Het is een net hotel met alle gemakken voorzien, ontbijt en diner waren top met een brede aanbod! Om 16u is een thee met de lekkernijen van de chef in de salon voor alle gasten. Zwembad, Spa met sauna aanwezig. Hotel ligt in Meursault, een pittoreske dorpje met goede restaurants voor ieder portemonnee. In de buurt kleine dorpjes omringd door wijngaarden, er is een mogelijkheid on te gaan fietsen daar langs maar zou een elektrische foets aanbevelen vanwege de hoogtes.

Alles heel netjes behalve vloer douche, die mocht een extra beurt krijgen Ontbijt kon tegen 7h30 was heel uitgebreid en lekker maar er was om dat uur nog geen brood geserveerd.

Calme et sérénité. Accueil très chaleureux et très attentif. Qualité des chambres (literie, équipement...). Nous avons énormément apprécié la qualitét du restaurant (finesse de la cuisine, originalité des desserts) Une mention doit être donnée pour la générosité et la qualité du petit déjeuner.

Peut-être le transfert entre le parking et l'accueil et aussi la signalisation pour accéder à l'entrée.

Beautiful chateau and a fantastic location

Still dusty from the recent renovations and although asked for a quiet room we were next to the room where the cleaners kept their things so noise started from 7.30 🫣

L’emplacement de ce château , à l’oree du village de Citeaux est juste parfait . Les chambres sont très joliment décorées dans des teintes pastels . Dès l’entrée se dresse un large et majestueux escalier en bois qui mène au restaurant . Le spa est joli.

L’hôtel venant tout juste d ouvrir et c’est tout à fait compréhensible, il reste pas mal de petites choses à terminer , à améliorer … Concernant la piscine , il manque incontestablement des transats et la plage tout autour est déjà bien trop petite , alors que 17 chambres ne sont pas encore terminées et commercialisées… La création d un terrain de pétanque serait un plus et la création d un bassin de nage , du côté de la partie encore en travaux , désengorgerait la piscine qui est ouverte aux clients extérieurs venant au spa ! Restaurant délicieux et mention spéciale pour le chef pâtissier japonais qui maîtrise parfaitement l’art de la pâtisserie française . Seul bémol : l’assiette de fromages proposée au même prix que les desserts ne présente que 4 ridicules petits morceaux de fromage 🤔

Prachtige ligging in een zeer mooie streek.

La situation au cœur de la bourgogne, le village, l’extérieur du château.

Le dîner (peu de choix, le plat gras et rance, pas à la hauteur des tarifs, une assiette de fromages de mauvaise qualité), le prix exorbitants par rapport à la qualité du service et du confort, le manque de personnel de service, la température dans la chambre, la présentation générale des chambres et de la salle à manger. Tout est à refaire.

L’accueil et l’amabilité du personnel à l’administration. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux.

La chambre supérieure était propre mais manque de décoration, plutôt froide et ordinaire. Nos amis avaient réservé une chambre standard et il n’y avait pas de différence pour le prix. Pas de possibilité d’avoir ou acheter un repas léger ou collations sauf au bar mais choix très limité…

Friendly staff, beautiful setting in the vineyard and also the village of Meursault.

On the website and booking site it does say there are fitness facilities, there are no such facilities, no gym no space to work out.

La vue depuis la chambre est vraiment sympa. La grandeur de la chambre est appréciable. La décoration authentique de la salle à manger est impressionnante. Le SPA est complet et le jacuzzi est chaud.

Le service du bar et du restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles: pas d'amuse-bouche, pas de service de vin au cours du repas. Au bar, le personnel n'accorde pas d'importance à faire acte de présence. Manque de musique. Pas de carte de boissons proposée.

Café da manhã excelente, com bastante variedade. Tudo organizado e os produtos oferecidos de ótima qualidade. O próprio cliente prepara o seu suco de laranja, em um extrator de suco muito charmoso. O restaurante do hotel é muito bonito e as comidas são muito bem elaboradas.

La décoration des chambres fonctionnelle et peu de caractère ,dommage pour un château

Beliggenheden er i top. Udvendigt en utrolig smuk bygning. Ok hundevenligt.

Hotellet er generelt meget nedslidt, bortset fra badeværelserne, og er på ingen måde valuta for pengene, omend det ligger prismæssigt højere end andre slotshoteller i området. Trist morgenmad og ikke noget personale til at følge op på kaffeautomaten, når den var ude af drift. Skuffede forventninger i restauranten. Bøf menu på kortet var ikke tilgængelig på en onsdag, og det var en af de anbefalede vine heller ikke - burde ikke fremgå af kortet. I øvrigt ingen pynt på bordet, dårlig belysning. Ingen betjening i baren, som i øvrigt lukkede kl 20 på en tirsdag. Hotellet skal åbenbart renoveres - det forstår vi godt. Man bør nok overveje, om man rent faktisk vil drive hotel frem til lukning. Det virker ikke som om lysten driver værket.

Its location in the beautiful town of Meursault was superb. An easy walk into the centre and lots to see. Beautiful property with plenty of amenities

The only issue we had was with the staff in the dining room who all appeared to be unhappy in their roles and were not very friendly. We arrived for a drink before our meal and were ignored until we eventually had to find someone to ask.

Wonderful location, professional yet friendly staff, good spa facilities and excellent dining. Village centre, with choice of restaurants, a short stroll away.

Minor quibble that our beautiful room had limited storage facilities (good wardrobe but no drawers at all). Hard to think of any other dislikes.

Kamer met prachtig uitzicht, maar klein en de voorzieningen (badkamer, tv) waren basic.

спа великолепен, массаж отличный. очень понравилось. Плюс ресторан отличный прямо в отеле. А так же красивые виды вокруг.

Ładny zamek, aczkolwiek zbyt drogi jak na jakość usług. Elewacja i pokoje są przestarzałe i proszą się o remont i odnowienie. Miłym zaskoczeniem były świetne herbaty, które można było sobie zaparzyć w SPA.

Przy wymeldowaniu w recepcji naliczono mi dodatkową opłatę ok. 100 EUR za pościel dla czwartej osoby w pokoju, choć zamawiałem przez booking nocleg dla 4 osób. Dopiero po interwencji opłat została anulowana. Poza tym cena za śniadanie nie odpowiadała jakości tego śniadania, za tak dużą kwotę oczekiwałem znacznie bogatszej wersji.

Cadre magnifique, suite spacieuse. Établissement à taille humaine, très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner excellent et complet.

Dommage que le bar ne propose pas des cocktails, très restrictif en terme de proposition. Un petit bémol sur le service à table, nous avions une serveuse qui nous hatait, limite enlevait nos assiettes avant d'avoir fini. Mais cela certainement dû à sa jeunesse dans ses fonctions.

Un lieux d exception dans ce magnifique petit village de Meursault, au cœur des vignes, juste à côté de Beaune. Magnifique demeure, tout est impeccable, personnel au petit soin, petit déjeuner savoureux , espace bien etre spa avec terrasse ... Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ❤️👌

Prachtige locatie, goed bereikbaar op wandelafstand van toch een vrij levendig centrum ( in tegenstelling met de andere dorpjes met klinkende namen die er wat verlaten blijken bij te liggen). Goed restaurant, mooie plek voor aperitief, aanvaarbare prijs ( in vergelijking met Belgische restaurants!)

Bonne situation géographique.

Pour un 4 étoiles, le Château souffre d'un manque d'entretien flagrant (peintures dégradées, matériaux de mauvaise qualité...). La réalité n'est pas à la hauteur de la promesse des photos.

Ambiance très cosy, très calme et reposant. Personnel très gentil et chaleureux. SPA exceptionnelle et masseuses performantes. À revenir bientôt

Exceptional food, wine and location . A very rare combination of everything

Nice location, good restaurant on side, electric car charging station;

The rooms could be better styled with some comfortable sitting. The bathroom had broken lights and was rather dark.

The room was looking used and tired compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in on our trip. The bathroom had mould around the bath and a lack of soap. The last thing you want to do after using the toilet is take a top off a container and pour liquid soap, spreading germs everywhere.

The restaurant was superb and the spa was lovely

The Chateau is beautiful and the setting is picture perfect. Close to the old town of Mersault. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and assisted with restaurant bookings.

This was the 3rd time staying here, and we were a little disappointed with the Bistro restaurant and the breakfast service. The personal touch we experienced in the past was not there this time, which was disappointing, considering the price paid and the fact that we had booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. The Service at the Bistro and at breakfast was very impersonal, and no plates were cleared at the buffet breakfast as they had 1 staff member on duty. Some items on the dinner menu were not available which was also disappointing.

Fabulous chateau in the heart of Mersault. Gorgeous dining room and lovely interior. Has a lift so managing luggage is a breeze. Room was very clean and modern.

We did not have good service in the restaurant when we went for dinner. I was served the wrong entree so my husband had to wait another 15 minutes to eat. At one point, the staff disappeared and we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for the table to be cleared and for more drinks and dessert to be offered. Finally we gave up and went to the bar and asked for our bill. Waited another 5 minutes and had to tell them to put it on our room bc we were tired of waiting on the staff to do their jobs in a timely manner. It was very disappointing.

This Chateau is obviously run on a shoe string no one at reception when we did find someone to check we walked in the room and out again the picture on the website bear no resemblance what so ever they are refusing to refund me

Location is great

Not worth the money...at all! We never found the 4 stars they seem to have. Back in the 90's of last century this must have been a great place. But it now needs a serious upgrade to bring it up to 21th century facilities. It is clean but worn down. Avoid the restaurant. Worst meal we had in years.

The Castle itself is beautiful and well maintained The Garden for the breakfast and restaurant is lovely, the Menu of the restaurant is simple, not expensive and the food is good. The Included SPA is a plus to relax after having enjoyed Burgundy tour.

Beau bâtiment et magnifique salle de restaurant au premier étage. Excellent accueil, personnel attentif et souriant. Chambre confortable et fonctionnelle. Equipements de qualité. L'ensemble correspond bien à l'attribution de 4 étoiles.

Le dîner au Bistrot la Cueillette correct mais pas tout à fait à la hauteur de l'établissement. La carte des vins est un peu courte !

Very nice location next to the pretty village ,in the heart of Burgundy.Cosy hotel and an excellent gourmet restaurant.The best tart tatin i have ever eaten. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

The food and wine was excellent. We are travelling all around France and so far this has been the best food experience.

Excellent location and with a swimming pool

We had dinner on one evening of our stay and were very disappointed. There was a lack of direction with the staff and despite being in one of the world’s best wine regions were initially offered a very short wine list on a piece of A4 paper. It took some time to establish that there was a proper wine list with a much better selection. Eventually the white wine we ordered (4 of us dining) arrived after our starter course and was warm. It was put in an ice bucket to chill and not opened. We had ordered a bottle of red wine but cancelled it as by the time someone came to open the white wine we were already on our main course.
