冷蔵庫が収まった台に電源跡の隙間がポッカリと空いていたため、ここに駐車券を落としてしまい取り出すのが大変でした。この隙間は塞いでください。

禁煙ルーム指定にしたがとにかくタバコ臭く部屋の窓全開にし空気清浄機をつけても消えなかった。 スタッフが間違えたのかと思いフロントにその旨連絡したが他の部屋に代わる提案もなく田舎なので対応レベルの低さは仕方ないのかなとあきらめた。また部屋のライトは白色でまったくリラックスできなかった。。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026大浴場の温泉がとてもよかったです。リファのシャワーヘッドやドライヤーもあり、充実していました。
時間帯によってだと思いますが、洗い場の行列があったのと、露天風呂の整いスペースの椅子に荷物を置いていた客がいて使えなかったのが残念でした。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026전망 좋은 위치에서 맛있는 조식을 먹을 수 있어서 좋았고, 대욕장이 있어서 이용하기 편리했습니다.직원분들도 친절하게 응대 해주어 재방문 의사가 있습니다.
다만 룸을 금연룸으로 신청했는데 복도 및 객실 내에서 담배 냄새가 많이 나서 좋지 않은 기억이 있습니다. 복도 및 객실 내에 환기가 잘되었으면 좋겠습니다.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026雖然是比較老的飯店，但是服務、備品和乾淨都是非常到位的。本來有預約停車，但後來用不到，直接取消也是沒有問題。本來只要住一天，臨時多住一天，飯店方也是非常積極協助。 雖然老派但是非常合格的好飯店。 而且鄰近飲食街，近近的就有很多好吃的，EX：77日元的蒸（烤)蠔，真的是很方便。
硬要說就是距離車站、租車點，有點距離。 不過這就無法了。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Facilities were good, with nice onsen and very nice buffet breakfast. Great view from restaurant windows. Parking was arranged with car park at back of hotel, which allowed flexibility of coming and going. Interesting variety of food outlets nearby, very lively in the evenings.

前台男服務人員非常不友善，感覺根本抗拒與外國人溝通，還好後來有一位尾野女實習生幫我們服務，協助聯繫，但後來遇到的男前台人員也都十分不友善，讓人感到非常不舒服，這一代的日本服務似乎失去傳統的服務精神。

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Lokalizacja idealna, hotel położony blisko dworca, wszędzie blisko. Pokoje małe ale komfortowe (zgodna z ofertą). Czysto, cicho, można wypocząć. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, bardziej japońskie ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. W menu duży wybór dań, można spróbować japońskiej kuchni oraz dań typowych dla Hokkaido. Dodatkowy plus za świetny onsen z bogatą gama kosmetyków.
Pokoje są naprawdę niewielkie i trudno rozłożyć walizki.

La possibilità di accedere alle terme e il servizio per lavare i panni, sia a pagamento che gratuito molto buono ed economico. La posizione vicino alla stazione fantastica. Lo staff molto disponibile.
Le stanze per i nostri standard sono piccole con pochi cassetti. La struttura non emette fatture per pagamenti anticipati con booking. Questo andrebbe segnalato al momento della prenotazione.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and convenient on-site parking was available. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Reviewed May 27, 2026・スタッフの皆さんが笑顔が素敵で、迅速丁寧な接客をして下さいました。フロントの方始め、ハウスキーパーさん、駐車場のスタッフの方々、とても感じの良い方々でした。 ・大浴場のドライヤーがリファなのと、女性浴場にありがちな洗面台混雑解消の為に、デッドスペースにも立って髪を乾かせるコーナーが設けられている所。 ・屋上朝食バイキングはエレベーターを降りて直ぐ広がるパノラマに感激しました。景色だけでも気分がいいのに、バイキングの品揃えは勿論、地元食材を取り入れた他のホテルとは一線を画すメニューに感動しました。席もバイキングスペースを真ん中に手前と奥とに配置され、こちらも混雑解消の為の動線を考えられた作りに感心しました。 ・建物自体は新しくはないものの、それをカバーする清潔感と備品の設置や「欲しい」と思った所に物があるおもてなしの心が随所に散りばめられており、とても心地好い滞在でした。リピート間違いないです！
宿泊施設に関しては良くなかった点はありませんが、駐車場が階段で上階まで上がらなければならず、荷物を持って上がるには少し大変かなと感じました。

Reviewed May 23, 2026温泉とサウナが24時間。温泉とても良かったです。リファやダイソンのドライヤーも使えて良かったです。アメニティ充実で子供用のアメニティも頂けました。スタッフの方も親切でした。朝食がとても美味しく全部食べたい！と思うほど。地元の食材のメニューにワクワクしました。駐車場の方の笑顔は最高で子供達へもとても優しく接してくれました。フロントの新人さんの一生懸命な姿が気持ちよかったです。頑張ってください！！

喫煙ルームでしたが、タバコの匂いが強烈でレースのカーテンは真っ黄色でした。 他のホテルの喫煙ルームは、多少は臭いがありましたが、このホテルは異常なくらいの臭い。 また、ユニットバスの中に長い髪が落ちていていました。 不愉快でした。 何年か前に利用した時はきれいなイメージでしたが、残念です。
