Reviewed Sep 9, 2026We zitten midden in het centrum, echt ideaal. Auto stond netjes ruim onder het appartement geparkeerd. Wel een keer steken om de bocht te nemen als je een grotere auto bij hebt. Het appartement (305) was erg groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Hebben ook geen last gehad van geluiden van buiten of van de buren. Het was heerlijk rustig. Het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Je kunt er tevens ook fietsen huren en staan beneden in de garage. Al met al een perfecte aanrader.

La lavastoviglie presente nel nostro appartamento era molto vissuta e il cestello in basso aveva parecchie posizioni per ospitare i piatti non utilizzabili. Dettagliatissime info per l’arrivo nella struttura in macchina, non altrettanto per l’uscita dalla struttura che non è facile e scontata visto le numerose zone pedonali presenti.

Minor point. The coffee maker is one of those Krupps coffee makers like Nespresso. They give you 2 little capsules to start which barely gets you going. There is a Carrefour nearby to shop but it would be nice if they supplied a few more capsules.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Location was perfect, everything was very clean, the sheets where cotton fabric (i heate synthetic sheets!) The staff was kind, friendly, efficient and very helpful. Breakfast, although it was basic, it was delicious and healthy.
As the tap water is drinkable, but not that nice, I strongly recomend to bring your own bottle of water! You can refill it in the laundery room down stairs, (they have water machine with filtered cold water there), but only while its open, so don't forget to get your water. :) There in not kettle, but there is a coffee machine. But those are minor issues, I loved the place, location and staff!

Comodo per girare la città a piedi ma anche per spostarsi con Uber. Valencia è sempre bellissima 🥰

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026The parking was easy to find and access. Instructions were made very clear on where to go and to set up the license plate exclusion for the driving zone. Staff were very friendly and helpful, facilities were great, we had an overall enjoyable experience.
To access the parking we had to leave the vehicle and tap the key card on the reader. While not the most inconvenient, it did make it tricky sometimes coming back. There was a leak theat happened just about the toilet on the final day before checkout. We were unable to mention at the time but wanted to raise awareness.

Unfortunately for us our room had a problem in the AC it would make a noise randomly every 2/3 minutes, still managed to sleep but I highly recommend fixing it. Fridge also made some noise sometimes. Another small detail for light sleepers, if you sleep on the couch (in the living room), then keep in mind it can be a bit noisy, but for me it was fine as I can sleep in noise but depends on the person. But, overall great place and I would come back.

there were a few things that meant the stay wasn't perfect. On arrival I asked the front desk for where we could get a guided tour or at least the area that tours began. This was provided perfectly on our stay in Madrid but for some reason this hotel in Valencia couldn't provide the info. I expect a front desk to provide this or at least go away and find out. As you can imagine this time of the year is very hot and so showers are even more important than ever and the shower in the room was broken. I provided the front desk with pictures of the broken shower and how bad the flow was. I was advised nothing could be done and I should use the hand shower, no effort at all was made to remedy the issue. This is really poor service. The bed was soiled on arrival and hadn't been changed and again pictures were provided. This was managed very quickly and the bed was changed and remade.

Personalul amabil, toti angajatii prietenosi si dornici sa te ajute. Apartamentul spatios si foarte curat, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie.

Unser Apartment hatte leider kaum Tageslicht, Fenster gingen in einen kleinen Innenhof bzw. schmale Gasse Kopfpolster waren nicht so bequem

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026L'appartamento è tenuto benissimo, cosi' come le parti comuni, pulite e profumate. Elegante, pulito, funzionale in una posizione eccezionale in pieno centro a due passi da tutto. Accoglienza cortese e personale disponibilissimo. La presenza del garage per chi si muove in auto lo rende, se possibile, ancora più super. È stato quasi un peccato doversi fermare per una sola notte. Bravissimi!
Un suggerimento: le indicazioni per arrivare in auto sono dettagliate e consentono di non sbagliare; fornire indicazioni anche per andare via aiuterebbe ad evitare il rischio di finire nelle aree esclusivamente pedonali. Sono sicuro che provvederanno a fornire questo ulteriore piccolo aiuto perché mi hanno dato l'impressione di tenere molto a mantenere un alto livello di servizio.

Parking is difficult in the area but that's to be expected. Do research in advance and don't bring an SUV. Nothing to do with property.

Het enige 2-persoonsbed is te kort en was versleten (doorgezakt). Geluid vanuit de hal is redelijk aanwezig als andere mensen 's-nachts thuis komen.

Il ragazzo italiano, di Como, della reception, è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta, sempre sorridente e simpaticissimo. Siamo stati davvero bene, in un appartamento dotato di arredi nuovi, dotato di tutti i comfort e soprattutto pulitissimo!! In un altro soggiorno a Valencia, torneremo sicuramente!

Si je devais trouver un point négatif c'est peut être le manque de lumière naturel à cause de la hauteur des immeubles voisins
