Food was awesome and overall stay was awesome really enjoyed
The room was clean, modern and had everything you need. The staff are on hand 24/7 to help you. The staff were absolutely fantastic. The travel desk team arranged all of my safaris and transfers from the airport stress-free.

While the facilities were par for the course for any hotel of this category, the service from the staff was above and beyond, elevating the experience to another level. Activities designed to keep kids engaged, every need catered to with alacrity - they set a benchmark in customer service
There was nothing i didn't like. Every need was catered to, including coordinating with the safari driver to recover my mother's earring which she dropped in the jeep

Perfect for family, more the merrier. After doing day and eve safari you can relax at spa or pool, or play games or indulge in group activities. There’s something for everyone to spend time. Staff is courteous and friendly, room service needs to improve. Its the best family resort in this area.
Booked this hotel because it said The room had 2 king beds and a gym- it had neither. And they did nothing to make up for their shortcomings, except overcharge me when I checked out.
