Comfort Inn Mont Laurier

On ne m'a pas offert de petit déjeuner. Du café dans une distributrice dans le hall d'entrée et dans la chambre.

Le jeune homme à l'accueil n'avait clairement pas envie d'être là. Pas l'ombre d'un sourire et réponses en monosyllabes. Vraiment pas plaisant. Au prix de la chambre, j'aurais apprécié que le petit déjeuner soit inclus. Sinon, au minimum, d'avoir du lait pour mon café à la place d'un sachet de poudre.

Très bien situé. Le personnel est très accueillant. Chambre très propre.

Je crois que c'est du à la présence du restaurant La Cage mais il n'y avait plus de stationnement disponible à 19h00.J'ai du stationner chez un commerce voisin et à 22h00 des places s'étaient libérées, je suis revenue stationner ma voiture à l'hôtel.

Aucun ménage fait dans les chambres durant notre séjour de 4 nuits. Ils nous ont dit que c’était comme ça depuis le Covid. Oubliger de vider nous poubelles seul, aller se chercher du papier de toilette et des serviettes propre à l’accueil

Il était tard, 1h avant la fermeture du restaurant, j’ai été incapable de pouvoir commander quoi que ce soit même en take out.

J'avais pas accès avec ma carte de chambre a la salle de spa et sauna je me serais entendu d'y avoir accès et surtout que le déjeuner était pas présent à cette hôtel en moto se sont des petits détails qui comptent pour le prix demandé pour ma chambre.

Chambre au 1er plancher, meilleure accessibilité. Possibilité d'avoir 2 animaux par chambre.

Have stayed before in winter and had a better experience. This time the room was in poor condition, TV difficult to use (no English option - not the end of the world) window broken so could not be opened, and noisy aircon that was needed as the window was stuck shut. Bathroom sink cracked and just generally poor condition. But it served a purpose - plenty of parking and easy ATV trail access!

No frills motel style hotel. Comfortable enough, clean and that’s about it. That’s fine because that’s what it says on the packet

Personnel ordinaire. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place.L’employé s’acharnait à me dire qu’il n’avait pas ma réservation sur Bookkng alors que j’avais un numéro de confirmation.

Tres bel hébergement

Bien qu’ayant passé une très bonne nuit, ils Aurais avantage à moderniser l’ameublement.

J aimerais recevoir des correspondance en français dans l avenir si tel est le cas. Et par le fait même la facturation pressé de vous faire payé mais pas pressé de faire suivre facture. J attend la facture dans les plus brefs délai . Comme première expérience avec expédia pas trop épaté.

Not worth the money!! It’s a run down property, dirty bathroom, light fixtures falling down in the room, barely any amenities at all. Unless you’re a big fan of “La Cage”, you can find better around.

N’accommode pas les travailleurs de la santé j’ai Check in à 1h am puisque je travail soir et il m’ont mis dehors de manière cavalière par la réceptionniste à midi …en me narguant … malgré le fait que j’étais prête à payer pour un late check out … chambre 118 à côté d’une grosse porte en métal que a commencer à s’ouvrir et se fermer à 6h am …

Le confort de lit es très important, alors très bien dormis, la propreté dans la chambre, on le sens quand on entre dans la chambre, on le recommande haut la main, Merci

Lors de visites précédentes la chambre était plus grande et agréable.

Location was great, room was clean, staff was friendly.

The bar in the establishment was blasting music till 3 am and I could hear it from my room. I'm glad my room was not one of the rooms closer to the bar or I would have been up all night. also, the parking lot was jammed packed at night with all the people at the bar filling the lot.

the rate I paid seemed very high for a Comfort inn and when I arrived i figured out why. They were fully booked with 100's of Snowmobile Riders. The problem was they were parking thier Ski Doos, Trucks and Trailers ANYWHERE in the parking and when I arrived it wasn't even possible to unload our luggage at the front door because the entrance and the parking lot were a disaster. I had to park at the shopping mall accross the street at the risk of being towed for illigal parking. I raised this point at the front desk and and they just said the guy who was supposed to manage the parking situation didn't show up for work. Very frustrating and not professional. I will never stay there again.

We were disappointed right from the moment we arrived. The parking lot was a gong show and there was garbage everywhere! The young man at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. Richmond was fantastic though. When we booked we were told that we could leave our truck and trailer there. When we arrived we were told we could not! This was a huge issue as we had an 11 day sled trip planned. Breakfast in the morning took over an hour! We moved hotels.

Attempted to make change to original booking. What a nightmare. Will never book through Expedia again. Book directly with hotel and save yourself the hassle.

Too expensive for what it’s worth. Older hotel rooms. Furthermore hotel double charged room because clerk wanted a print of credit card. Not impressed.

Lots of snowmobile and smell gas in my room

I like that they have a system to protect the snowmobiles outside and that La Cage is right there, but no one came to clean are room or refill toilet paper or towels in 4 days. I had over 10 cards programmed because my card and my buddy’s card kept deactivating for the room.

Hotel propre mais besoin de rafraichissement. Ameublement vieillot au gout des années 90. Le bain à remou est disponible sur reservation seulement par bloc de temps donc pas beaucoup de gens peuvent en profiter si l'hotel est achalandé. D'autre hôtel du même genre sont disponible sur ce même boulevard pour moins chère offrant le déjeuner.

Somme toute, c'était un agréable séjour !

It’s Comfort Inn so my expectations were low…. Clean clean place to say and expectations were met. I was in one the far rooms at the end of the hotel so no street or restaurant noise. No breakfast which is rare now, most offer a little continental now so tack that on your price for night. It was still less than other places so good for a stop travelling through Quebec. Comfortable beds and pillows, a little worn but clean.

Offered a breakfast but no coffee bar. Received 1/2 cup and no other offer of refills. No elevators, had to carry luggage upstairs. Loved the large parking area.
