Grand Denizli Hotel

Ottima colazione a buffet, soprattutto salata.

Location was good, in the centre of the city with lots to do nearby.

The staff were incredibly rude upon arrival - I waited ages to even be acknowledged. The room itself was filthy. While basics like the towels and sheets were acceptable, I moved the bed to find cigarettes, used makeup wipes, food packaging, toothpicks and hair. There were sticky stains on the floor and wall, the fridge door was damaged, my toiletries were removed by housekeeping for some reason. Together, this is purely unacceptable.

Comfortable

None

The staff was helpful with the early check in. Location is very near the bus station.

The elevator is very slow.

Reception cok mütevasi ve güler yüzlü. Oda ve yatak cok modern. Merkeze cok yakin. Temiz ve güzel Hotel. Kahvalti col güzel. Tekrar mutlaka tercihimdir.

Staff super gentil.

Great location. Close to Otogar which is very convenient to take the bus to cappadocia.

My room has not been made up during my 2 nights stay

I am very disappointed with the housekeeping service provided during my stay. The beds were not made, the trash bin was not emptied, and the only tasks completed were changing the towels and adding a few bottles of soaps. In addition, no complimentary bottles of water were provided, which should be standard for each stay. This level of service is far below what I expect from your hotel.

Emplacement

Location is great, room is clean and the staff is kind.

Location, excellent breakfast, staff, housekeeping, good WiFi.

The rooms and facilities are looking a little tired and ware out.

Great breakfast setup. Clean, very central in the city business area.

-Clean room -Comfortable bed

Location - very near to the bus station and train station. Good food nearby. The staff allowed us to check in early since the room is available, we really appreciate it. The breakfast is nice, lots of variety.

Toilet has a smell. The staff did not reply message in booking.com maybe too busy?

The bathroom was smelling really bad and strong. The room was small

Danke

My stay at Grand Denizli was awesome. Clean room, comfy bed. Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance. They also had free parking, so I just parked there and walked. The staff was welcoming. Breakfast was also good. I think it's a great place to stay, considering the price/performance ratio.

Nothing.

Everything was quite normal nothing extraordinary

Breakfast could have been better

terrible

the cleanliness, the wifi, the overall appearance. the hotel is poorly maintained.

Nothing🤯

Very bad hotel, air conditioning very bad with a bad smell, temperature in the bathroom is crazy 🤯, breakfast bad. The cafe bar of the hotel restaurant was not working. This hotel is not recommended

The room was great!

Great location, close to bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. (Many thanks for the upgrade). Comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast. Great area, as not at all touristy with lots of interesting alleyways and shops to explore. I needed a good night's sleep and got exactly that.

No English TV channels. Would have loved to have watched The French Open tennis. However, understand this is not something many people would be interested in..

The toilet flush wasn't working during my last day of stay. A lot of noise at night, impossible to sleep.

5 min walk to main bus station

It’s quite old and not clean. The is no brewed coffee provided for breakfast, only instant coffee.

Good location

Hotel overall quite old and tired. Bed and pillows not overly comfortable, cheap bedding, curtains didn't close properly, some power outlets in the room didn't work. The free breakfast was really bad. Staff didn't really speak much English.

Spacious room and spacious shower. Good location near the bus station. Breakfast was average. Nice staff.

The room didn’t smell very clean and there was hair in the sink.

Location and staff

Nothing

Hotel muy limpio, personal amable

We had a room at the very top of the hotel with super views. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

With sliding windows open we looked at filthy unhealthy metal window bars contaminated with pigeon droppings. I cleaned one section myself as we were only staying one night. The metal stair rails to the sleeping area were extremely loose and dangerous.

Very friendly staff, clean, breakfast served early, good locao

This hotel was my choice because of SPA, I love to try SPAs in all hotels where I go, and this was the worst one. It's not stated that SPA is not included in price so I wasn't able to try this one. It was a disappointment.

Personel yardımsever, otel eski, kahvaltı iyi.

Fresh gozleme at breakfast

We received multiple SCAM MESSAGES from the hotel through booking.com asking us to provide our credit card info to confirm booking. No response from booking.com customer service regarding this matter. Check in was smooth. But we were given an old room with dirty carpet floors , nothing like the photos Corridors were dim and creepy.

Tek iyi yanı şehrin içerisinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde olması. Kahvaltı vasatın altında.

Staff was kind. Location was very good with easy access to major attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.

-Friendly staff -Clean room with comfortable bed -City center -Free parking

-Need more elevators

The staff was welcoming and attentive. The Hotel location was good for exploring the city center. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable , overall great for short stays

Very comfortable, great breakfast, location was perfect, free drinkable water, coffee, and tea, good room size, all clean, friendly staff

The staff didn't speak English
