Barkeeper hat auch nach 15 Minuten keine Bestellung aufgenommen und lieber mit anderen Gaesten geredet, sind dann gegangen.

Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man sich in einem **** Hotel wünscht! Top Speisen, Top Kaffee, frisches Obst, Lachs etc., einfach super, Luxus pur

Wir waren ausgesprochen zufrieden! Kritik haben wir nicht anzubringen, wir würden immer wieder gern ins Rigele fahren.

Sehr gutes Essen, tolles Personal, gute Entfernungen im Hotel, nette Bar, sehr schönes Zimmer, herrlicher Pool, ausreichend Platz überall, schöner Schikeller, viele Läden drum rum, ruhig und so weiter. Das Gesamtpaket ist toll und auch wenn die Bar Ende März nicht mehr jeden Whiskey auf der Karte hatte, war alles gut. Ganz in der Nähe ist viel an Trubel geboten. Im Hotel waren aber auch kleine Kinder sehr ruhig, was auch an der Möglichkeit liegen dürfte, sich im Pool auszutoben.

Bei der Lage wird "Direkter Zugang zur Skipiste" angegeben. Es sind um die 150 bis 200 Meter, was in einem Ort, in dem es Hotels direkt an der Piste gibt, gar nicht so wenig ist. Es gibt Duplexparker (wir hatten so einen).

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr gastfreundlich. Das Essen war hervorragend.

There is really nothing I didn't like. The place was amazing, staff, facility, the restaurant and breakfast were incredible. I would highly recommend the place.

Excellent location. Very nice SPA with a decent sized pool. Super breakfast, very good choice for dinner. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ski storage could be a bit more spacious.

Einfaches Standard-Zimmer, soweit i.O. - sauber etc., aber Hotelstandard insgesamt ist besser.

Alles. Super Frühstück mit Lachs und frischen Smoothies und vielen weiteren tollen Sachen. Sehr gutes Abendessen. Tolle Sauna, schönes Pool. Zimmer auch super. Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Menschen. Hatten Einzelzimmer zu zweit. Das war aber geräumig und komfortabel mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge und schönem Balkon. Es gibt eine Garage fürs Auto und einen Skistall. Man wird gleich freundlich empfangen und die Skiausrüstung wird von einem Mitarbeiter in den Skistall gebracht und die Koffer ins Zimmer. Die Damen bei der Rezeption sind auch sehr freundlich. Und auch der Chef persönlich kümmert sich um die Gäste. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

mehr vegane speisen beim frühstück. vegane aufstriche und vegane smoothies. auch laktosefrei wäre ok.

Frühstück war exellent, die Lage sehr gut, würde sofort wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Die HP war mehr als gut. Alles in allem alles perfekt.

große und sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen, die Produkte sind aus der Region, alles ist sehr schön angerichtet, die Zimmer sind groß und sehr gemütlich, gut gefüllte Minibar, schönes Bad mit ausreichend Pflegeprodukten, da der Außenpool aufgrund eines Defektes nicht genutzt werden konnte, haben wir Wein und Marmelade als Entschädigung bekommen, sehr nette Mitarbeiter - alles in allem ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen :-)

Jeden z nejlepsich hotelu, ve kterem jsem kdy byl. Moderni, urulne a ucelne vybaveni, absolutni cistota, naprosto profesionalni a ochotny personal, nic nebyl problem. Kuchyne skvela, moznost vyberu mezi gurmanskym, tyrolskym a vegetarianskym menu, bezlepkova dieta nebyla sebemensi problem.

Jedine minus, chladnejsi bazen ve wellness, venku to bylo pouze pro otuzilce, ale to nemohlo zkazit celkove vynikajici dojem ze skveleho hotelu. Pro vetsi auto trochu tesnejsi garaz, ale behem pobytu clovek auto nepotrebuje, takze to nevadilo.

Location - 2min walk to the slopes. Delicious breakfast and dinner. A great extra touch was the daily “jause” organized by the hotel, which was more than sufficient for lunch and very convenient.

Place is comfortable and well equipped. Close to the slopes and wellness area is extraordinary. We had a half board and both dinner and breakfast were great.

Great food. I loved that it was table service most evenings rather then buffet. The rooms were comfortable.

Liked everything I had breakfast and diner package, food was amazing and generous swimming pool and spa are fantastic robes and amenities are of good quality Indoor garage very convenient.

They need to reload better photo shooting at internet and booking.com to show how beautiful is the hotel

Pleasantly surprised here. Staff was great, I only wish they had shoveled our balcony, the view would have been so nice out there.

A bit dated room style

Extremely friendly staff and accommodating host. The owner, Thomas, was very hands on and constantly focussing on guest satisfaction and experience. Extremely impressive wine cellar / wine list with very reasonable prices and knowledgeable staff.

You have to cross through the (staff) smoking area when going to the ski-cellar from the elevator which means that elevator often smells like stale smoke and every morning when you go skiing you have to hold your breath and navigate the stale ashtray before you can enjoy the nice fresh mountain air. Also the property isn't really ski-in/ski-out you will have to do a little hike (150-200m) to get on the slopes.

Nice clean room, very polite and helpful reception, pleasant spa,. Close to slopes and lift. Comfortable and large ski and boots storage. Nice bathroom. Quick check in and out.

While basically all the staff were trying their best to make us feel welcome, the one very stark exception - breakfast fried eggs guy very much did not fit in with his harsh, unpleasant, arrogant and aggressive demeanor, throughout our entire stay.. His communication style did not seem to be enjoyed also by his fellow staff members. Such one person can leave a long lasting negative impression about the entire stay. Half board food, while quite cheap is very far from gourmet, breakfast is pretty basic and the same every days, gets boring really fast. Really difficult to understand what the (very keen and maybe trying too hard) waiters are trying to say. Very narrow passages in the garage, seems from the scratches on walls like a lot of cars got damaged. I think its too expensive for the standard. Some minor suggestions: room doors can not be shut close from outside without slamming the door, which definitely disturbs everybody. Hot and cold water knobs in our bathroom (junior suite) were round and slick - almost impossible to manipulate, especially with wet hands, really absurd design. Instead of 2 tablet- sized TV sets in a room, one with proper size would be more enjoyable. Doors in the spa also close with loud slam, disturbing when you try to relax after sauna in a very nice separated bed area.
