Purtroppo la cura nei dettagli è legata solo all’apparenza poiché a livello di pulizia stanze lascia a desiderare considerando lo standard 4 stelle. Tralasciando il problema iniziale e segnalato subito che la camera matrimoniale superior assegnata non era come riportata dalle fotografie ( e abbiamo capito benissimo che quella pubblicizzata è solo 1 mentre le altre 2 sono più piccole e senza la possibilità di mettere neanche un porta valigie), ci siamo imbattuti in un sistema di aria condizionata a dir poco vergognoso. Per puro caso il 3 giorno di soggiorno rimettendo delle magliette nell’armadio e’ uscita una gran quantità di polvere . Abbiamo notato che le bocchette di areazione ( sia di entrata che di uscita) erano all’intero dell’armadio ( questo è a muro) erano piene di polvere ( alleghiamo foto). Abbiamo quindi spento immediatamente l’aria condizionata e mai più riacceso ( abbiamo chiesto alla reception di non accenderla ).Abbiamo detto della incuranza dell’impianto solo al check out poiché avevamo paura che potessero effettuare la pulizia dei filtri durante il soggiorno ( e non è consigliabile per la salute). Ci hanno risposto che tale disservizio doveva essere fatto presente subito poiché avrebbero provveduto alla pulizia ( proprio quello che NON deve essere MAI fatto in presenza di persone o oggetti personali per il deposito di eventuali batteri Infatti al momento del check out abbiamo informato la responsabile della struttura del problema riscontrato, la quale ( senza sapere della nostra partenza ) ha detto che avrebbe mandato qualcuno a pulire come se fosse normale. Prima di partire è tornata da noi dicendo che se non avessi fatto la recensione mi sarebbe stato offerto il 15% di sconto su un eventuale altra prenotazione. Concludo dicendo che oltre alla pulizia sono mancati anche i servizi essenziali perché durante il nostro soggiorno ( 3 ospiti ) gli ultimi giorni non hanno neanche rimesso gli accappatoi e ci siamo ritrovati 1 accappatoio in 3.

Le confort était top. Le petit déjeuner très fourni et très bon avec des suggestion du jour. L'hôtel est très bien situé à quelques minutes du centre et de la marina. Le personnel est très très aimable.

Pour un établissement de ce prix et de ce standing, il n'y a pas de vrai plage (soit quelques dizaines de cm de profond ou tellement de cailloux qu'on ne peut pas marcher à pieds nus). Il n'y a également pas de piscine (je pense que c'est prévu) Nous étions venus nous reposer et à 08h00 le matin, le bruit des cisailles du jardinier a commencé. Au niveau équipements, le frigo n'est pas satisfaisant car la porte ne s'ouvre que difficilement et comme il n'est pas fixé, il avance à chaque ouverture

The Casa Santini is in a quiet & peaceful location set right on the water’s edge. Our room was well furnished & comfortable. The staff were great, friendly & helpful. I celebrated my birthday whilst we were there. They knew & sent me a birthday card & vouchers for drink. A nice touch. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner, during our stay & we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. It’s the sort of hotel that you don’t want to leave.

De standaard airco is olie warme dagen niet toereikend maar dan plaatsen ze op verzoek een mobiele airco. Die werkt uitstekend

Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. They gave us towels every day which we took to go to various beaches. Breakfast was superb.

The room was beautiful but a little small. Although breakfast was excellent I did not enjoy the evening menu and found it a little pricey for what it was. Much better to eat in the town.

De lounge, het restaurant en de tuin waren heel sfeervol en gezellig. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was ontzettend uitgebreid en erg goed. En het bed lag heel lekker!

De badkamer was erg gedateerd. Bij een 4 sterren hotel verwacht ik geen douchegordijn en lekkagevlekken en zeker niet als je bijna 300 euro per nacht betaald! Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding viel dus tegen.

Tout était parfait. Le personnel était aux petits soins. La chambre, bien que petite, était très bien décorée et fonctionnelle. Le vrai plus la localisation de l’hôtel en plein centre du port et avec une vue magnifique. Mention spéciale au petit déjeuner qui est excellent, avec des produits frais.

Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and very helpful staff. I ended up eating dinner at the hotel restaurant every night instead of going into town—it was fantastic!

Bed was too soft and the shower was small, though this likely depends on the room type.

La localisation est idéale car elle allie vue sur la mer et proximité du centre ville (un petit bus gratuit peut vous amener en quelques minutes au centre ville si vous ne voulez pas monter à pieds et son arrêt est à 2 minutes de l'hotel). Le personnel est sans exception souriant, ils sont à l'écoute des demandes (nous étions déçues de ne pas avoir d'ombre sur notre terrasse et un parasol nous a été immédiatement installé) et enclins aux petites attentions. Le petit déjeuner est merveilleux, le buffet est très beau, fourni en produits locaux et la formule permet de choisir une suggestion à la carte chaque jour. Le jardin en bord de mer est idéal pour se rafraichir au moment les plus chauds de la journée grâce à ses arbres offrant de l'ombre.

La climatisation n'est pas suffisamment efficace quand les températures sont hautes. Elle s'arrête quand on sort sur la terrasse et ne se remet pas en route quand on referme la porte. Ceci empêche donc d'en profiter sans risquer de retrouver la chambre bouillante. La baignoire/douche est certes très belle mais peu pratique, les escaliers pour y accéder sont glissants. La salle de bain est dans son ensemble fort petite. Les rangements disponibles dans la chambre sont insuffisants, la seule penderie est trop petite.

LE déjeuner est plus que correct par rapport au prix, la chambre très bien décorée et spacieuse, mais pas très bien assonorisée. La plage de l'hôtel est bien pour les enfants mais il y en a de très belle pas très loin.

Une nuit où on a entendu nos voisins de chambre vraiment très fort.

Un hôtel extrêmement agréable, avec un vaste jardin, un excellent petit déjeuner et un personnel aux petits soins.

La chambre et la salle de bain sont assez petites. La salle de bain pourrait être rénovée.

located close to a construction site in the port of Porto Vecchio, no pool, you can't swim in front of the hotel as the small swimming area water is 20-30cm deep, dirty and boiling. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked it. Plenty of better options around

Mooie locatie, ontbijt is beperkt maar lekker. Weinig glutenvrije opties voor de dochter. Kamers waren wel ruim. Leuk ingericht. Jammer dat er geen zwembad is. Het gedeelte zee is vlak bij de haven en ziet er niet zo enorm proper uit. Zou zeker een pluspunt zijn en de ruimte is er absoluut om een zwembad aan te leggen. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar uiteindelijk voor sommige excursies toch zelf wat moeten zoeken. Verder heel aangenaam hotel.

Voor excursies zelf nog wat moeten doorzoeken om een passende oplossing te vinden. Geen zwembad.

Nous avons passé trois nuits en juillet dans cet hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, avec de nouvelles suggestions chaque jour, ce qui était très appréciable. Le dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel mettait parfaitement en valeur les produits locaux dans l'assiette. Concernant la chambre double avec terrasse, nous avons apprécié la machine à café et les petites attentions. Cependant, nous avons trouvé la chambre un peu petite pour circuler et il manquait un espace dédié pour poser les valises, qui sont restées au sol. Enfin, sur la plage, nous avons constaté que certains clients monopolisaient plusieurs parasols, ce qui nous a malheureusement laissés sans protection."

Die Garten und Restaurantanlage ist traumhaft, das Essen sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich.

Das Hotel ist eher auf das Restaurant und das Erlebnis um dieses herum ausgelegt. Das Hotelzimmer war bei uns etwas alt, es gab keinen Duschvorhang und das Standart 2 Bettzimmer ist so klein dass man sich schwer tut 2 Koffer zu öffnen.

Very small rooms, beach in front not swimable, breakfast wise I was told they couldn’t boil eggs but give only sunny side eggs which I thought for a 4 star hotel was not acceptable standards.

Bel hôtel, bien situé en bord de mer et bien insonorisé. Personnel très aimable et accueillant. Excellent petit-déjeuner avec de vrais produits locaux et goûteux.

Rien de spécial. Les chambres sont peut-être un peu petite mais pour un très court séjour, c'est suffisant. Un petit frigo serait un plus.

Vårt rum (classic room) var väldigt litet, svårt att få plats med väskor. Rekommenderar att boka ett större rum. Fanns ingen minikyl.

Breakfast was incredible, the staff were extremely welcoming, the cleaning staff did a great job.

The sandy area did not have sun-beds as advertised, it was a lunch area.

Emplacement, personnel

Location is great and outlook over the water is beautiful (minus the building site to the right). Rooms worked well and bed was comfortable. Restaurant was great, nice options on the menu. Staff were very engaging, friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping service was a little scattered but the room was clean. Restaurant Menu is expensive but we kind of expected that.

Absolutely amazing! A warm welcome from all the staff, they are very attentive and professional. The room was lovely. A comfortable bed, lot of space in the room. The breakfast and dinner were also amazing and very tastefully. Would definitely recommend and return. An experience we would not forget.

Gute Lage man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt. Tolles Frühstück, nettes Personal.

Kleines Zimmer, wenig Ablage. Die Klimaanlage hat wenig gebracht und der Deckenventilator war laut. Man ist zwar direkt am Meer aber man kommt schlecht hinein, Steine. Das Wasser ist auch nicht sehr tief und man hat eine schlechte Sicht. Einmal hatten wir kein Wasser, Leitungsschaden. So konnten wir uns nach unserem Strandausflug nicht duschen und mussten so Essen gehen. Es kann schon mal was passieren, aber da hätte ich mir um den Preis schon eine Entscheidung in Form eines Getränk vorgestellt.

Das Personal ist top. Frühstück und Abendessen ausgezeichnet. Die Anlage des Hotels ist eigentlich super,. Kostenloser Hotelparkplatz. Nähe zur Stadt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Bad und WC getrennt.

Das Meer ist keinesfalls zum Baden geeignet. Sehr seicht, scharfe Steine bzw was auch immer, trübes Wasser - vermutlich aufgrund der flachen Hafeneinfahrt etc. Großbaustelle (offensichtlich Hafenerweiterung) direkt neben der Hotelanlage. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, es trübt jedoch schwer den Gesamteindruck. Die Dusche war zwar sehr groß, jedoch das Badezimmer, Waschbeckengröße wie normal in einem WC, sehr klein und sehr nah am Fenster. Normal gewachsene Menschen stoßen beim Zähneputzen etc am Fenster an. Zu zweit muss einer aus dem Bad, wenn der Zweite zum Waschbecken möchte! Und wir hatten nicht das normale Doppelzimmer, sondern ein Comfort Zimmer mit Meerblick...lt Beschreibung 23m2 groß...mit Sicherheit nicht.

Everything was amazing. The rooms, the toiletries, the staff, the food, the location. The outside area was so relaxing by the water. A perfect place to just let the world go by. Convenient with the free bus to the port and old town. Very easy to use. The food at the hotel was superb. Breakfast was simply amazing. I would like to have been able to stay longer.

Einfach alle super lieb, gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit Liebe zum Detail - die Zimmer, das Restaurant, das Auftreten des Personals, das Frühstücksbuffet, …. Wenn wieder Porto Vecchio, dann wissen wir wohin! 😍

The location is fantastic, near the port, town and airport. The facilities are lovely and our room was spacious.

It would be great if the hotel offered room service. The food is delicious and the rooms are lovely so sometimes it is nice to enjoy those together on holiday.

Das Ambiente und Einrichtung des Hotels, das Personal war super freundlich und Service top, die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Hafen und das Meer. Das Essen war hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war himmlisch. Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl und ist schön hergerichtet.

Sans aucun doute le meilleur rapport qualité-prix de tout notre séjour en Corse ! Nous avons absolument adoré cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, de l'accueil jusqu'au départ. Le personnel est jeune, dynamique, très professionnel, toujours souriant et particulièrement accueillant. On sent une vraie envie de faire plaisir aux clients, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre était impeccable et l'ensemble de l'établissement est très bien entretenu. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, qui était tout simplement exceptionnel : varié, généreux et composé de produits de qualité. C'est le genre d'établissement qui dépasse les attentes et dont on garde un excellent souvenir. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et le recommandons sans la moindre hésitation.

Very comfortable beds, great restaurant and very friendly staff. Beach beds were always free and the cocktails menu great.

There is a noise from the construction site nearby waking people at 8:00 and disturbing on the beach.

Tudo, hotel butique nota 1000. Localização, café da manhã, atendimento, quarto, prainha do hotel; realmente, um hotel excepcional. Saudações especiais ao corpo de funcionários na pessoa do Soufiane. Todos muito atenciosos e que prestam um atendimento maravilhoso.

Impossível não gostar de algum ponto.

Je ne sais par où commencer, tellement c'était bien! Tout d'abord, le personnel : tous, sans exception, sont au top!! De vrais professionnels, qui restent à votre écoute et sont bienveillants. Toujours le sourire et tellement sympas! Le lieu est superbe, en bord de mer, avec un joli jardin parsemé de transats et de fauteuils. La chambre est extra : confort du lit +++, déco sobre et tendance, les produits de toilette sont à tomber .... Le resto le soir, face à la mer, donne un choix de plats avec produits frais.... et je ne parle pas du petit déjeuner, complet , avec toutes sortes de produits variés. Bref.... Je m'arrête là! Nous avons passé un séjour extra dans cet hôtel et le retour est très difficile!

Schön eingerichtet, sehr schönes Restaurant und Terrasse, schöne Lage am Wasser. Das Centrum von Porto Vecchio erreicht man nach einem kurzen Spaziergang bergauf. Sehr gute Küche und gutes Frühstück.

Zur Zeit ist im Hafen eine Großbaustelle, dazu kann das Hotel nichts, aber Baustellen sind halt generell nicht schön. Die Baustelle ist allerdings nicht unmittelbar am Hotel, wir würden das Hotel trotzdem buchen.
