Alaa isimli resepsiyondaki çalışan çok başarılı ve iyi bir çalışan kendisini çok sevdim. Otelin güzel bir denizi var ama arabayla gidiliyor. 3 tane havuzu var oldukça yeterli odanın manzarası güzel oda genel olarak kirli ama yeterli Fiyatına göre oldukça başarılı biz gecesine 2.300₺ verdik. Ekstra ücret çıkartmadılar çalışanlar bizimle samimiydi

Animation team aşırı kötü. Otelin eğlence parti planla bütçesi çok kısıtlı. Çalışanlar kadınlar fazla samimi bazen rahatsız edici seviyede. Yemekler aşırı baharatlı. Bardaki bir arkadaş can sıkıcı oldu. Denize sıfır değil, odaları baya pis. Otelin olanakları kısıtlı. Havuzdaki şezlong sayısı yeterli değil.

Had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Ashraf, who was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. His kindness and professionalism really made a difference. Thank you to the whole team for making our visit so enjoyable — highly recommended!

I was disappointed that Wi-Fi was not included in the hotel package when booking. In this day and age, Wi-Fi is a basic necessity, especially when you’re on holiday, and I feel it should be included as part of the room/package rather than being an additional cost. This is definitely something the hotel could improve.

The staff, starting from the reception to the housekeeping team... All were great, welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant manager was amazing. The pools were marvelous and the pool bar was very good. Animation at night was entertaining..special thnx to Antone at the reception, Tarek the house keeper, and the restaurant manager who made our life easier when knowing that my mom cannot walk long distances or mount stairs.

The air con was noisy and was not working properly, and rooms need renovation.

Beautiful place, very clean, the food is just a so good, big selection of different type of food, and very tasty. The pasta station is outstanding. The staffs are very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and nice decoration. Tarek our housekeeper was just amazing and very helpful, a special thank you to him and to the manager at reception, very friendly and helpful as well.

Amazing place, beautiful landscape of the swimming pools and the decoration around the hotel. Our housekeeper Tarek was very nice, always worried if was everything ok and very helpful. The rooms have a great size and nice decoration, very clean and the view of the swimming pool was just stunning. The hotel manager as well, I forgot his name, he stays on the reception, was very friendly and helpful and very cheerful.

What I really appreciated was the excellent service provided by the chef, Mr. Mohammed, during breakfast. He treated us very well and was very kind and professional. He deserves all my respect and appreciation.

Honestly, the hotel lacks many basic amenities. I stayed there for only one night. The internet is not available in the rooms and does not work properly. They even asked me to pay $10 for Wi-Fi, which I found absolutely ridiculous. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I do not recommend anyone to book it. In my opinion, its current rating does not reflect the reality of the hotel. I am from Morocco.

Il Sharm Reef è stata una scelta dell'ultimo momento per una vacanza tra amiche organizzate all'ultimo momento. Siamo state accolte con professionalità e gentilezza. La nostra stanza era completamente rinnovata (profumava ancora di nuovo!) e molto pulita. Io e la mia amica andiamo.sul Mar Rosso da trent'anni e concordiamo entrambe sul fatto che il servizio di ristorazione è uno dei migliori che abbiamo trovato, forse il migliore. Attenzione al cliente e al suo benessere da parte di tutto lo staff, che si è mostrato sempre cortese e mai invadente. Belle e pulite le piscine, lettini comodi. Peccato non sia situato direttamente sul mare, ma il servizio navetta accompagna gli ospiti ad una spiaggia molto carina. Col servizio InDrive abbiamo sempre chiamato un taxi (1.70€ a tratta)e ci siamo dirette verso spiagge sempre differenti. Scegliete il Sharm Reef, non ve ne pentirete!

Bu otelde ikinci kez kaldım. Bu oteli güzel kılan şey çalışanları. Odanızı mosameh harika bir şekilde temizliyor. Size her gün sevgi ile günaydın diyor ve harika havlu süslemeleri ile her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Bar personeli de inanılmaz özellikle Mohamed mokhtar çok ilgili ve iyi bir personel. Bize tatili güzel kıldı. Mohamed mahfuzun da kokteylleri çok iyi. Marawan çok güler yüzlü. Tarek ise oldukça kibar. Restaurant ekibinden asraf yine oldukça enerjik. Ama en büyük teşekkür mohamed mokhtar ve mosamehe. Bize cok yardimci oldunuz. Teşekkurler.

Tutto il personale dell’hotel, dalla reception fino agli addetti alle pulizie, fa del proprio meglio per soddisfare gli ospiti e rendere il loro soggiorno piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Anton, il responsabile della reception, che è andato ben oltre le nostre aspettative in tutto. È stato sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, arrivando persino a organizzare con lo chef del ristorante del cibo senza glutine per noi. Anche la persona che si occupava della pulizia della nostra camera era fantastica: ogni giorno ci sorprendeva realizzando bellissimi disegni sul letto con gli asciugamani. Grazie a tutto il personale per la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la cura che ci avete dimostrato durante il nostro soggiorno!

Per quanto riguarda il personale del bar, abbiamo notato che erano sempre molto insistenti nel proporre e vendere bevande. Sarebbe preferibile un approccio un po’ più discreto e rilassato. Anche il personale del ristorante potrebbe migliorare la cortesia e l’attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti, per rendere l’esperienza complessiva ancora più piacevole.

Nel complesso, il nostro soggiorno in hotel è stata una bella esperienza. Ciò che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stata l’attenzione che la maggior parte del personale dedica al benessere degli ospiti e il loro impegno nel cercare di offrire il miglior servizio possibile. Il team della reception è stato molto disponibile e collaborativo, soprattutto Anton, il responsabile della reception, che era sempre presente per aiutarci e soddisfare le nostre richieste. Si è anche occupato personalmente di organizzare, in collaborazione con lo chef, del cibo senza glutine per noi, e abbiamo apprezzato davvero molto questa attenzione. Anche il personale addetto alle pulizie è stato fantastico. Ogni giorno trovavamo dei bellissimi disegni realizzati con gli asciugamani sul letto, un piccolo dettaglio che ci ha fatto sentire davvero coccolati e che dimostra la loro attenzione. Nel complesso, ringraziamo tutto il personale per il grande impegno e per le attenzioni che ci hanno dimostrato. Ci auguriamo che la direzione continui a migliorare il servizio, soprattutto negli aspetti che hanno ancora bisogno di essere perfezionati.

D’altra parte, pensiamo che il personale del bar dovrebbe essere un po’ meno insistente nel proporre le bevande agli ospiti. Anche il personale del ristorante potrebbe migliorare il modo di interagire con i clienti, mostrando maggiore cortesia e attenzione.

Персонал просто великолепный! Заселение было в 11 ночи. Принесли ужин в номер! Было очень приятно. Отель изумительный!

This is my second time at Sharm Reef, the hotel has great chefs, food variety with a very high quality, both the pool and beach are awesome, especially for snorkeling lovers, a huge variety of marine life and beautiful coral reefs will make your day. All inclusive experience definitely worth it, as the pool snacks specially the pizza & drinks are a nice treat in between meals. Most of the staff were nice, welcoming & hospitable, Mohamed Shehta from the restaurant & Tarek Fathi at pool bar are good examples for that.

Last year it exceeded my expectations, this year it didn't. The hotel was exerting much effort in replacing the floor tiles in the front of restaurant area, which is fine but renovating the old family rooms must be given the highest priority on the management agenda. We have waited almost 3 hours for our room to be ready then placed in a room with an old malfunctioning air conditioner, thanks to Mr. Haytham Mansour he has relocated us to another room. Still in the second room one of the air conditioners wasn't working as it should and they sent someone to fix it. It was not efficiently fixed but its performance was a bit acceptable. Both rooms were old, which is something we as Egyptians usually don't make fuss about. Though giving much attention to renovating the rooms (and replacing/fixing the air conditioners) should have the highest priority.

The staff is soooo amazing. They are so friendly and smiley. The beach area is also really nice. I wish you could stay longer at beach (only until 6 pm) and if the bus was more frequent.

Grazie mille a tutti. Anton e Abdo alla reception sono stati fantastici, e il cibo era vario, necessitando solo di qualche piccolo aggiustamento, ma nel complesso il posto era buono e ci siamo trovati bene.

Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle resepsiyonda görev yapan Abdurrahman çok güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Tüm otel çalışanları her konuda yardımcı olmak için çaba gösteriyordu. Otelde geçirdiğimiz süre oldukça keyifliydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Már az érkezésünkkor nagyon jó benyomást tett ránk a hotel. A személyzet végig rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész volt. Mindenhol mosolygósan és barátságosan fogadtak minket, legyen szó a recepcióról, az étteremről vagy akár a bárokról. A szobában egy tál friss gyümölcs várt minket, valamint a hűtőt is feltöltötték üdítőkkel, ami nagyon kedves gesztus volt. Jeleztük, hogy kiságyra lenne szükségünk, és szinte azonnal intézkedtek, rögtön hozták is nekünk. A szoba nagyon tiszta és kényelmes volt. Külön szeretnénk kiemelni a takarításért felelős kollégát, aki minden nap megkérdezte, hogy elégedettek vagyunk-e, illetve szükségünk van-e valamire. Minden alkalommal nagyon alapos munkát végzett, a szobánk végig kifogástalanul tiszta volt. Az ételek finomak és változatosak voltak, mindig találtunk kedvünkre valót. Az étteremben dolgozók is nagyon figyelmesek voltak, folyamatosan gondoskodtak róla, hogy minden rendben legyen. A medencéket kisgyermekkel is nagyon élveztük, különösen azért, mert van olyan medence, amely fokozatosan mélyül, így a kisebbek számára is ideális. A hotel közösségi terei, valamint az ott található mosdók is mindig nagyon tiszták és rendezettek voltak, látszik, hogy nagy figyelmet fordítanak a vendégek kényelmére és a tisztaságra. Nagyon élveztük a nyaralást, csodás élmény volt az itt töltött idő. Biztosan szívesen visszatérnénk még!

Ho soggiornato allo Sharm Reef Hotel con una mia amica per una settimana e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. Tutto è stato all’altezza delle aspettative! L’animazione è stata coinvolgente e mai invadente, con uno staff sempre sorridente e disponibile. Le camere sono spaziose, ordinate e pulite ogni giorno. La piscina è molto bella e ben curata, perfetta per rilassarsi. La cucina è ottima: il buffet offre un’ampia varietà di piatti, sempre abbondanti e adatti a tutti i gusti. La spiaggia dista 5 minuti dalla struttura con la navetta, ma gli orari sono comodi e sia all'andata che al ritorno le corse sono frequenti. Consiglio di portare le scarpe da scogli essendoci una scaletta per entrare in mare, inoltre l'acqua è subito profonda ma sono disponibili giubbotti salvagente. L'acqua è pulita e ci sono tantissimi pesci da vedere. Abbiamo fatto anche dei massaggi e sono stati fantastici, un vero momento di relax. L’accoglienza è stata impeccabile: tutto il personale è gentile, professionale e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità, facendoti sentire sempre a tuo agio. Consiglio vivamente questo villaggio a chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza serena, con ottimi servizi e un’atmosfera accogliente. Se tornerò a Sharm, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo lo Sharm Reef Hotel!

Tutto è stato perfetto, l'unica pecca se proprio devo trovarne una é la mancanza di rete wifi gratuita nella struttura (è presente una rete gratuita nella hall della reception, altrimenti è possibile pagare un forfait per avere la connessione internet in tutto il villaggio e nelle stanze). In alternativa si possono acquistare SIM locali a poco prezzo oppure optare per una esim. .

La vacanza è stata eccellente e i bambini si sono divertiti moltissimo. L'hotel era meraviglioso; tutto era impeccabilmente pulito. Alcuni membri dello staff parlavano italiano, tra cui Anton alla reception, che parlava un italiano eccellente. Abdulrahman è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha persino stampato i biglietti aerei: lo ringraziamo moltissimo. Il ristorante serviva anche piatti italiani, come la pasta.

☆☆☆☆ Esperienza pessima. Da evitare. Le foto pubblicate fanno sembrare questa struttura molto più grande e curata di quanto sia realmente. Una volta arrivati ci siamo trovati davanti un piccolo complesso con pochissimo personale, camere vecchie e fatiscenti e un condizionatore praticamente inutilizzabile. La hall era senza aria condizionata, con un caldo insopportabile, mentre il ristorante offriva una scelta molto limitata e una qualità del cibo davvero scadente. Il punto più grave riguarda però la nostra prenotazione. Dopo aver segnalato i problemi della camera e chiesto semplicemente di cambiarla, ci è stato detto che era necessario effettuare una modifica su Booking.com. Il personale ci ha chiesto di consegnare il telefono e, fidandoci, lo abbiamo fatto. Poco dopo abbiamo scoperto che la prenotazione risultava annullata dal nostro account, senza che noi avessimo mai chiesto di cancellarla. Abbiamo ancora fotografie, i braccialetti del resort e tutta la documentazione che dimostra che il soggiorno è stato effettivamente svolto. Questo episodio ci ha lasciati con la netta sensazione di essere stati raggirati e di aver subito un comportamento gravemente scorretto. Anche la cosiddetta spiaggia convenzionata è stata una delusione totale: sporca, abbandonata, con lettini e ombrelloni vecchi e in cattive condizioni, docce sporche e un piccolo tratto di costa rocciosa che non ha nulla a che vedere con quello che ci aspettavamo. Avevamo prenotato cinque giorni, ma dopo appena due siamo letteralmente scappati e abbiamo preferito perdere dei soldi pur di trasferirci in un’altra struttura. Non torneremo mai più e non possiamo assolutamente consigliarla.

Bizim için en önemlisi anlaşılabilir olmaktı türkçe bilen çalışanları Abdurrahman çok ilgiliydi biz 2 si çocuk 6 kız gittik ve kapı kilidi çalışmadığını söylediğimizde anında yeni kilit taktılar başka oda seçeneği de sundular, yemekleri farklı çeşitlerde ve gayet lezzetliydi çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü, havuz mükkemeldi konumu zaten alışveriş yerlerine 2-3 dakika hemen karşısı genel olarak ilk mısır deneyimimizde çok mutlu ayrıldık odalar gayet temizdi çarşaf havlular ve malum bahsedilen su buz olayında bir sıkıntı yaşamadık 5 gece kalmamıza rağmen barda çalışan tarık ve resepsiyon ahmede de çok teşekkürler uçağımız geç saatteydi ve valizlerimizi bir odaya bırakıp gezebildik bir de makarna yapan bir beyefendi vardı adını unuttum ancak ona da çok teşekkürlerr

Genel olarak çok büyük olamayacak bir otel için mükemmel bir yer. Havuz oldukça geniş bar etrafı geniş sessiz sakin temiz ve küçük bir otel. Biz çok beğendik üst segmentteki otellere göre yemekleri kesinlikle çok iyiydi. Denize shuttle ile gidiliyor sahili yok ama şnorkel ile yüzmek için efsane bir yer. Fiyat olarakta oldukça makul biz çok memnun kaldık ❤️

A noi ci è piaciuto il resort, tutto pulito la gente molto gentile il mangiare molto buono soprattutto i dolci e i ragazzi che lavorano lì (Basi,...)poi Antonio una persona brava, anche Omar per escursion(i, Mohamed, Tarek molto gentile, ragazzi del bar de la piscina)

Cibo poca scelta ma buono. Lo staff cordiale ed amichevole

Tutto molto trasandato, e vecchio. Il bar dopo le 23 è a pagamento nonostante l’hard all inclusive. Il bar sulla spiaggia serve nell’hard all inclusive solo succo mango tutto il resto a pagamento!! La spiaggia non esiste i lettini sono completamente distrutti e veramente regna la sporcizia. Non sono riuscita nemmeno a sedermi.

L'hotel è meraviglioso e gli eventi sono bellissimi, più adatti a un hotel a 4 stelle. La nostra prossima destinazione sarà Sharm Reef. Il cibo è vario e servono pasta italiana. Il personale è molto cordiale, soprattutto quello della reception, sempre disponibile.

Una piccola nota spero che i camerieri sorridano mentre servono il cibo al ristorante.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa e per questo questa struttura merita davvero una recensione eccellente. Partiamo dall’accoglienza: il personale è semplicemente straordinario. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mahmood della reception, che si è dimostrato gentilissimo fin dal nostro arrivo. Nonostante fossimo arrivati alle 23:00, ha subito organizzato l’invio di qualcosa da mangiare in camera per permetterci di fare uno spuntino dopo il viaggio. Ci ha spiegato tutto nei minimi dettagli e, l’ultimo giorno, ci ha persino stampato i documenti necessari per la nostra partenza in aereo. Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, il personale di sala è stato eccezionale: simpatici, disponibili e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. Un grande applauso va allo Chef Ashraf Kamal, che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa grazie ai suoi ottimi piatti di pasta preparati al momento, dai frutti di mare al ragù. Bassel, Mohamed Shehta, Ahmed e Ashraf sono stati dei veri compagni di viaggio: non ci hanno mai fatto mancare nulla e, tra una portata e l’altra, ci hanno persino insegnato qualche parola della lingua locale. Il cibo è stato sempre molto buono e vario, con proposte diverse ogni giorno sia a pranzo che a cena. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato le serate a tema con grigliate di pollo e manzo preparate al momento, le torte salate e la sfoglia alla Nutella. Tutto veniva cucinato davanti agli ospiti, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Da non dimenticare la deliziosa pizza servita in piscina alle 16:00, cotta nel forno a legna e preparata sul momento. Anche la pulizia delle camere è stata impeccabile. Mohamed si è preso cura della nostra stanza con grande attenzione: ogni giorno, al nostro rientro, la trovavamo perfettamente pulita e profumata. Ci accoglievano sempre simpatiche composizioni realizzate con gli asciugamani e petali sul letto, oltre a una bottiglia di acqua fresca e frutta.

I loved the place so much the pool is amazing and the atmosphere was so good. The staff were so polite and helpful specially the reception abdo who gave us good room with a great view and we promised him to give 10/10 even we have some notes and anton the manager is highly attentive and always on hand to resolve any issues quickly and effectively and sam from the housekeeping was so nice .

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo hotel e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. Tutto è stato perfetto fin dall’accoglienza, in particolare Mahmood della reception, che è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il fatto che parlasse anche un po’ italiano ci ha fatto sentire subito ben accolte. La camera si affacciava sulla piscina e, nonostante fosse al piano terra, ci siamo sempre sentite sicure. Durante la notte preferivamo chiudere la finestra e utilizzare l’aria condizionata, ma in generale si stava bene anche lasciandola aperta. Le piscine centrali erano sempre pulitissime e ben curate. Nella stessa area si trovavano il bar e l’area snack. L’animazione era presente ogni giorno, i ragazzi sono sempre stati educati, simpatici e mai invadenti, con attività divertenti e della giusta durata. Anche il ristorante ci ha soddisfatte molto. Il buffet era sempre ben fornito e il cibo buono. Durante tutto il soggiorno non abbiamo avuto alcun problema né con il cibo né con l’acqua. Ogni mattina veniva lasciata una bottiglia d’acqua grande in camera e al ristorante era sempre disponibile acqua potabile. Molto bella anche la spiaggia. L’accesso al mare avviene direttamente dal pontile sulla barriera corallina, quindi non è presente una vera e propria spiaggia sabbiosa per entrare in acqua. Per chi, come noi, desidera fare snorkeling e ammirare la barriera corallina, è però una soluzione fantastica. Sono inoltre disponibili lettini e una navetta gratuita collega l’hotel alla spiaggia in circa due minuti, con orari comodi e frequenti. Nel complesso siamo rimaste molto soddisfatte del soggiorno e consiglieremmo sicuramente questa struttura, per zona (5/10 min dalle principali attrazioni) e servizio offerto.

L’unico suggerimento che darei riguarda la varietà del menù, che a volte risultava un po’ ripetitiva. Potrebbe essere interessante proporre più serate a tema, come serata barbecue (che c’è stata una sera), pizza, cucina messicana o altre specialità, per rendere l’offerta ancora più varia.

1. The hotel is exceptionally clean. 2. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and always try to help, especially Mr. Abdul Rahman. 3. The housekeeping is fantastic. 4. The maintenance team is professional and responsive. I complained that the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly, and they went to the room immediately and fixed the problem, even though the request was made late at night. 5. The variety of food in the buffet is amazing, and the food tastes wonderful. 6. All the chefs are very friendly and considerate of your preferences and requests regarding foods with allergies, especially Mr. Wael, who is in charge of the dessert buffet. 7. The animation team is entertaining and very friendly, and the daily programs and shows are fantastic. 8. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. 9. The swimming pools are exceptionally clean. 10. The landscaping and green spaces are beautiful. 11. Although the beach is outside the hotel and rocky, it is incredibly charming, clean, and full of relaxing spots. It's perfectly equipped to spend the entire day, from early morning until sunset.

Some of the waiters at the poolside snack bar are rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional towards guests.

A complete review ((The “Beach” Is Not a Real Beach)) The hotel description claims it has a private beach, but this is misleading. There is no sandy beach at all — only a snorkeling spot located far from the hotel. You cannot walk to it; the only way is by the hotel’s shuttle bus, which comes once every hour or sometimes every two hours, returning to the room for any forgetting items is not an option. The snorkeling area itself has no sand, no normal beach setup, and no place to relax with your family at the shore like other hotels in the city. If you are not a snorkeling enthusiast, it’s simply not worth visiting. Also, your all‑inclusive package does NOT work at the bar or restaurant in the snorkeling area — everything there is extra charge. ((Wi‑Fi Is Not Free)) Another unpleasant surprise: the Wi‑Fi is not free. When I questioned this — because Booking.com clearly states the hotel offers free Wi‑Fi — the staff told me it is only free in the lobby, not in the rooms. So you either sit in the lobby or pay extra. Honestly, this feels very outdated in 2026. To be fair, not everything was bad. The hotel has a beautiful pool, clean and well‑maintained facilities. So the problem is not cleanliness or the physical property — the problem is that the hotel promises more than it actually delivers. I booked an all‑inclusive package, and the price was very good actually. And to be honest, it felt like a very good deal, and I did this before so the price wasn’t felt weird . I’ve stayed in many all‑inclusive hotels before, and some manage to offer great value without charging too much. This hotel is not one of them. I felt I paid far more than what I received. The food and beverage options were very limited, low quality, often not enough for the number of guests Even the pool snacks were always insufficient. And when you ask the staff, they give you a polite but empty smile and tell you to “come back in five minutes.

Restaurant needs reassessment again , food variety, amounts , types, ( initially i thought this 2 stars hotel in Alsokhna not 4 stars hotel in Sharm ?!!!). Restaurant staff are hard worker most of them are pleasant but some of them giving unprofessional comments especially with Egyptian guests ?!!. Bed mattres are not ideally clean inspite the housekeeper was cooperative and very helpful. Really Aqua park will be imazing if available Solution for Mosquites resistance should be found. No free internet inside rooms ?!!!

The hotel needs some modernization: In the smart working era, WiFi should be high speed, available in all rooms and included in the room price not for extra payment. Buffet should offer milk alternatives for lactose intolerant guests or guests who don’t drink diary milk (soy milk, oat milk, almond milk or similar). You need to add a coffee machine with more drink alternatives

Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Speciellt Mohamed, han var väldigt omtänksam och fick oss att känna oss bekväma under hela vistelsen. Hotellet var fint och poolområdet var jättebra.

Maten kunde ha varit bättre och variationen var lite begränsad ibland.

First of all, a huge thank you to Mahmud at the front desk. He is the best! All the hotel staff were truly attentive and caring. We would really like to thank everyone individually—the bar team, the entertainment team, housekeeping, and the waiters and chefs in the restaurant. They made our trip absolutely perfect! The food options at the restaurant were quite extensive, and we were still talking about how delicious the dinners were even after our trip. The pool is clean and spacious. This will definitely be the only hotel I stay at whenever I come back to Sharm!

We only wished that the restroom in our room had been a bit better maintained.

Il servizio navetta è comodissimo ed ha orari stabiliti con rispettiva puntualità. La spiaggia, essendo sul reef, ovviamente è stata realizzata a terrazze, comunque ben organizzata con ristorante e bar e diversi punti per sostare eccezionalmente alle sdraie. Il mare è inutile affermarlo che è spettacolare.

الخدمة والنظافة وكل شي ممتاز

El personal es muy amable y te ayudarán con lo que necesites. El alojamiento es algo antiguo, pero esto no fue un problema, la cama era enorme y muy cómoda. Hay un bus que te lleva a una pequeña cala con acceso al agua a través de unas escaleras, donde se puede hacer snorkel (ahí mismo se alquila material) y ver un fondo espectacular.

La comida en el restaurante no está mal, pero podría mejorar.
