最上階の温泉がとても良かった。露天風呂もあった。シャンプーやボディーSOAP、洗顔料、スキンケアも置いており手ぶらでお風呂に入れました。朝食も種類が多くとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方々がとても丁寧で感じが良かったです。お部屋も3人で泊まっても十分な広さでした。無料のペットボトルのお水と美味しいお菓子も置いてあり嬉しかったです。

特にありません。

以前に泊まった時は和風で静かなホテルでした。阪神の震災のあとは、和風のよさをいかしつつホテルに変身しました。

ホテルには問題ないが、温泉の湯温が低いこと。

お風呂のロケーション、夜もよし、朝もすがすがしかった。ほぼ貸し切りみたいな感じで贅沢でした。マッサージ機もよくゆっくり使用出来ました～。朝ご飯もスタッフの方々が丁寧で少しはハプニングがあった時も音を聞いただけで数人駆けつけて下さり助かりました。手作り湯豆腐など美味でした。

客室のロケーションがもう少し素敵だったらなぁという感じです。こちら側も素敵ではあるのですが。

Todella siisti japanilaistyylinen huone. Aamiainen oli perinteinen Japanilainen aamiainen, eikä buffet-tyyppinen, kuten monessa muussa hotellissa, mutta ruoka oli hyvää. Onsen oli hyvä ja ostimme vuoron yksityis-onseniin. Huone oli hieno ja näkymä joelle upea.

Aamiaisella olisi toivonut englannin kielisen selityksen ja allergeeni-listauksen menusta. Muutenkin henkilökunta ei osannut englantia, mutta elektronisen käännöskoneen kanssa kommunikaatio sujui.

The room was beautifully designed and overlooked the river. Everything was clean, comfortable, and a delight to the eye. The in room onsen was such a luxury and so welcome!

There was nothing that wasn't up to the highest standard.

All the meals we had in the hotel were excellent presented and very delicious..

温泉が気持ちよかった。 お食事が美味しかった。 部屋も思っていたより広かった。 あちこちにお花が生けてあって和んだ。 選べる浴衣があって楽しかった。 スタッフさんも親切だった。

湯上り処に飲み物を用意してくれてあるのに通路からは全く見えず、あまり利用されていなかった。 大浴場の中のクレンジング料と洗顔料が数が少なく、置いてあることもわかりにくかった。

Ein sehr gepflegtes, komfortabpes und einfach wundervolles Hotel - dieser besondere Aufenthalt wird unvergesslich für uns sein! Das freundliche Personal hat sich sehr bemüht, uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir haben unser privates Spa sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder ins Hotel Wakamizu zurückkommen.

久しぶりに老舗の旅館気分が味わえた。生花が生けてあったのが良かった。ウェルカムドリンクが良かった。

はやり朝はパン派なのでバイキング形式が良かった。朝食後すぐにコーヒー飲みたくなったけれど身近にはなかった。和食でもいいがコーヒーのサービス有ればいいのになあ〜と思った。

朝ごはん美味しかったです。 お風呂も最高でした。

温泉と駅近立地

施設が少し古い。 シングル部屋が少ない。

子供が鯉に餌やりしたいという要望に答えて、餌やり体験を付きっきりで一緒にいていただいた。

このアプリを通してメッセージが来て、それに対してこちらから質問しても返信がなかった。

Amazing stay with amazing and super friendly staff. The private onsen is really a treat. Everything was absolutely wonderful.

I will say the beds could have been better as I choose the western style room. The pillows and bed was pretty uncomfortable but just a minor gripe.

宝塚観劇の折に宿泊させていただきましたが、駅や宝塚大劇場から近くて便利です。 食事がとても美味しく、温泉もとても良かったです。

チェックインがPM８時までと早く、宝塚観劇が15時半〜の時は前もってチェックインも出来ないため、夕食を外で食べる場合は時間が無くバタバタします。

和室の布団のマットがしっかりしていてベッドと同等に休めました ソファ広くて子どもたちだけでなく大人もゆっくり座れます 貸切風呂も予約しやすくて快適でした

特に気になるところはない

Private bath was convenient and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Car park conveniently in the building.

Onsen and staff were great

5 star hospitality, as the staff couldn't do enough for me. The Onsen both inside and outside(roof top) was health & wellness at the best. The breakfast each morning was new, delicious, and healthy. Takarazuka City is elegant with cultural sights to enjoy. Just strolling about was wonderful. I will be returning to Hotel Wakamizu. Domo arigatogozaimasu!

和という感じで素敵な音や光や音楽、風情を感じました。旅館でもうすこしゆっくりしたかったですが、バタバタしていたため次回は満喫したいです。

鯉のいる池がもう少し広いと伸び伸び出来るのではと思いました。あとはないです。

The room, the view and obviously the onsen. What a treat! The outdoor onsen had roses floating in it. Ample products available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a lovely experience.

For the price I think it was ok. But obviously it's expensive, but worth it!

館内が温泉ホテルだからか、匂いが爽やかではなかった印象でした。

Wonderful and authentic

Wir hatten einen Suite mit privaten Onsen für einen Nacht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt (glutenfreies Frühstück). Das Hotel ist nur ein paar Minuten von der Bahnstation entfernt. Der Ort hat nicht viel zu bieten. Bei den tollen Zimmer aber nicht schlimm. Besonders toll war das Personal. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Im Hotel war es in den Fluren sehr warm. Das Zimmer konnte nicht ganz runter gekühlt werden. Alles in allem aber meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau!

ウェルカムサービス、スタッフの接客が素晴らしい。ひさしぶりにおもてなしの精神が感じられて、最高だった。

二泊いたしましたが、お食事がとても良いです。

概ね素晴らしかったが、お風呂のお湯の温度が熱く感じた。もう少しぬるい方が良い。

設備は少し古かったですが、全て清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。トイレなどに匂い袋があり、香の香りがほんのり香ってきて、とてもよかったです。

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The English speaking ladies were kind and patient with all of us. One was able to reserve a van to take us back to Shin-Osaka, with all of our luggage. Plus…the view of the river, in the traditional tatami room was beautiful.

My family and i loved the place and enjoyed the traditional japanese living experience. It was a great experience for my parents that have never seen what japanesw culture was about and i highly recomend this place to others that tp escape osaka by 40 minutes and enjoy a quiet experience.

This 800-year-old ryokan was truly a great experience! I wish we were able to spend more time at this specific hotel during our trip. From the yukata to the breakfast and even the hot springs! I can't say enough great things about this hotel.

Beautiful room for a more traditional Japanese style. The room is a bit less modernized due to this so less outlets are available.

Hotel Wakamizu was exactly what we needed in our Japan honeymoon! A 30 min train ride from Osaka this little town was the perfect get away. The hotel had all the amenities we could need and then some. The staff was more than kind and patient with us since we don’t speak a lot of Japanese and were very accommodating to us. We last minute asked if we could schedule a massage in the same day and they sent a masseuse to our hotel room that worked wonders on our achey body! We booked the deluxe suite that had the private onsen patio and it had the most fabulous view, softest robes and great toiletries that the hotel provided us. They really made our stay luxurious and relaxing. We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and kindness, this stay will be remembered for ever.

As a returning customer, I am always looking forward to my next visit to this comfortable hotel where a welcoming and attentionate staff takes care of all my needs. The japanese breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the river is a moment of pure delight.

I am happy to find this deal. Whereas most of Onsen Ryokan only has twin and family rooms, this hotel has a few single rooms, which allows a solo traveller to enjoy proper Onsen at a reasonable price. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Takarazuka station.

Awesome place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities

古き良き旅館でありつつ、施設も手入れされており、泉質も申し分なく、風呂上がりの黒豆茶も美味しくいただきました。 朝食で頂いた鯛の塩焼きが食べ応えがあり 満足のいく内容でした。

We received by far the best hospitality we have ever experienced at a hotel, and the room and meals were outstanding as well. We stayed in a “Studio with Spa Bath” room, and the in-room tub overlooking the river (with a window that opened) was just as decadent and relaxing as we had hoped. The staff were extremely nice and made us feel so welcome and cared for. Our breakfasts were also delightful introductions to Japanese breakfast cuisine—so beautiful and tasty. Thank you so much to the Hotel Wakamizu team!

Great location - barely 2 blocks away from the train station. The host, Sugita, that greeted us was fluent in English! She was very hospitable and gave us information/recommendations around the area. The mall across the bridge has many cute stores and food to check out. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful. We got a room with a private onsen, facing the water - beautiful view. Strongly recommend!

I had a lovely first experience at this onsen. The receptionists were hospitable, and the food we had at the restaurant was amazing.

スタッフ皆様の「おもてなし」がいきとどいた素敵なホテルでした。贅沢な時間となりました。全館、お香の香りや水琴の音に癒されました。きれいにされていて、たくさん工夫をされているホテルだと思います。またぜひ伺いたいです。

家族旅行で利用させていただいて、赤ちゃんもいたのですがバウンサーやおむつ用のゴミ箱があったりしてとても助かりました。 夕食や朝食も満腹になるまでの量があり、大変満足しました。 またお風呂に関しても予約が必要なのだと思われる家族風呂もありたまたまタイミングが良く入ることもできました。 スタッフの対応もとても良くしていただきました。 また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Unfortunately this was a very small onsen town that most people wouldn't visit but because of that the staff were incredible as they weren't used to non japanese tourists. They bent over backwards to help us and inform us of how things work. The room had a large window overlooking the river and it was very zen watching the sunset. The private onsen was wonderful and i couldn't recommend the experience enough. If you want to get off the beaten track i would recommend this place as a great reset after a hectic japanese schedule.

Nothing the hotel could have done but a bit more exposure to the town would be good as there is not much to do there though we found some great food under the train station.

Property was great. We specifically chose this for its Onsen, so we did not get the chance to walk around the town. But location is very convenient, only 5 minutes from the train station and shopping is close by. Highly recommend, staff super friendly, food was delicious

Stayed in Junior Suite and did one day with half board. We had a fantastic experience. Room was really pretty and the suite had a nice hot tub. The riverside view was really pretty, and they had a nice public onsen bath complete with riverside view, jacuzzi jets, and even massage chairs and complimentary drinks in the lounge area. Could also book a private onsen for ¥2,000 which was really reasonable. Service was excellent; staff were friendly, helpful, and respectful. They had some English-speaking staff on duty. There's a ramen shop and a convenience shop a short walk away. The hotel is also near the mountains, so we enjoyed the mountain views when travelling out to Kobe.

窓から宝塚大劇場の夜景が見えて美しかった。 最上階の温泉露天風呂も広々としていた。 朝食のみのプランだったが、和朝食も美味しかった。

Wakamizu Hotel is my favourite place to stay in Takarazuka. It is perfectly located between the station and the Grand Theatre and has very comfortable rooms and a most friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help me out with any request. The Japanese rooms are very spacious and offer river views and a traditional Japanese atmosphere, with delicious food; the Western-style rooms are smaller but equally comfortable and a great value for money.

清潔感がありスタッフも料理も満足出来た。

We paid extra for our ticket to get dinner in our room. The customer service and the food was just amazing! The food was traditional and an amazing experience!

I wish I could have stayed longer!
