Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The overall experience was great, the staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Marcela at the front desk went above and beyond to help when needed and the entire team especially the restaurant and kitchen staff was very accommodating. No doubt I will stay here on my next trip to Barranca.
Hot water in the bathroom would be nice and room service options after hours too. The fitness room was spacious and well equipped, just a bit of maintenance needed.
