The pool was fantastic and definitely a highlight of our stay. The resort itself has very nice facilities, and the rooms are quite nice as well. Our king room had a mini fridge and microwave, along with a very nice bathroom. Overall, the property is well maintained and has a great atmosphere for relaxing in Death Valley. We also appreciated how the manager on duty handled our concerns at checkout. They were understanding, thanked us for the feedback and provided a discount, which was appreciated.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the location of our room. I would avoid rooms 219 and 220. Every day, huge laundry carts and vacuums were parked directly at the entrance to our room, along with constant maintenance golf cart traffic. This really took away from the relaxing atmosphere. Maintenance also repeatedly slammed the AC door in the morning, which was very disruptive. The AC in our room also struggled to keep up. The hotel was far from full during our stay, so it was frustrating that we weren’t given a better room location. The property itself is very nice, but the constant maintenance activity directly outside our room significantly affected our experience.

Stanza grande e molto pulita. Climatizzazione buona e poco rumorosa, indispensabile per le alte temperature del posto.

Schöne Ferienanlage inmitten des Death Valley. Der kostenlose Parkplatz war fast direkt vor der Zimmertüre. Wir erhielten ein kostenloses Up-Grate. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Terrasse lädt am Abend zum draussen sitzen ein. Das Essen im Salon war sehr gut und die Bedienung war super freundlich. Unbedingt frühzeitig reservieren! Die Anlage wirkt sehr freundlich und gepflegt.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und beim betreten der beiden Zimmern roch es unangenehm nach Urin. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber - es hatte Spinnen im Bad, Schuhabdrücke auf dem weissen Badezimmer Teppich sowie Glasabdrücke auf der Ablage.

Wir hatten ein Cottage. Von aussen superschön, Gepflegte Aussenanlage, Veranda. Betten gut und sauber.

Spartanisch eingerichtet, kein Tisch zum essen. Grausig laute Klimaanlagen.

Schöne Unterkunft, optimal für Ausflüge in das Death Valley gelegen.

Very special place

Strávili jsme 2 noci, což bylo naprosto geniální. První večer bazén,slušná večeře. Ráno 6.30 Zabriskie point východ slunce.Autem 5 minut. Slušná snídaně,míchaná vajícka,omeleta . Zase bazén a relax. Oběd formou bufetu velmi dobrý. Odpoledne autem na Badwaters,celkem hodina. Od 17.15 do 19.15 skvělý trek Golden canyon. V hotelz vše,obchod s potravinami,znrzlina,kafe, led.

Pokoj v 16 hod nebyl připravený,ale to nebyl problém,počkali jsme u zmrzliny. V 17hodin byl ale pěkně čustý a uklizený.

Direkt im Nationalpark. Nette Anlage mit einem großen Pool bis 23:00 Uhr, was bei den Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants zum Essen. Alle sehr freundlich. Ansonsten Wüste und sehr heiß.

Die Beleuchtung zum Pool fehlt komplett. Wir sind mit der Handytaschenlampe gegangen.

Die Anlage ist angenehm und gepflegt, in der Hitze von über 40 Grad versucht man doch eher drin zu bleiben. Das kann man dort aber auch wirklich gut machen.

Das kulinarische Angebot ist etwas bescheiden. Frühstück kann man nur bis 10 bekommen, was für uns nicht so schön war, da wir morgens aufgrund der Hitze Ausflüge gemacht haben und erst danach frühstücken wollten. Es gibt aber einen gut sortierten general store, der das etwas auffängt.

L'hotel è stato davvero eccezionale, la camera era molto grande, moderna e pulitissima. Dotata di ogni comfort e di una doccia stupenda. La piscina dell'hotel aperta fino a tardi è stata una delle cose più apprezzate in questo soggiorno ma anche la scelta di servizi offerti dalla struttura (ristoranti, negozi, campi sportivi...)

Includerei già nella prenotazione la scelta di avere la colazione, nel mezzo del deserto è ovvio che non ci siano posti dove farla...

We booked the Ranch for 1 night only to visit the Death Valley and the location is absolutely spot on. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Parking just round the corner, so no cars running in the night next to the rooms.

The location was perfect, the atmosphere on site absolutely fantastic. The whole place was like a dream!

The first room we were given had a bad smell, but the staff gave us a new one in no time. At night there were poor lights between the restaurant areas and the rooms but it's not too bad. It would have appreciated more direct paths to get to the pool from the rooms.

Endroit dépaysant, propre, une belle et grande piscine. Le restaurant Saloon, où nous avons mangé était exceptionnellement bon et dans un décor western qui nous a beaucoup plu.

Mur assez fin nous entendions la TV de la chambre d’à côté qui en plus était si on le souhaitait communicante.

Le site est joli, la piscine incroyable. La cabane est spacieuse, avec réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. La climatisation marche bien ainsi que le wifi. Joli petite terrasse mais il fait trop chaud pour en profiter. Machine à glace vers le lobby. Petit musée Borax.

Le matelas du canapé-lit est très sale et inconfortable au possible. Quand on est 5, il pourrait y 5 doses de café ! On ne peut pas aller en voiture devant le bungalow, pas du tout pratique pour les valises. Fermeture à 17 h des boutiques.

Une parenthèse enchantée au milieu de la vallée de la mort permet de se reposer apres une longue journée sous la chaleur écrasante

This is really an OASIS within no where. We have really enjoyed our stay, really calm and rejuvenating.

Rude staff at the Saloon for Saturday night dinner. The meal saved the night, the food was exceptional... Also, the guy at the front desk needs to work on his directions, as I ended up in some neighborhood I wasn't supposed to be in and roamed the property until I found building 900...

The ranch is excellent, houses are clean and nice, and the pool is amazing. Staff was courteous at every step.

There is just one downside: the restaurant. The property is fantastic, but the quality and price of the food in the restaurant are simply terrible. For that kind of money, I would expect something better than overcooked pasta and a tough steak.

The location is beautiful, the grounds are clean, and the pool is great with clean water and fresh towels. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty. The floors and carpets were dirty and covered with hair, there was a thick layer of dust on the surfaces and glasses, and the sofa was covered in stains. The bedding and towels were fine. It’s a shame because the property itself is lovely, but the poor cleanliness of the room completely ruined the experience.

The biggest problem was the cleanliness of the room. It was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The carpets had visible hair and dirt, the floors were dirty, and there was a heavy layer of dust on many surfaces. The glasses in the bar area were so dusty that we did not even want to touch them. The sofa was covered in stains and looked very unclean. This level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable for a hotel.

Great location. Nice to have a pool and on-site shops.

We were going to book a basic room but decided to go for a cottage. The sofa and carpet were heavily stained. Neither TV worked. We reported this and no one came despite reception saying they would. The food in the saloon was just warm I think this is because they seemed very understaffed. It could be great here but isn’t.

El hotel es un auténtico oasis en medio del desierto. La piscina es fantástica y se agradece muchísimo después de pasar el día con el clima tan cálido y seco de la zona. Es, sin duda, uno de los grandes puntos fuertes del alojamiento. La habitación es cómoda y agradable, aunque se nota algo antigua y creo que una pequeña modernización le vendría muy bien para estar a la altura del entorno y de las instalaciones exteriores. Como sugerencia, creo que sería fantástico crear una zona específica para observar las estrellas. El cielo del desierto por la noche es espectacular y podría convertirse en un atractivo más del hotel. Una pequeña zona pavimentada, alejada de las luces y equipada con algunas tumbonas o muebles similares a los de la piscina, sería perfecta para disfrutar del cielo nocturno de una forma cómoda y, sobre todo, segura. Actualmente, caminar de noche por zonas de hierba o terreno sin iluminar no resulta demasiado recomendable. Al fin y al cabo estamos en pleno desierto y hay que tener precaución con animales como serpientes de cascabel o escorpiones y mirar bien dónde se pisa. Una superficie pavimentada permitiría disfrutar de esta experiencia con mucha más tranquilidad. En general, una estancia muy agradable en un entorno realmente especial. Con una pequeña actualización de las habitaciones y aprovechando mejor el increíble cielo nocturno, el hotel podría ofrecer una experiencia todavía más completa.

Durante nuestra estancia el hotel estaba realizando algunas obras. Evidentemente, esto puede resultar algo molesto para los huéspedes, pero también prefiero verlo desde el lado positivo: se nota que están invirtiendo en mantenimiento y mejoras, algo que siempre es de agradecer. Precisamente cuando intentábamos relajarnos por la noche para contemplar las estrellas, lo que menos nos gustó fue el fuerte ruido de la depuradora de la piscina, que rompía bastante el silencio y la tranquilidad que uno espera encontrar en medio del desierto. Entendemos perfectamente que, con estas temperaturas, es necesario mantenerla funcionando para conservar el agua en buenas condiciones y evitar la aparición de algas, pero quizá sería interesante estudiar alguna forma de reducir o aislar el ruido. Por último, el señor que estaba en la caja durante el desayuno no fue especialmente simpático ni acogedor. No fue nada grave y, por supuesto, todos podemos tener un mal día, pero una atención algo más amable siempre mejora la experiencia del huésped.

My second stay here and it's the only one in the area, except for one other. Perfect on the way to Vegas from Yosemite! The staff in the Saloon restaurant is exceptional, Josh made our night unforgettable!

Maybe an elevator to the rooms we had, but otherwise great!

A room was at 99 degrees when we came in. It took about 8 hours to cool down. A clerk said that they don’t turn AC on before the guests are coming. The AC unit was making noises, it was uncomfortable to sleep. No luggage carts, and you can’t drive close to the door-it was a long walk in 112 degrees carrying the luggage in.

Ligger midt i Death Valley hvilket er perfekt når man er på farten og gerne vil overnatte på vejen til evt. Yosemite.

Generelt er stedet slidt og der lugtede desværre ikke så godt på vores værelse. Poolen var ikke helt ren og mange af stolene ved poolen var i stykker og mad på resturanterne var dyrt

Super schön gelegen Großzügige Zimmer und Anlage

Tolle Anlage mitten im Death Valley wie eine Oase. Perfekt für eine Nacht, hätten auch 2 sein dürfen. Hatten ein Zimmer direkt fussläufig zum Pool, Basketball/Tennisplatz. Der Pool war mit tollen Liegen ausgestattet, drumrum nette Sessel und Sitzbereiche im Schatten. Geöffnet war der Pool bis 23 Uhr, was toll war bei den Temperaturen. Schön beleuchtet in der Nacht. Morgens ab 7:00. Tücher dafür gab’s am Pool. Im Zimmer war die Klima prima. Hatte beim reinkommen etwas klamm gerochen, war dann aber nicht mehr zu bemerken. Schönes Bad, alles sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft im Ressort. Restaurant auch gut, aber wie immer in den UsA teuer.

Zusätzlich hatte das Zimmer etwas klamm getroffen, bin da sehr „empfindlich“, aber das war mit der Klima weg und dann nicht mehr zu merken.

It is one of the few options in Death Valley. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the bed was great. Albert at the front desk was very kind and thorough in caring for guests. The rooms were recently renovated.

When I entered my room, I found several problems: - The bathroom door handle was missing, and the door was stuck shut and could not be opened. The handle was sitting on the sink. - A smoke detector hung from exposed wires above the ceiling fan. - The lamp beside the bed was crooked. - The fridge wasn’t working. Albert at the front desk offered me a new room, but after a long day of driving and lugging a heavy suitcase upstairs, I just wanted to sleep. He sent a maintenance worker who managed to open the bathroom door, so I made do with the room. However, when staff encounter issues such as a missing doorknob, a dangling smoke detector, and a tipped‑over lamp, they should consider taking the room out of service. It feels as if, during renovation, they simply applied fresh paint over old paint without sanding first, a hasty, slap‑dash job.

Siamo arrivati verso ora di cena e nella Death Valley c'era stato un corto circuito quindi sono rimasti senza elettricità per tutto il pomeriggio da quanto ci avevano raccontato. Noi non avevano ancora cenato e non sapevamo nulla di quanto accaduto. Speravamo di mangiare qualcosa una volta arrivati ma non ci hanno offerto neanche un pezzo di pane... Siamo rimasti a digiuno dopo una giornata lunga e calda, non ci hanno offerto neanche la colazione per scusarsi.

Installé au cœur de la Vallée de la Mort, cet établissement est idéal pour visiter le parc. Accueil et service impeccable. Petit détail pour ceux qui pourraient être tête en l’air comme nous, nous avons réservé via l’application de l’hôtel pour dîner le soir mais nous n’avions pas compris que le restaurant choisi était en dehors de ce complexe, à quelques minutes de route. Une fois notre erreur comprise, nous avons dîner dans le fameux restaurant et c’était juste parfait.

The property was lovely, the little bungalows were very lovely, and extremely comfortable. It was extremely hot, so having a swimming pool was great, and the rooms had excellent air conditioning.

The breakfast was terrible, possibly the worst food I have ever experienced. And for the price- $95 AUD , and when we asked the attendant what the price was, he stated $95+ taxes & “stuff”!! In my opinion, the food was an edible.

Unica soluzione all'interno della Death Valley. Un'oasi nel deserto. Essendo la Death Valley molto grande da percorrere è la soluzione ideale. Shop, ristorante, gelateria, piscina , tutto disponibile
