The rooms were clean and spacious, and the overall ambience was excellent. The staff were very courteous, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The food and breakfast were also very good, with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, especially for a family stay. The hospitality and peaceful surroundings made our Tirupati trip even more enjoyable. reception member Krishna was very good thankful for his service. Highly recommended! We have stayed for one full day for visiting Temples in Tirupathi and Tirumala. The hotel is class, neat and well maintained. The staff is very courteous. The food in the restaurant 'lotus' is good. The location, especially the Mountain View from the room is very good. The swimming pool and the ambience are simply superb. Mr. Krishna from the reception has helped us and took care of our stay end to end. This is a good destiny for families in Tirupati.

The Hotel is placed a little further away from the centre of the Tirupati town, however the connectivity is pretty good. The ambience, room service and the facilities are top notch! The rooms offer hill view/ pool view and they are extremely hygienic. The food taste has some scope for improvement. Otherwise it was a decent experience! Would recommend for stay in Tirupati.

allots of fly inside the food at the buffet area, and the staff continued serving it even after I informed them. There were also no covers for the fruit or other exposed food items. I was disappointed that the staff did not take responsibility for keeping the food clean and safe. Instead of addressing the issue, they appeared to continue talking among themselves. At a five-star hotel, I would expect the contaminated food to be removed and replaced immediately, and all exposed items to be properly covered. I spoke to Head Chef and the manager also and they just blamed that the hotel is next to mountain so their will be fly coming etc. when a simple answer is to put all the food in a container that has a cover.

We had an excellent candlelight dinner at Lotus Cafe. The ambience was elegant and romantic, the restaurant was spotless, and the food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with exceptional taste and quality. A special thanks to Venkatesh for providing outstanding service throughout the evening. He was warm, courteous, professional, and always attentive to our needs. From the moment we arrived until the end of our dinner, he ensured everything was perfect. His friendly attitude, prompt service, thoughtful recommendations, and genuine care for guests made our experience truly memorable. We would also like to thank Aparna for her warm welcome and excellent support. She took great care of us and made our candlelight dinner even more special with her kindness and hospitality. The ambiance is captivating from the moment you walk in, and everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Marasa Sarovar Premiere is a beautiful property with a peaceful atmosphere, spacious rooms, and good facilities. The architecture and overall ambience make it a pleasant place to stay, especially for families and those visiting Tirupati for pilgrimage. The food was generally good, and the property offers a relaxing resort-like experience. A special mention goes to Mano Prasad at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. His willingness to assist and ensure guests are comfortable truly stood out and made a positive difference to the overall experience. There are a few areas that could be improved. Service can be slow during busy periods, and the air conditioning in the room was not very effective. While it worked, it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature at times, which was disappointing for a property of this standard. Overall, I had a good stay and enjoyed the hotel's ambience and facilities. With some improvements in service consistency and room cooling, the guest experience would be even better. Property has been maintained well, good housekeeping. Location is at the farther end of Tirupati. Quiet property and value for money.

My first stay in your hotel was very pleasant and awesome. The behaviour of staff both at reception , restaurant and house keeping was excellent in general and particularly that of Aparna who was very helpful. I thank one and all. myself and my wife enjoyed our stay at the hotel to the maximum.

Thank you to all the team members of Marasa Sarovar from bookings to hospitality to restaurant. We travelled with family and I cudn’t ask for a better stay. We got rooms on 2nd floor with Mountain Views. Very spacious rooms with spot clean furnishings. The food at both the restaurants - Krishna cafe and lotus were very delicious. For vegetarians , Krishna cafe is highly recommended and do not skip the breakfast :). I have to mentio Mr Manu Prasad here for the exceptional service he provided. He personally checked and followed up on all our requests and queries during our stay and made sure we were happy. Thank you Manu and keep doing what you do. If you are travelling with family ( all age groups) or as a couple , highly recommend this hotel in Tirupati.

Spa charges are higher than itc grand ridge in Tirupati and it is the same spa. They gave me stale food also which might spoil my health and stomach.

Property: The landscaping and property features were good including entrance and floating restaurant. Service: Mr Manu Prasad from front office was excellent in his service and assistance. Truly appreciate and thank u for it. Food: The buffet spread was decent enough for both breakfast and dinner. However, has the scope of improvement in terms of adding more options. Overall, had a great stay and thanks to Manu. It tops our list for us to stay at all times during our visit to Tirupathi.

Title: Disappointing in Every Way — Not Worthy of a 5-Star Tag We stayed here for two nights and the experience was deeply underwhelming from start to finish. Staff & Service: The attitude across all departments — front desk, room service, housekeeping — was indifferent at best and dismissive at worst. There was no sense of guest orientation or basic hospitality warmth anywhere. Room Condition: The room had a persistent unpleasant odour, as did the telephone handset. The air conditioning was ineffective, there was no fan to support airflow, and the bathroom had no exhaust ventilation — making the space uncomfortable throughout our stay. Amenities: The TV set-top box was non-functional for the entirety of our stay — the property had simply not bothered to keep the recharge active. When reported, nothing was done. This is a basic operational responsibility, not an oversight. It reflects a management that is either indifferent to guest comfort or simply not paying attention. Food & Restaurant: The restaurant staff lacked even a basic understanding of guest instructions. Something as simple as serving a hot coffee was beyond their grasp — the coffee arrived lukewarm, and this was not an isolated incident. For a five-star property, this is frankly unacceptable. Noise & Build Quality: Walls and flooring were paper-thin. We could hear every sound from the room above and neighbouring rooms all night, making proper sleep impossible. For a property that markets itself as five-star, this was a two-star experience at best. We would not return, and cannot recommend this to other travellers.

Hello my name is Mohan ks as I booked hotel room for 2 days check in from 05.05.26 to check out on 07.05.26 , ( Rs. 15390 for 2 days )and very unfortunately we reached at early morning at 4.30 am on 05.05.26 and we requested to night shift receptionist for allowing us early check in and I could pay charges if required . But staff not allowed us and told now there is season so not able to give while I was already sent a mail to hotel for early check in , then later after 1 hour their night manger come and he was also non cooperative and later I told them to cancel my booking and then they agreed to give room with one day cost 2ndly I told all receptionist for give tea cattle in the room for 3 days continue told but no one responded and till check out after 3 days they not provided tea cattle. . 3rdly there is one veg restaurant namely Krishna restaurant where we took dinner and we ordered food and food carried by waiter and we asked some row onion but till finish our dinner non of carried the onion . Then later we fed up came back. Do overall we had bad experience in this hotel , next time we will not book in this hotel . Will prefer Mattiot , taj & ITC
