The hotel was set on the most beautiful cliffside mountain with the most incredibly breathtaking views. Just spectacular

Everything was perfect

A stunning hotel. The staff can't do enough for you from the moment you book they are available 24/7 on WhatsApp. The hotel facilities are wonderful and the spa was a great addition. We went in a quiet time so there wasn't too much to do around the hotel. The alpaca breakfast experience was great and their daily breakfasts I can't rate highly enough.

The rooms were quite hot and when we asked about reducing the temperature they run off a centralised system so we couldn't get the aircon down to a temperature we would have liked.

Breakfast is great. The view is great. Rooms are big and have comfy beds and large tubs. Massages were adequate. Spa facilities are great!

I tried to switch dates or cancel and rebook - and met with a stone wall. Zero flexibility.

I am well traveled and this is my all-time favorite place! The location and views are amazing! The design details were very well curated! The staff was incredibly attentive. The food was fantastic, and the presentation at the table was social media worthy! They even had complimentary flip flops and slippers in the room. My only complaint is that I was not able to stay longer!!

The wellness area, pools and views were amazing. Breakfast was unbelievable.

From the second we arrived in the car park, a young male staff member insisted on parking our car even though we already had it parked. He then kept asking for tips, this was before we even entered the hotel. The same guy continued to ask us for tips throughout our stay even after we gave him €20. Our room was extremely disappointing, it didn’t match the hotel interiors at all and we paid big money for this. The lighting was so bad in the room, I had to turn on my light on my phone to get stuff out of the bag.

This is a very Instagrammable hotel. Nice pool with views. Spacious room. Good stopover location on drive from The Dolomites to St Moritz.

It does not justify the price tag of €781 a night. It’s not located in a nice tourist hotspot area nor in a secluded peaceful area, it’s located in the middle of nowhere right on the side of a main road which was noisy. It’s a very photogenic hotel, but it’s not the comfortable level I would expect. They also play loud music daily during the evening which kill the peacefulness. The room layout is a bit odd, feels like it’s made for social media. The pool is closed at 7pm sharp. The sun not even set yet in the summer, but they have an off hour reservation for private experiences which I were not aware of. The dinner was mediocre. Everything on the too salty side. The red prawn from Sicily didn’t thaw from freezer well, it feels spongy. Breakfast is also for show, with pastry trolley. Theres no buffet, it’s to be ordered from menu, it’s not that bad, but I’m not exactly happy either. There’s alpaca in the hotel which I thought it will walk roaming around during breakfast , but no. It’s kept in their area, and at certain times, guests can book private experiences (like breakfast with alpacas) which I also were not aware of. I heard they let them roam mid-day, but this is not the resort I wanted to spend my entire holiday in. So I left after breakfast. Last but not least, the valet guy parked my car on the side of the road, and left the key inside the car, and the car is unlocked for the entire night!!! Unbelievable!!! Luckily this is the dolomites, not major cities. No more for me. I would say had it cost €250-€350 it could justify what it is, but never in the €700+ range.

Ma qui il tempo passa troppo in fretta ritorneremo il prima possibile lo staff è eccezionale all’arrivo ottima accoglienza Giada al parking alla reception accontentano ogni tua richiesta!la camera qst anno ancora più bella!biancheria sempre pulita grazie alle signore dei piani Cristina super! Che dire dei ristoranti e della colazione SALVO nel mio cuore qst anno con un nuovo ristorante e un nuovo chef! La piscina e la spa impeccabili bagni sempre puliti ma il pezzo forte sono la fattoria tenuta eccellentemente un bacio ai miei alpaca che mi mancheranno! I nostri complimenti vanno a Carlotta e Alberto che si dedicano e lavorano in prima linea con passione rendendo lo chalet impeccabile! A presto!

Everything was just as I expected—or even better. The staff were polite. The breakfast was extensive. The alpaca experience, the spa, the pools, the rooms—everything was 10/10

Potrei parlare per giorni è stato tutto al di sopra delle now aspettative Super fantastica esperienza Mi è piaciuto il sorriso dello stuff La gentilezza di tutti in particolare della signora Carla la quale mi ha assistito da oltre un anno in ogni mia richiesta Del ragazzo Bruno che lavora di notte e ci ha portato la torta per il compleanno super gentile. In maniera sincera solo mi è dispiaciuto per due cose una l experience dell aperitivo nella pool con il fuoco che però non funzionava e non ci è stato detto, in più ci aspettavamo affettati e salumi mentre ci hanno portato solo tre piccoli rettangoli do pane con alici che mai nella vita avrei scelto ! Però hanno poi provveduto lasciandoci la camera per più ore al check out e il giorno dopo ci hanno offerto un tagliere (no nella piscina con il fuoco che era stata riparata) ma va bene così ! Altra cosa che mi è dispiaciuto è il non aver trovato i maritozzi e cornetti colorati o paste che vengono mostrate nei media ma che però apparentemente offrono solo il sabato “ and ahimè io ero li di martedì 😅 Per il resto tutto perfetto

Sejurul nostru a fost conform așteptărilor. Totul la superlativ. Locația este foarte frumoasă, priveliștea din cameră ne a lăsat fără cuvinte. Mâncarea foarte buna, servirea a fost impecabilă. Personalul foarte amabil și atent. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

Sono allergica al rosmarino o proprio il broncospamso cioè rimango senza aria se lo mangio due sere consecutive hanno messo il rosmarino nel mangiare poi il direttore quando è venuto la seconda sera che io sono rimasta senza aria a detto che abbiamo premeditato tutto nonostante o cercato di non fare l’ambulanza perché non volevo fargli chiudere il resort per il resto tutto meraviglioso e rilassate i camerieri ragazzi molto gentili in gamba e più preoccupati per me che il direttore

I bagni con doccia a vista e luce che di notte disturba , il rumore dell’impianto di riciclo di aria sempre in funzione , ronzio fastidioso . Non e’ un impianto di condizionatore disattivabile .

Attenzione al dettaglio, alta qualità di ogni materiale impiegato in tutta la struttura… tutto molto pulito.

I manichini l’unica cosa brutta e inutile, il resto top.

Location, facilities, general vibe.

Dinner was incredibly slow. Not five star service at all. The evening meal and service really let the hotel down. They had just started their new tasting menu, so all focus was on that and not the main restaurant.

The pool was too warm, would be better to have it a bit colder during summer heat

I loved the location, the food, the staff were so friendly, the amount of the things to do at the hotel alone was great.

The one thing I didn’t like was the bed in the room we stayed in because it was on chains and swung. And I’m quite a light sensitive sleeper, so it moved every time we moved. But that is the only negative.

Gostei muito do atendimento da equipe que faz o acesso ao hotel, desde as pessoas do atendimento até a equipe que cuida de carregar bagagens e a limpeza. Vi que alguns atendentes cuidam do hotel muitas horas e com muito carinho tudo é feito em prol dos hóspedes.

Não gostei dos 2 restaurantes, o menu e a comida salgada precisa de aprimoramentos. O doce e o café da manhã estão perfeitos. Alguns membros da equipe e do restaurante com Deboches e risadas altas fizeram o café da manhã ser constrangido, mas levei na esportiva porque não sei do que falavam. A comida servida no jantar eu fazia melhor quando tinha 9 anos e cabia quando eu cozinhava mais que a palma da minha mão. Atualmente vale muito apena ir e levar a comida do Que jantar no hotel !

Le condizioni non perfette della stanza,il parquet a terra era sollevato all'entrata del bagno e costringeva a fare attenzione per non inciampare. il costo troppo elevato degli extra.

Staff on the restaurant was not great… I ordered fondue and it came in a relly strange way, I aked and they said it was normal. Until I called the manager witch looked and changed the dish right away and apologised. However I did order 10g of caviar and they charged me 30g. We sorted it out after. But shouldn’t happen.

Our stay was absolutely magical. The whole atmosphere felt incredibly romantic — from the cozy ambiance to the thoughtful details everywhere. The New Year decorations were beautiful and created such a warm, festive vibe. One of the most unforgettable moments was breakfast with the alpacas — it truly felt like a dream and made the experience so unique and special. Vista mozzafiato, ogni punto dell’hotel gode di una meravigliosa vista sulle Dolomiti. Cena e colazione perfette

L’aria di ricircolo della stanza era fredda, temperatura non modificabile anche dopo aver contattato reception. Problema da risolvere

Il personale giovane e molto gentile. La struttura mooolto pulita. La vista super.

Il letto non era proprio comodissimo.

Rhe whole place was brilliant. The snow fell at the rifht time making it a brilliant 50th suprise for my wife. Views were spectacular food spectacular staff were excellent and friendly.

The only thing is that the lager were not to my liking and the could do with a good premium lager

Hotel muito bonito e organizado. Quarto maravilhoso. A limpeza excelente. Equipe muito prestativa, atenciosa e educada, principalmente os funcionários Júlia e Salvatore. Todas as experiências realizadas- jantar na casa da árvore e almoço na neve, foram excelentes e confortáveis. A piscina externa com a temperatura muito agradável. A comida sempre muito boa. O café a la carte também muito bom e com muitas opções.
