Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Central location in Zuoz plaza, excellent bakery /restaurant attached. Staff was outstanding, extremely helpful that went above and beyond to store our luggage and help with us with laundry service which is not a normal service. We came off a hut to hut hike and they quickly accommodated us to get us checked into room early so that we could clean up and relax. Room was spacious, nice windows opened into courtyard and while has a shared toilet /shower we didn't have any issues with access and there was a nice sink in the room with a very comfortable sitting area both in the room and outside the room. Highly recommend.
We loved everything about our stay but it is worth mentioning that the church bells will continue during the night-time. The good news is that the window seal quite well to block noise while sleeping however if you prefer more silence as I do, my ear plugs work very well.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La posizione centrale, con affaccio sulla splendida piazza, la tranquillità, l’arredo di legno tradizionale, l’ampiezza della camera con tavolo e capienti armadi, il comodo parcheggio, il caffè-pasticceria con dehors, il buon ristorante
Il bagno cieco senza ventola e nessun sapone/shampoo di cortesia ( solo un dispenser, i piumini troppo caldi per la temperatura esterna (essendo un’estate molto calda), la colazione senza torte o altri dolci della pasticceria annessa all’hotel ( tranne la squisita marmellata), stanza buia con finestrina piccola. E soprattutto la mancanza di un’area comune, di un salottino di qualche tipo, a parte il bar

Les rideaux de la chambre ne sont pas occultants et peu adaptés à la taille des fenêtre. On s'est donc réveillé aux premiers rayons de soleil

Die Kirche im Dorf🙄 Wenn man nicht schlafen kann, weil die Luft schwül und warm im Zimmer ist, und man bei offenem Fenster jede Stunde, oder sogar halbe, geweckt wird, ist das ein anstrengender Kompromiss. Fenster auf =frische Luft. Aufwachen. Fenster zu - schlafen.....heiss🥵 wach. Ok. Das war im Hitzesommer !!! Aber, ob ne Kirche in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist, wird in Zukunft ein Auswahlkriterium sein!!!!!!!!!!!! Und wieso sie die ganze Nacht durch die Glocken schlagen müssen? Ist mir ein Rätsel.🤔. Achtung, die Bergbahnen sind nicht inklusive. Nur ÖV. .....Nur so nebenbei, aber das wird schon richtig angegeben.✅️ Ansonsten würde ich sagen, Preis-Leistung stimmt✔️ Restaurants, Terrassen, Kaffee, Läden, historischer Dorfplatz mit Steinpflaster......Alles ums Haus😁

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Hôtel dans une ancienne maison traditionnelle. Chambre superbe avec vue plongeante sur la splendide place d'un village très vivant. Réveil avec l'odeur du pain sorti du four. La boulangerie/pâtisserie située dans la même maison fera craquer tous les amateurs de douceurs.

Für meinen kurzen Besuch bei Freunden in Zuoz tip top. Ich gebe die Note 8, weil nur gut = 7, hier auf booking schon eher eine schlechte Bewertung ist.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Urlaub) wäre mir das Hotel und die Zimmer zu klein.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Das sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet im Arvenstübli Seletta liess keine Wünsche offen. Der Raum ist sehr gemütlich lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Der Aufenthalt verlief grundsätzlich zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit. Lediglich die Bedienung des Fernsehen entspricht nicht den heutigen Technik.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Schönes Gebäude mitten im alten Zentrum von Zuoz. Sympathisch geführtes Hotel mit freundlichem, unkompliziertem Personal. Das Zimmer war gross, hell und gemütlich, sodass Dusche/WC im Gang (ausserhalb des Zimmers) nicht gestört hat. Gutes Frühstückbuffet. Der beste Haarfön!
Schritte und Bewegungen im Zimmer über dem gebuchten Zimmer waren hörbar. Ebenso Geräusche von draussen. Da es sich um ein historisches Haus handelt, ist dies auch nachvollziehbar und wiegt bei allen anderen Vorzügen nicht schwer - ausser man ist sehr geräuschempfindlich.

Mein Fernseher konnte nicht alle Kanäle empfangen. Nachdem ich es an der Reception gemeldet habe, war es ein bisschen besser. SRF2 funktionierte aber die ganze Zeit nie.

L'emplacement au milieu du village est très beau et l'accès en voiture et le parking ne sont pas un problème. Profitez de passer à la boulangerie intégrée à l'hôtel. C'est un vrai délice en plus !

The train station is nearby (5 minutes walk) and when booking for 2 nights you get the train/bus card (Engadin mobil) with which you can take the Bernina Bahn up to Alp Grüm or visit St Moritz.
