Hotel è datato che ha necessità di ristrutturazione. Cibo buono, personale gentile, palestra da dimenticare

3 gün ailemle kaldığım gayet huzurlu temiz bir oteldi. Çalışanları çok güler yüzlü idi. Oda kahvaltı konsepti gayet başarılı. Kahvaltisida gayet yeterli, Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Tavsiye ederim.

The fitness facility was terrible. Old and broken equipment. The staff was smoking in the spa are despite the sign saying “no smoking.” The room was hot and i was unable to cool it. The shower was warm, not hot. The staff was nice at the desk. The breakfast was not very good. I have noticed Wyndham resorts are no longer nice. Whenever I goto a Wyndham resort, they are broken, old and in poor condition. Wyndham resorts have a very low standard for their properties.

Otel personeli çok iyi ama otelin konumu nedeniyle odalar çok fazla araç gürültüsü alıyor. Odalar çok küçük ve konforsuz

Hotellet var god og der var pænt og rent og morgenmaden var særdeles lækker. Personalet venlige og hjælpsomme. Det eneste minus var at hotellet ligger 20 minutters kørsel fra stranden.

Otelin genel olarak yerini hiç beğenmedim.ramadaya hiç yakışmıyor.odamızda balkon yoktu ve penceresi kötü bir mahalleye bakıyordu.görüntü olarak oda iyiydi normal herhangi bir otel odası fakat banyodan gider kokusu geliyordu hijyeninden emin olamadık.odadako TV kanalları yoktylu zaten.bebek beşiği istemiştik pis lekeli bir beşik gelmişti .nevresimler temiz görünüyordu.merkezi bı yerde otel heryere ulaşılabilir

lobi harici tüm hizmetinizden çok memnun olduk. bir karton bardak için iki bay arkadaşınız var diyor fakat orda duran bayan arkadaşınız yok diyor üzerine arkadaşlarını dahil yanımızda azarlıyor. yani sadece toplantıya giderken vaktimiz olmadığı için elimize kahve alacaktık. otelinize geri dönüyor olsaydık karton bardak hediye edecektim ama çıkış yapmak durumunda kalıp otelinize geri dönemedik... ilgililerden rica ediyorum arkadaşınıza karton bardak hediye eder misiniz :)

Pros: Great Breakfast Nice Room Some staff extremely helpful Cons Only heating working - no cooling possible Noisy Booked room that - Fits 3 People - when I arrived they charged me extra for the 3rd guest - which was a child - false advertisement on booking page, Most staff were very helpful, some extremely sour and not very hospitable. No need to mention names.

clean, cosy, welcoming staff behaved very nice; we expected a littşe reacher breakfast but what was served was fresh; there was hot tea available all day long. I wouldn't count the hotel for a long stay' but for transit it's ideal

How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

Şehir merkezinde bir çok noktaya yakın bir otel, temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi, çalışanlar başarılı ve çözüm üretiyorlar. Sadece konaklama için konfor yeterli ancak otelde zaman geçirecekseniz doğru bir tercih değil, oda konforlu ama çok ferah değil. Kaldığımız oda caddeye bakıyordu, aşırı trafik gürültüsü vardı 1 gece kaldığımız için önemsemedik ama ciddi ses geliyor önlem alınmalı.

Das Hotel war gut, das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Gegend hat mir nicht gefallen.

Ein sehr sauberes und zentral gelegenes Stadthotel in Mersin. Hatten zwei Aufenthalte in zwei Wochen… Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!!! Vielen Dank an Herrn Gökmen Aybar und sein tolles Team. Der Service war exzellent!!!

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer und Sanitäranlagen/Duschen sind sehr sauber!!!

Nice hotel but a little far from Center and activities

I did like the cooperation with the staff when I told them I'm arriving late at night at 2am.. They shared the IBAN and I settled my account. However, a friend visited and they didn't allow him in. I went down and accompanied him up.. I had some work to finish and we could have coffee. The receptionist sent us a staff who was so aggressive to my friend saying he either pays for the night in the room or he leaves. We obviously left but that was seriously unexpected and very rude.

Leider ist nicht so wie ich immer von Ramada gewöhnt habe alte Gebäude mit ungewöhnliche geruch kein sauberes Zimmer mit insgesamte note von mir nichts zu empfehlen außer mit Arbeiter

Personal war sehr freundlich, Früstück war gut. Fenster war sehr schmitzig. Vorhänge, Bettwäsche, Handtücher waren nicht ausgezeichnet sauber.

Mitten im Gewerbegebiet daher recht laut. Hotel ist aber sauber.

Genes olarak güzel bir Seyahat oldu. Oda biraz küçüktü ama kahvaltısı çok başarılı ve güzeldi.

Otele giriş yaptığımızda bir saat odamızın temizliğinin bitirilmesini bekledik. Resepsiyonda görevli olan kişi çok ilgisiz ve kaba davrandı.Otel içerisi kirli ve odayı hijyenik bulmadık. Housekeepingciler maskesiz dolaşıyordu.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.Bir daha da konaklamayı düşünmüyorum.

Many thanks to all the kind and friendly staff who made an effort for us from the reservation stage to our departure. Breakfast met our expectation but could have been better. No pool, no beach... we were stuck in the room. Very boring place

During breakfast,there were bowls of leftover food,tea cup of leftover food, coffee underlay complete tea. I haven't had breakfast in such a filthy place, ı feel sick . ı'll never stay to any ramada hotel again

A very friendly staff! Everyone with a beautiful smile on their faces makes this hotel even better! Breakfast was great with many various options, fresh components daily. Car parking service also makes it interesting. They even provided baby bed for our child. But the surrounding area wasn't that much matching with the hotel.

Ramada zinciri içerisinde bile ayrı bir kalitesi vardı. Özellikle tüm personel çok güler yüzlüydü. Hepsi müşterilerle göz temasında bulunup mutlaka selamlıyorlardı. Kaliteli hizmet anlayışı tam olarak bu olsa gerek...

Hiçbir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Memnun kaldım. Gayet iyiydi. Sadece fiyatlar ortalamanın üzerinde olmasına rağmen çok farklı bir hizmet göremedim. İyi ve güvenilir bir otel olduğu şüphesiz. Fiyat aralığı size uygun ise rahat rahat bu otelde kalabilirsiniz.

Tek kelimeyle harika

Lokasyon sıkıntısı dışında,ailece kalınabilecek bir otel,müşteri profili de biraz sıkıntılı.

İlk checkin yaptığım odada klima çalışmadı sonrasında başka oda ayarladılar ama köşe odaların mahalle binaları ile çok yakın. Ama genel olarak ramada kalitesinde bir otel.

This is a nice and modern city hotel. Rooms are pretty nice and well equipped. I enjoyed my stay there.

I was invited to participate to hear a conference ar this hotel. It is so easy to reach the hotel even my municipality buses from any district of Mersin. The conference was held approximately for 50 people. All preparations of the conference room were perfect. Lunch variety was quality but restricted quantity. It takes no more than 15-20 minutes to reach any part of the city.

The location and the prices are very suitable for a fast visit, also the service is very good, the people are very helpful and kind, the prices including the breakfast which is good The rooms are clean and big, there is an AC in each room, and free wifi
