La casa es impresionante. Habitacion muy limpia, amplia y acogedora. El desayuno, acaba un poco pronto, pero es bueno y variado.

La ubicación está genial si tienes coche.

The garden is beautiful and the reception and lounges were very comfortable.

We are in our 80s and our room is in the attic. I find it difficult to climb the at least four flights of stairs. Also the wonderful staff had to help me both up stairs and down with the luggage.

We stayed here as it had reviewed well for aircon. We didn't have any at all and found the rooms (In August) a little too warm. The breakfast was alright... no one greeted us, we only found out by overhearing that eggs and coffee were made to order, no bacon either.

Breakfast options are vastly reduced on the weekends. This may be for staffing reasons or to cater for business customers during the week but weekend stays are more expensive that mid-week

Asked for low down room as my wife is disabled and we got upgraded to an executive room.

Cheap tea bags used for tea at breakfast also poor orange juice. I had poached eggs which were overcooked.

2nd morning self service buffet was not replenished. All fresh fruit gone , most of cold meats cheese and pastries gone. When juice and marmalade was used not replenished while we were there.

The room is really clean, spacious and stylish. Amenities are complete, you've got mini bar in the room also (extra cost). The hotel building and decor in general is well decorated. Bed is great and comfy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, especially the local fresh pastries are delicious. We had a great stay in general.

Location is directly under the flight path of planes going to and from the nearby airport. If you are a light sleeper, you might be slightly troubled by that. But we already know it, so it was expected.

What a beautiful hotel. And what a nice rooms, good breakfast and enough to choose from when you want to have a nice diner. The people are so polite and helpfull. You can charge your car.

Nothing. It was a perfect room with a lot of space, the possibility to charge the EV car. And we want to mention especially Debbie from the reception. She is so helpfull and tries to make you feel at home.

I liked the location, interior design, cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff. A very nice place I can safely recommend to other travellers.

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht so Hübsch, wie man es in Schottland gewohnt ist. Es war zwar überdurchschnittlich groß, dafür war das Doppelbett relativ klein und es waren Flecken auf dem Laken.. außerdem hatten wir eine Verbindungstür zu einem anderen Zimmer und man konnte jedes Wort verstehen. Außerdem war es auch ziemlich hell mit den Vorhängen. Für den Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet

I liked the bar I would have liked it even more if I could have got a drink in it. The first night we got back after 11pm & asked was the bar still open as all the lights were on. We were told no . The 2nd night we got back at 10.30pm again we were told the bar was shut. The lad in there asked " why , did we want a drink ' I replied yes we would. He then said I can get you a glass of water. This in Glasgow where Scottish fans had recently drank Boston USA dry.

I didn't like the bar being shut.

Extraordinarily friendly staff, cosy location, spotless room, dinner at the restaurant is great, hearty breakfast, lovely hotel gardens, family friendly. There was a wedding while we were there. We didn't hear anything in the room. Johnstone is well connected to Glasgow, walking distance to the train station and airport or reasonable taxis.

Coffee at breakfast was a little bit on the weak side.

Everything excellent . Beautiful gardens will use again definitely. Proximity to Glasgow and the west coast islands brilliant and very convenient.

The breakfast on the first day was good, but the second morning was extremely disorganised and very disappointing. There appeared to be only one staff member working—a lovely lady who was trying her best to make coffees, serve guests and manage everything by herself. The food was not organised properly, there were no vegetarian options available, and the coffee took a very long time to arrive. I also asked for some bread, which took a long time to be brought over. Overall, the breakfast service was very poor. I had paid for an all-inclusive stay and did not expect this standard of service from a hotel. I have never experienced such a badly organised breakfast service before.

We also had a very unpleasant experience when returning to the hotel after visiting Fort William. We arrived back at approximately 11:30 pm and found the main doors locked. I rang the reception bell from outside, but the reception doors were also locked. I was with a child who was desperate to use the toilet, and it was raining. We were left waiting outside for around ten minutes. When a male member of staff eventually came to the door, his manner initially felt quite aggressive and unwelcoming. He later became calmer, but he told me that there was a telephone number displayed outside and that I should have read it. However, none of this information had been explained to us when we checked in. We were not told what time the doors would be locked, who to contact if we returned late, or that we should leave our key at reception. The lack of information and the way the situation was handled made the experience unnecessarily stressful. The staff member could have explained the procedure politely and with more understanding, particularly as I was standing outside in the rain with a child who urgently needed the toilet. Overall, the customer service and communication were not of the standard I would expect from a hotel. I have stayed in many hotels and have not experienced this level of disorganisation and poor communication before.

Very spacious room and bathroom, friendly staff, great food available for dinner and cooked breakfast of eggs benedict and royale included in the breakfast for free. Great shower power and heat. Nice view of garden

Some cobwebs in the fan light on ceiling and dust around telephone on bedside table, so not thoroughly cleaned. Would also be helpful to have breakfast a bit more flexible on the weekend, starting earlier than 8am and until lunchtime

Steak Frites in the restaurant was slightly over-cooked and had not been properly rested. One server in the restaurant kept saying “no worries” which got quickly annoying.

Overall it was above and beyond what I expected Staff excellent and couldn't do enough for you. Food was very good and definitely more than I expected

Placed im the manor where a wedding was happening. People up and down the stairs all night and music very loud.

the outside area particularly the back garden was beautiful and peaceful. We liked the bar that also offered draught beers.

The room was hot even though the outside temperature was very pleasant (around 20 degrees Celsius), with no AC, the windows could only open to a limited extent which wasn’t enough to cool down the room.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, with nice linens, and the bathroom was well laid out, with a really good walk-in shower. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, both veggie and traditional full Scottish breakfast options.

The WiFi wasn’t great, and I struggled to get signal using data. Our family of three occupied two rooms, and the same price was applied per room ( which included breakfast) so one person B& B paid the same as two people B&B.

First time back at the Lynnhurst since our wedding reception 38 years ago and how things have changed (for the better). I wouldn't have recognised the place. It was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the Wallace Suite. It was spacious and beautiful although quite pricey, but I think it was well worth the extra for the space and luxury. Special mention to all reception staff. Very professional, friendly and all so lovely. We will definitely be back.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff at the front desk and in the dining are very attentive and friendly.

The bathroom has a close odd configuration.

Large car park. Smart hotel, large room with huge shower area. Great breakfast served by a true professional.

Room was too warm, even with windows open (no fan supplied). Airport noise from early morning. A £2 charity charge was levied to my card after check out. This should be opt in NOT opt out at check in.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung, sowie die Zimmergröße ist super. Die Bahn zum Zentrum ist etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

2 x 60 year olds had to climb so many stairs to a room at the top of the old house .

The reception and restaurant staff were very nice. Breakfast was average, as it was a standard buffet. The room was on the small side, but comfortable enough.

They were experiencing a leak in the restaurant, which they tried to blame on the five-minute shower I had just taken. Were very rude about it, and essentially suggested that we refrain from using the shower.

The hotel is beautiful! Debbie at Reception was very helpful!

I had booked a double bed through Booking.com but was given a twin room. Debbie tried to fix it but the hotel was fully booked.

Great location, comfy bed, very clean, large bedroom well equipped, lovely gardens and all round excellent.

Obviously on flight path to Glasgow airport. No big deal and didn’t disrupt sleep too much.

Driving through Johnstone I was very dubious of what this hotel would be like. On arriving it was obvious this hotel was as good as it looked on pictures with beautiful well kept gardens. Staff excellent, location was good and easy to walk into town, bedroom was well equipped and a good size with everything you need in a room and clean and tidy with a comfy bed. Breakfast was also excellent and no problems in recommending this hotel.

A very nice hotel overall, beautifully decorated with large and airy rooms. The location is good and it's quiet, reasonable amount of parking.

The breakfast was mediocre, surprised not to see a decent cooked menu on offer other than a standard self service full English (Scottish)

It was a nice location from the airport for us. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed an evening meal and a breakfast the next day. The staff were accommodating and helpful.

A hidden gem. Beautiful rooms and grounds. Value for money and loved the old and new combo. There was a wedding on just as we left and the set up was stunning. We had just visited the Isle of Skye for our honeymoon and this was a random stop off to rest before we headed back to Manchester. It was gorgeous and so was the food - cocktails amazing! Staff friendly with a good sense of humour. A lovely and surprise ending to our honeymoon!

Property was stunning, mattress wasn’t the comfiest however, this may just be us. Wouldn’t put us off from staying again.
