Niets, wellicht de lokatie, je zit midden in het oude centrum, maar dat heeft niets met de accomodatie zelf te maken.

Dit is nu een uitgelezen voorbeeld van pure nepperij. Ook de reizigers beoordelingen kunnen gewoonweg niet kloppen; We ontvingen een bericht hoelaat we zouden arriveren. Dat vond ik al een vreemde zaak omdat ze met sleutelkastjes werken, ik vroeg waarom ze dit wilde weten en kreeg toen als reden 'dan kunnen we de airco aanzetten' ik denk wat gek het is daar 38 graden dat zet je toch de airco altijd aan ? Maar goed, na 2 reisuren met de auto kom je dan aan, accomodatie was gevuld met meubels die van Oma konden zijn geweest; het stond helemaal vol met gedateerde meubels, je had geen ruimte om je koffers ergens te stallen. Dan hadden ze 2 flesjes water op de salontafel gezet van 0.5 ltr. Die waren inmiddels ook 38 graden, wel jammer hoor, als je 2 uur gereden heb. Dus even in de koelkast dan maar, neee.. die hebben ze uitgezet, ongelooflijk wellicht om wat stroom te besparen. Het bed was niet gestabiliseerd dus als je partner ook maar een beetje beweegd in bed schommel je lekker mee, ook hier geen kwaliteit wel een slechte nacht gehad. De douche was het toppunt, douchen in een ligbad (sowieso ouderwets) met douche gordijn waarbij de vaste douchekop op de kopse zijde van het ligbad was gemonteerd op 150 cm hoogte, dus even flink bukken als je de haren wilt wassen. Ook was de douche mengkraan kapot, tijdens het douchen werd de straal of loei heet of daarna ijskoud. Na het douchen is de badkamervloer, waar ook de wc pot op stond, kletsnat. Daar heb je dan snachts ook behoorljik last van op je blote voeten. Ook de koelkast maakt een ongelooflijke herrie. Ik heb klachten op de app medegedeeld maar kreeg standaard afwijs antwoorden terug. 'nooit geen klachten gehad' en alles is gewoon van topkwaliteit. Wij vonden de accomodatie de volgende dag geen verblijfsvervolg waard en hebben onze spullen gepakt en zijn vertrokken naar een andere accomodatie in de oude stad wat 100% top was. Het is onbegrijpelijk dat dit door booking.com wordt geaccepteerd.

We had a wonderful stay at these lovely suites, right in the heart of Nafplio Old Town. Everything was spotlessly clean, and communication with the hosts was easy and convenient through WhatsApp. Our towels were changed every day, and the room was cleaned daily. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, as well as a lovely bottle of wine. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nafplio

Absolutely wonderful stay at Kyveli suites. The host was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful with local recommendations. The room was huge! Very charming old style room but did not feel dated or worn, and was very clean. We went in the hottest part of the year and the room was always lovely and cool with the AC. Incredible location as well right in the heart of downtown walking distance to everything. The parking nearby was also free and very convenient. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to Nafplio.

Nothing really. If I have to say something — as it is in the main old town, there is a restaurant on the street below the hotel, if you try to go to bed very early you will still hear some noise from the outside dining. But was not a big deal and did not impact our stay.

Wonderful location, just in the old city, closed to restaurants. The apartments are big, beds are comfortable. The building and apartaments have personality. The marina parking (free of charge) is few minutes walk. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hôtel très bien situé et accueil parfait ! Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour à Nauplie. À quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, vous êtes parfaitement situés !

Fabulous. Spacious and clean. In a lovely spot to experience all that Nafplio has to offer. Super friendly, lovely and helpful staff.

We loved the location, right in the middle of the town. While it was not always easy to find parking in the municipal lot right at the end of the street, if one kept on walking, there was plenty of parking at the far end of the port.

The stairwell had a very strong scent, possibly from an air freshener or from a cleaning agent that was very strong and disturbing to my wife. She had to hold her breath when going up or down the stairs.

some light bulbs gave warm light some cool light which was less appropriate,. the bed's faux leather gave a characteristic foul smell not too intrusive but noticeable. the shower curtain smelled foul too

Le professionnalisme, la réactivité, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Panaghiotis. L'emplacement au coeur de la ville ancienne, dans la zone piétonne où abondent les bons restaurants et malgré tout très calme. La proximité de la plage (à 10 mn à pied) et du port de plaisance (à 2mn) où se trouve un grand parking gratuit. Le confort du lit, la petite terrasse et l'ameublement cosy de la chambre.

Très belle salle de bains mais conçue certainement il a quelques années et la douche est une douche-baignoire très glissante. J'ai suggéré à Panaghiotis d'acheter un tapis anti-dérapant ce qu'il a fait sur le champ. La pomme de douche est fixe et positionnée un peu bas pour les personnes grandes ce qui oblige à se baisser

A special thank you to Panayotis who was helpful with lots of information about Nafplion throughout our stay. Note the rooms up stairs on the first and second floors. I would highly recommend Kyveli Suites.

The room was large and comfortable. We had both a queen bed and sofa queen bed, both of which were comfortable. Beautiful bathroom - large, clean and good quality fixtures. The location is perfect for exploring town and a quick walk to the beach. Very kind, helpful staff.

Totul a fost minunat. Camera spatioasa, foarte curata, mobilata cu gust. Un pat mare, extrem de comfortabil. Cada cu jacuzzi! Apartamentul situat la etajul 2 pe o straduta din centrul vechi, aproape de punctele de interes. Gazde extrem de amabile, ne-au oferit informatii utile pentru a gasi repede adresa, in permanent contact cu noi. Le multumim din suflet!

Great place to stay in Nafplio. The location is very central, and it’s easy to walk everywhere in the old town. It’s also close to free parking, which made it convenient when arriving with luggage. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the host is very friendly and responsive. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The location was amazing and the hosts had great recommendations. Loved that there was a real king size bed.

Did not feel as luxurious as I expected. Linens (towels especially) were old. Mold in bath tub caulk. Bed was satisfactory but not super comfortable. I was super disappointed that the bathtub did not have a drain rendering it useful only as a shower not as a tub.

Quirky decor in a superbly central location. The bed was super comfortable, the linen really clean and fresh, great hot water and shower and a nice terrace that even in March was nice to sit on in the afternoon. I had a craving for fruit one afternoon after visiting Epidaurus and got back to the room to find apples and a banana plus some biscuits and chocolate waiting for me. Like they knew, somehow… :)

To κατάλυμμα, ένα ιστορικό διατηρητέο κτήριο του Ναυπλίου, βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο μέσα στην παλαιά πόλη, πολύ κοντά και στην παραλία, που βρίσκεται το δημόσιο πάρκινγκ. Πολύ προσεγμένο το εσωτερικό του με ξύλινο δάπεδο και στέγη, υπέροχο μαρμάρινο μπάνιο και εξαιρετικό μπαλκονάκι για δύο άτομα με θέα σε κεντρικό πλακόστρωτο δρόμο της πόλης. Επίσης, πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά.

La ubicación es perfecta. La habitación es tan cómoda que hay que tener cuidado porque te atrapa jejejeje. Es amplia, estaba súper limpia y olía delicioso. Muy bien equipada con café, té, agua, pava eléctrica, utensilios básicos. Baño muy cómodo. Vista muy bonita desde el balcón que nos tocó. El personal que nos recibió y atendió durante la estadía fue lo máximo, muy buena comunicación y muy atento.

Kyveli is a very special boutique hotel, in a beautiful location in Nafplio old town. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we cannot fault the place or the service. The manager (Mr Panagiotis) and indeed, all of the staff were wonderful – extremely helpful, kind and very attentive. We opted for the hotel’s own taxi service (for the return trip to Athens airport), which was excellent. The manager and the staff gave us excellent suggestions regarding local restaurants and sightseeing spots, and were a constant source of really useful advice. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean, with a lovely balcony looking out over a cobbled street. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent. The room had a fridge and facilities for making tea/coffee. There was a basket full of goodies in the room on arrival and these were replenished each day. Do you want to experience the beauty of Greece and the warm hospitality of its people? Come to Nafplio and stay at Kyveli Suites!

Mitten in der Altstadt von Nafplio in Gassen mit Cafés und Restaurants. Trotzdem hörte man mit geschlossenen Fenstern nichts. Alt aber mit Stil eingerichtet und bequemes Bett. Sehr sauber und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Gerne wieder

L'accueil est parfait et très attentionné. L'hôtel est constitué de chambre très grande avec salon et au décor traditionnel. L'emplacement, au coeur de Nauplie, est parfait pour visiter la ville et ses environs. Parking gratuit à proximité si vous voyagez en voiture. Très belle expérience.

This was such a cute room! 1 flight of stairs up. Clean, very nice size for the price. We stayed two nights here and it was a great place, great location! The pedestrian walkways were flat, easy to walk around and see the sights of a great city!

Great location. Cute and quirky, but third floor room stairs are for people under 30 looking for adventure. (Not exaggerating). Parking is on the quay or street and VERY hard to find. Room had a great terrace, and nice enough-good AC too.

- the toilet was dirty, with a round brown liquid under the toilet ring - we had to wait something like 15min for warm water in the shower - shower head placement could definitely be improved (nothing too bad)

Excellent location in Nafplio's Old Town. The room is both spacious and spotless in a century old building. With everything on your door step location wise, the icing on the cake is Panagiotis who is one of the loveliest hosts. We had an amazing time in beautiful Nafplio and would return in a heartbeat.
