Reviewed Sep 15, 2026De locatie is absoluut top! We hadden een balkon recht boven de hoofdstraat. Voor restaurants en winkeltjes hoef je alleen je bed uit te rollen. Je bent echt gelijk midden in het centrum. Kamers zijn ook vrij ruim en netjes. Personeel is vriendelijk en wil je overal mee helpen. Goed om te weten, er is een gezamenlijke koelkast aanwezig met daarin bakjes met de naam van je kamer erop. Dus als je een ontbijtje of een koud drankje mee wilt nemen kan dat gewoon.
Het enige verbeterpuntje is de douche. De kit laat los en de douchedeur sluit niet helemaal volledig waardoor het water de badkamer in liep. We hebben dit aangegeven en ze waren er wel al mee bezig werd ons verteld.

Troede at det var et hotel og ikke B&B. Det betød bl.a, at der kun var personale i en meget tidsbegrænset periode. Badeværelset blev ikke gjort rent og morgenmad var ikke inkl trods den lidt pebrede værelsespris

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was barely working; it hardly alleviated the extreme heat. Room number : 204

Asansörde kısa süreliğine kaldık, asansör normalde kaliteli olmasına rağmen bakımdanmı bilmem güven vermedi, Odada rutubet kokusu vardı, hiç hoş değil, oturma odasındaki pencere açılıyor, yatak odasındaki pencere açılmıyordu, yatak odasındaki klima soğutmuyor fan üflüyordu.,, ,aslında bunları çözmek için resepsiyona inecektik ama resepsiyon sadece 13:30 a kadar çalıştığını söyledi. Girişteki arkadaş güleryüzlü ve pozitif bir insan olmasa daha da düşük puan verirdim.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Location is superb, right in the city center but not as touristy as other areas, still able to find some local bars and restaurants in the hidden streets. The room was perfect, light, spacious, comfortable, clean. Felt really comfy and safe. The receptionist Sergio was very kind and friendly, he gave us very good recommendations to eat paella in the city. His positive attitude was heart warming. I liked also that there was a lovely common area with a living room and a kitchen with a fridge to put your water bottles.
The only thing I didn't enjoy was that considering the heat wave in the city, the air conditioning of the rooms was set automatically (24C) and there was no chance to modify it for some time. I also understand that this could be an infrastructure situation as the place is a classic "old" building.

curatenia, protectia datelor personale deficitara (pe parcursul sederii ni s-a solicitat pe whatsapp sa platim cazarea intr-un cont fals, mentionand numele noastre si datele de cazare, persoana respectiva avand si informatia ca inca nu achitasem cazarea; am primit dupa cateva zile informare ca au mai patit asta si alti turisti, noroc ca nu am introdus datele cardului la linkul la care eram directionat), dus defect, atitudinea personalului.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Gustó · Es increiblemente lindo. Decorado con personalidad en cada detalle. El edificio es espectacular y está reciclado de una forma sublime. Sergio, un genio. Lejos el mejor hotel de mi viaje. Apenas vuelva a Valencia volveré. Mi habitación era amplia, tenia smart TV y el baño privado era muy amplio y muy lindo. En la zona común hay cafetera, pava eléctrica y heladera para usar contrates o no el desayuno.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Alles was man möchte und braucht ist fussläufig erreichbar. Ob Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermarkt, Bars und auch Restaurants. Und auch die Metro von und zum Flughafen ist ganz entspannt zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Die liebevolle Einrichtung, der Balkon, die Ruhe durch Doppeltüren, die individuellen Möglichkeiten, das hilfsbereite Personal, die perfekte Lage - gerade auch in Hitzetagen konnte man sich zwischen den Aktivitäten schnell mal ins schöne Zimmer verkriechen. Es war perfekt!

Ik heb genoten van mijn kamer met klein balkonnetje met uitzicht op het levendige plein. Heel fijn dat ik na het uitchecken mijn bagage mocht laten staan tot aan mijn late vlucht. Dit gaf me de gelegenheid nog veel te kunnen ondernemen op mijn laatste dag.

След освобождаването на стаята имахме възможност да оставим куфарите си до часа на полета, което беше много удобно. Има обособено фоайе с маса и столове, хладилник, кафе и необходимите съдове и прибори – чаши, чинийки, лъжички и вилици. Престоят ни беше много приятен и с удоволствие бихме отседнали отново.
Не ми хареса, че хладилникът, електрическата кана и чашите за кафе са общи за всички гости, вместо да бъдат осигурени във всяка стая.

It was noisy BUT I always travel with gel earplugs so no issue at all. There was a kettle in the communal area BUT another guest kept taking it to their room.

Wij hebben niet ontbeten bij de accomodatie omdat er allemaal erg leuke ontbijttentjes in de buurt zitten. Als je wel ontbijt boekt, zit je aan 1 grote tafel met andere gasten. Dat zou ik persoonlijk minder comfortabel vinden.

Kamer aan straatkant, als je niet zo vast slaapt kun je er last van hebben. Het is geen appartement in nieuwstaat, heeft wel wat verbeterpunten. Maar prima voor een nachtje.

I really appreciated the overview of the city too. The property itself is in a beautiful building and lovingly and stylishly decorated. Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Die Lage war perfekt, mitten in Zentrum, nähe der Kathedrale. Die Stadt konnte von dort bequem zu Fuß erkundet werden. Es war der ideale Standpunkt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, eine exzellente Unterkunft, mit klasse eingerichtet und liebevoll von der Eigentümerin betrieben. Einzigartig !

This is not a hotel, it is a bed and breakfast, without breakfast. We searched for a hotel on Booking and we got this. It does not have a reception after 3 pm. The air conditioning was not working so we could not sleep well the first night in addition to the fact that the windows do not have good insulation and the street is very noisy. On top of that, although we had reserved for two people somehow they said the reservation was for one, and when we showed up they charged us 60 euros more because we were two. Costing us 145 euros per night. Other things, the shower doors do not close well, and the shower floor was dirty. Bottom line that was not a good experience.
