Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Very convenient location for those attending events in Malmö Arena or Malmömässan. Close to the train station, easy to reach Malmö city center as well as Copenhagen airport. There is also a big shopping mall nearby. Breakfast is nice.
Internet connection was slow and unreliable. I understand the hotel was too crowded during our stay due to the ongoing big conference, but they should be used to such loads as an arena hotel, where big events keep happening and large crowds keep coming.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026I like the location, and the beds are really soft and comfortable. And I liked the ready-to-make coffee in the room.
The hotel may look modern at first glance, but in practice, it is extremely dysfunctional and inconvenient. * Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM, which is far too early for guests on vacation or anyone looking for a relaxed schedule. * Housekeeping requires downloading and filling out an app. The only notice about this was on an elevator screen where ads cycled every 5 seconds, I barely managed to scan the QR code. * There are no wardrobes or closets, under the pretext of 'minimalist living,' forcing guests to live out of their suitcases. * There is no room telephone to contact reception, forcing international guests to make expensive roaming calls just to ask a question. Under the guise of modern technology and simplicity, the hotel simply cuts basic amenities and shifts the burden onto guests. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking real comfort.
