入到一樓大廳，空氣中有鼓說不上的怪味，不像消毒水的味道。之前住過很多飯店，都是香味，沒有這種味道。

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026El personal no sabe hablar inglés y la comunicación fue inexistente tanto en la entrada como en la salida. Comunicación prácticamente con señas. La habitación estaba llena de insectos (posiblemente chinches/pulgas). Se pidió un cambio de habitación inmediato, así que luego observamos que la habitación que habíamos reservado al día siguiente tenía ya un huésped obviando una desinfección de dicha habitación como recogen las leyes. En la siguiente habitación presenciamos también insectos. Muy desagradable en cuanto a comunicación y limpieza de las habitaciones.

不過我們入住的時候沐浴乳的部分就完全沒有了。（可能上次忘記補充？）因為我們自己有帶，所以當下也晚了就沒有再去反應，但隔天退房有告知櫃檯人員。再來是冰箱的部分開關是關著的！不知道是不是入住的時候才需要自己開？設備的部分就覺得還好。走道偏小～
