Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin NW - Four Points by IHG

The young man who checked us in was very nice. He has a pleasant approach to his work.

It’s convenient everything was there that we need Walmart target wal greens and cvs

Nothing

It was close to my daughter’s lake house on Hudson bend . Close to shops and restaurants. Coffee was great . Front desk staff was excellent always cheerful and helpful. Easy excess to Austin and to the airport .

Better variety at breakfast . Had the same breakfast both mornings. Elevator was a little slow at time. More parking we had to park at the restaurant next door one night

Very clean and fantastic breakfast with tasty coffee machine the staff was friendly and helpful.

Although the pancake machine is cool and high tech, the pancakes are not tasty. There is no phone charger at the nightstand or desk.

Loved everything about the property! Staff was super attentive and friendly!

Amazing staff, clean rooms and just overall excellent!

I enjoy this property because of location and surrounding restraunts

The breakfast, pool area and location

The hospitality, the young man in the front desk with the dreads was so kind and friendly.

Everything was great.

Everything from the staff to the free breakfast

The staff was wonderful. They were attentive and gave great suggestions. The location was perfect.

They need a waffle maker next to the pancake machine for breakfast.

El personal muy amable. Perfecto, buena relación calidad precio.

Nada.

Great customer service. Clean hotel!

The breakfast was good with a wide selection to choose from. The room was super nice It was clean and the bed was great.

The only thing that was wrong was the broken elevator. My room was on the second floor so I had to use the stairs. I stayed last year and the elevator was broken also.

Good location everything near by, nice staff

No milk for cereal at breakfast

Good location, breakfast and room

Clean and quiet.. Mike at the front desk was always so sweet and happy. Very nice guy.

The breakfast was good and it was a good location.

The pool wasn't attended to for towels and the elevator to pool area was usually wet,. They need some rubber mats or something to help with a slippery floor.

It was close to both my family and downtown Austin without being in the middle of the city. It was also close to some good cafes and restraints that accommodated my multiple food allergies.

The first room we were in had fleas and we had to request a new room almost as soon as we settled in. How a hotel manages to get fleas is beyond me but as someone with pets back home, I was uncomfortable the rest of my stay for fear of accidentally bringing fleas into my home.

Good breakfast

You can't open the windows = no fresh air in the room. The pool was dirty.

Great location, lovely rooms and the bed was very comfortable

The room was truly enormous, the bed comfortable, and the sofa inviting. Breakfast was fantastic and left nothing to be desired. The buffet changes every two days so that there is definitely some variety. Since the hotel isn't directly on the highway, it was very quiet. There are plenty of restaurants just around the corner, all within easy walking distance. Parking was plentiful, and the internet worked perfectly. The hotel is located just outside of Austern, but it can be reached quickly in 30 minutes. The trip there is well worth it, and there are also several things to visit in the surrounding area.

Nothing to complain

Nice, courteous staff. Spacious room, updated bathroom, comfortable King bed. Excellent internet service. Close to many restaurants and bars, great location. Good breakfast.

Very noisy air conditioner. They do not provide changeover service unless you request. Hot tub was out of service during the duration of my stay which was disappointing.

Clean and very comfortable

I loved everything about your property

Great location! Surrounded by amenities and access to major roads.

This hotel meets expectations for price.

Best hotel breakfast ever! Egg white omelette, pancakes, coffee machine that grinds the beans as you watch.

No view.

The location the price and it was clean

The hot tub was not working and the staff can do better

Clean

Always clean. Perfect location!

Love the staff and how clean they keep the property

The staff, the location.

The hot tub is NOT working. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website or reviews. This was the whole reason we booked this hotel because it had a Jacuzzi and pool. The water was absolutely freezing The elevator buttons don't seem to work at times too. The room was great but beds were uncomfortable and pillows were not fluffy.

Clean, Peaceful location, Nice breakfast

Directions were hard to find on google maps

Very clean and cozy place

Exceptional customer service! Amazing breakfast 😋

Location and breakfast

They don’t have room service every day

The location, room was very neat and clean. Breakfast was Amazingly GREAT. They leave coffee out and ready along with water all night. If not they make it fresh. The service and staff are very friendly and polite. They were helpful because we got snow in and they were understandable and worked with everyone. Hallelujah ☦️. Thank you Jesus .. God is releasing MIRACLES 🙏. Apostle Kathryn Krick 5F 👈👈👈💥💥💥

I liked everything... The room I stayed in had a BEAUTIFUL view out the window. ASK for room 324.. God is GOOD. . HALLELUJAH ☦️ The BED WAS LIKE CLOUD 9.. when I sat down in it I began to sink a Lil and the pillows were sooo soft.

The location was great, it was decently cleaned. We didn’t eat the breakfast but from what it seemed the breakfast looked ok. It’s not bad for a moderately priced place to stay for a night or two.

There weren’t extra blankets for the pull out bed. There were visible bodily fluid stains on the couch cushions, which led to our family of 5 sleeping on the 2 queen beds.

Staff was great

The location

It was very dirty. Baseboards were missing everywhere - the ground floor, the 2nd and 3rd floors also were missing baseboards. The carpeting was absolutely filthy with stains. There was a smell that was noticeable on all levels. The inside of the elevator didn’t even feel clean. The shower/tub area was also not in the best condition. We avoided taking a shower. Bug found in the bed, we’re not sure what it was. Management came up, looked at it (we don’t think it was a bed bug) and apologized and offered us something from the marketplace as compensation. We ended up leaving early and losing the money we paid for that night because we couldn’t sleep there a second night.

Pretty good location

Breakfast good be better but is on par with most other hotels

Environment and our side area.

Quite far from main conections

Room was spacious Location is great

Check in took a lot of time The Fridge and AC unit were too noisy

Cleanliness

Good place, great location!!

Friendly service

Location

Nothing -maybe security would help

Wifi was non existent.

The facility was next to an excellent restaurant.

The elevator was very difficult to operate. The buttons were broken were difficult to operate. At one point we were afraid it might stop.

Clean and the staff was friendly.

Very nice, clean, convenient and very well priced. I loved my stay there!

Elevator was having problems with the push button to second floor but, other then that nothing else.

Location is convenient, a lot of restaurants and two big supermarkets close by. Breakfast is super. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable.

None, all good.

Great breakfast

The location was just what we needed cuz it was right around the corner from our Dr's Appointment.

The ONLY thing I would change is the beds. OMGoodness they are hard as a rock.

It is cheap, and service is good

Clean rooms and public areas. Good breakfast.

Not very close proximity to downtown Austin.
