실망스러웠어요. 방역에 좀 더 신경 써주시면 좋겠습니다. 그 전까진 재망문 의사 완전 있었는데 아쉽습니다ㅠ

출장지 안산에서 검색 후 찾아갔다 신축건물 깨끗한 주차장 과 로비. 깨끗한 룸. 단지 침대가 싱글 두개를 붙여 둔 것이 불만족 스럽다. 중간 경계선이 거슬린다

Shower booth floor was inclined towards entrance so water was stagnated instead of draining, which regarded to be repaired asap. Also 2 days breakfast were fixed menu by hotel instead of buffet style and quality was not good, so we may not include breakfast from next booking.

Was very clean and comfortable. Ansan is somewhat spread out as a town, but location was pretty central. Several restaurants nearby walking distance. Pleasant stay.

The restaurant was closed almost every night which was poor. We had to buy food from the 7-11 across the road. Very disappointing. The staff were very pleasant.

방컨디션은 최상이였는데 침대가 더블 싸이즈가 아니고 싱글은 두개 붙여서 더블은 만든거라 조금 의아했습니다. 직원도 친절도도 만족입니다.

The room was HOT and it was 75-80 outside (daytime). I asked about AC and they said it's springtime and they don't turn on AC in rooms until May. I was told to open my window which helped enough to get some sleep. First time I've come across that in the 3 hotels in Korea we stayed in. FYI even with shower/tub combo the floor gets drenched so I'm standing in a pool of water blow drying my hair. Yikes!

The room was not so clean. One bed lamp was not working. The safe was looked and could not repaired for the whole week. There was not enough hanger wardrobe.

taxi, location, resturant - didnt tell us it was 30 min limit. paid $16 per person - they werent even opened but still served us but wanted us to follow their 30 min rule without serving proper food (had flies) room was small. and we had to call so many times for towels, clean our room, amenities

Stayed here on a business trip. Since our business partners were in vicinity, we chose to be here. Other than that, I don't see a reason to stay here from a foreigner's perspective. Rooms are very basic. Some of my collegues didn't even have water bottles in their rooms. Breakfast is very basic again. Especially for a vegetarian. No dishes are labelled with names or marked with red or green dot or veg and non veg making it very very difficult to understand. Max staff doesn't speak english barring very few. Restaurant only serves breakfast so one cannot have any other meal here. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again. Its just too basic for the price they charge. Only saving grace was one of their front desk person helped us out in getting a cab.

객실 정리가 안됐다며 체크인이 늦어지는데 남자 직원은 물어볼때마다 틱틱대고, 한 객실은 3시 30분에,다른 객실은 3시 45분에 체크인해주고, 받은키가 안 열려 또 프론트까지 다녀오고, 객실 들어서 욕실 상태보니 머리카락이 여기저기 널려있고 수건에도 머리카락이 늘어져 있었네요. 객실 테이블 밑에는 먹다만 오징어가 떨어져 있고, 커피잔과 스푼과 휴지 케이스도 먼지 소복ㅜ ,,, 거기다 시트에도 머리카락이 있고 얼룩도 여기저기있고, 담배 냄새 때문에 룸 체인지 한번했는데 거기도 머리카락에 욕실 곰팡이까지, , , 룸 상태가 동네 모텔 보다도 못하네요~ 라운지만 멀쩡하면 뭐하나요? 카펫 청소도 안되어있어 알러지때문에 몸도 근질근질해서 약 먹고ㅜ 가족 여행으로 간건데 오래있기 싫어 체크인도 일찍하고 나와 버렸어요.,절!!!!대 추천 안하고 다시는 가지 않을 겁니다

세면대 및 샤워시설 배수 안되고 막히는거 때문에 너무 스트레스 받았네요. 다른부분들은 일반적인 비즈니스 호텔정도였어요. 배수시설 문제로 문의드렸을때 응대 및 답변 내용이 실망스러워서 다시 가고싶지는 않을것같아요.

조용히 자루 쉬다가 왔습니다. 주변에 늦겠까지 하는 쉭당이 별로 없어서, 멀리 까지 갔다가 식사하고 왔습니다.

조식 부터 모두 좋았습니다. 가격 대비 최고 입니다.

가성비 완전 좋아서 출장시 매번 이용합니다 하지만 이번에 청소 상태가 별로였어요 처음 배정된 810호에는 전화기 근처에 담배 꽁초가 있었고 다시 배정받은 710호는 TV와 냉장고 사이에 사용한 화장솜이 있었으나 귀찮아서 그냥 숙박했어요 이번만 그랬고 여러번 이용한 경험으론 만족하기에 다음에도 예약하려고 합니다

청결도는 기대하지 마세요 케케묵은 먼지들 속에서 잔다고 코 다 막히고 너무 건조해서 커피포트로 물 두번은 끓여놓고 잤네요. 심지어 커피잔에는 얼룩묻은게 그대로 남아있고... 먼지가 많았습니다 전체적으로 시트커버도 한쪽은 바닥에 질질 끌려있어서 좀 그렇더라구요

안산에서 비지니스 호텔로는 유일한 것 같습니다. 나만 조식은 권하지 않습니다. 그리고 실내에 규칙적인 소음이 있습니다. 마치 호스에서 물빠지는 소린데 맥동이 있습니다.

방도 아늑하고, 침대도 아주 편하고, 창밖 경치도 예쁘고 전반적으로 편안해서 잘 지내고 왔어요. 다만 사진처럼 테이블에 전체적으로 술병과 술 흘린 끈적끈적한 자국이 묻어있어 더러웠고, 청소를 하시고 깜빡하셨는지 변기에 머리카락과 휴지가 버린 채 물을 내리지 않은 상태였어요... 방역이 많이 중요한 시기이니만큼 청결도에 민감해지는지라 어쩔 수 없이 좀 꺼림칙하더라구요. 바닥이 카페트이니만큼 찜찜함이 없도록 더욱 청결한 모습을 보여주셨으면 했어요! 다른 아쉬움이 있었다면 침대 근처에 콘센트가 없는 점이요ㅠㅠㅋㅋ 그 외엔 만족스럽게 잘 있다 왔어요.

Easy approach No free water No good morning meal Good price

벌써 안산스퀘어호텔을 이용한게 꽤 되네요. 늘 안산 출장길에 숙소로 애용중입니다. 좋은조건에 저렴한 비용으로 이용중인데 하나 아쉬운건 처음엔 깨끗했는데 차츰 욕실이 지져분해진 느낌입니다. 깨끗함을 유지해주시길 바랍니다. 재방문 할겁니다.

저 혼자 조용히 일을 좀 하느라 숙박했는데 산뷰도 좋고 책상도 있어서 넘 좋았어요! 배달음식도 시켜먹고 편히 있다왔어요! 또일로 집중해야할때 가려구요~^^

Hotel Is pretty nice, there are beautiful gym, swimming pool and sauna. Rooms are comfortable and clean.Staff very gentle and ready to help. Breakfast is not buffet cause of covid , of course, but very overpriced in my opinion, maybe are the standards of the city.

두번째 방문인데 직장동료한테 추천해서 같이 방문했죠~ 직장동료도 깔끔하고 숙박비 대비 가성비갑이라고 인정할 정도로 만족했어요~ 이제 안산, 시흥쪽 출장 시 숙박 걱정은 전혀 안해도될것 같아요~~~~

Stayed here for 2 nights on my business trip. I found everything okay except for 2 things. 1. A/C seemed to be not working. The weather was really nice so I just opened the window (which was better for me because I could get some fresh air). 2. Not enough parking space and no valet. It was a bit stressful when I got back in very late, exhausted, and found that cars were even packed in front of the hotel lobby and there’s no place for my car. For these 2 reasons some might not be satisfied with their stay. However, I think I would stay here again when I go to ansan.
