Nice clean hotel with good location, safe basement parking, supermarkets restaurants nearby and very good breakfast. Ozge the lady from reception was really helpful

Geweldige locatie in de hoofdstraat. Je loopt zo naar beneden naar de boulevard. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De airco had wat moeite met de hitte, desondanks was het prima te doen omdat het s avond toch doorwaait en afkoelt

Hôtel agréable, personnel adorable

Very friendly staff. They expected us with a plate of fruits, water and cookies for the kids. Underground parking with guards. Great view. Very clean and modern.

It was not possible to close the bathroom door.

Nach zwei Jahren haben wir wieder bei Asya Grand Hotel gebucht und sind enttäuscht über den verschlechterten Zustand. Man merkt die wirtschaftlichen Herausforderungen an, wir hatten zwei Zimmer, beide haben nach Zigaretten gerochen. Dies wird offensichtlich von Hotelseite toleriert, da Aschenbecher und Zündhölzer im Zimmer sind. Der Empfang mit Osterkorb und persönlichem Schreiben in den jeweiligen Zimmern haben wir positiv gesehen. Auch das Frühstück ist nach wie vor sehr gut. Jedoch waren die Badezimmer in beiden Zimmern in einem hygienisch schlechten Zustand, schwarzer Schimmel, qualitativ schlecht abgedichtete Ecken, verkalkte Duschköpfe. Das erwarte ich nicht von einem 5 Sterne Hotel, das war vor zwei Jahren auch nicht so. Das in Kombination mit Zigarrettengeruch. Die Qualität hat nachgelassen, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Daher sind wir enttäuscht und werden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable dado que el personal de servicio es muy amable, a pesar de no hablar inglés tratan de entenderte, el desayuno en relación a la comida muy completa estéticamente los manteles manchados no se ven bien

Amazing Hotel, definitely 5 stars, would rate it even more if I could. Couldn't fault this place. The receptionist was amazing and very friendly, cant remember her name but she worked in the evening.

Most of the staff does not speak any English at all, this is unacceptable for five star hotel. Breakfast was terrible

The breakfast good although not perfect. You receive a foot plate every day. The parking possibility was fine.

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation: Some examples: The wallpaper is already peeling off the walls. There is mold in the silicone seams of the shower. The carpet is extremely dirty and has cigarette burn marks in some areas. The price-performance ratio of this hotel is not suitable at all. You can hear every noise from the neighboring room.

The room was spacious with all necessary provided. Welcoming goodies were also provided. Very clean room and around as well . Calm area and good location.

For the breakfast, the coffee was instant coffee, but it was not a big deal ;)

Room was clean and big enough. We travelled with our toddler and had a great time at this hotel. At walking distance to the seaport. Dont know why they have multiple bad reviews, airco was just working like it should. Would recommend!

Das Hotel hat eine Garage die Teil Öffentlich ist und 24 Stunden besetzt. Für Hotel Gäste ist das Parken kostenlos. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Frühstück üppig und bis 12 Uhr. Die Mitarbeiter fangen auch nicht vorher an aufzuräumen wie in vielen anderen Hotels. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

In my long stay of 3 months I liked mostly everything, till summer arrived.

Despite the hotel is a 5 star the a/c does not work. Now in summer with 33-35C outside and no a/c is horrendous. Asked many times and always is: technician coming next week🤌. Heard the same is happening since last year. Great everything but hard without a/c in summer in the room and does not seem to be an interested to get it repaired.

Air-conditioning didn't work, room was too warm. Only one towel in 3 person's room...

No AC. The reception took no action. Terrible service. They wouldn’t even try. They told me to open the window. Feels like a sauna. Bed is hard as rock. Gym smells pretty bad. If you have another option in the region, take it, I will ask the agency to move. No way to stay 10 days in this condition.

i checked out and paid early morning as i was going to the airport. at 10:00 am my roommate was leaving the room to the airport as he was on a different flight. they made him pay again for the minibar that i already paid in the morning. this is pure theft

cleanliness, staff, excellent rooms, spa service, supermarkets just across the street, good privacy

parking is a bit Hassle, although Gym is excellent, is usually crowded in evening hours -seems it’s used by non resident of hotel as well so little inconvenient, not much of an issue though

Very clean rooms, very good location.

Probably the best hotel in Bandirma. The staff are very efficient and helpful but lack of English or Spanish was a problem. The hotel is situated very centrally about 3 miles from the bus station and close to the port. It is a bit drab and appears to have seen better days - the rooms are similar though everything is clean and everything is very comfortable. The breakfasts are extensive and it caters for all guests very well. There is a taxi station next door and shops and supermarkets just outside the hotel.

Great hotel we enjoyed our stay

22 haziran 2022 de 1 gece kaldığım bu hoteli herkese tavsiye ederim. Bandırma’da kalınabilecek en iyi iki hotelden biri olduğunu söyleyebilirim ( diğeri Bandırma Palas ). Odalar geniş, temiz, bakımlı ve konforlu. Manzarası güzel. Sabah kahvaltısı zengin ve lezzetli. Çalışanlar güleryüzle ve çok nazik ( hepsine teşekkür ediyorum ). Ücretsiz otopark mevcut. Konum olarak şehir merkezine 400-500 metre mesafede birazda tepede.

2 kişilik oda ayırtılmış, peki neden odada 1 kişilik havlu, su ve şampuan var? Hotel's garantim olduğu halde girişte otel parasını tahsile çabalayan ve çıkışta 2 TL'lik minibardaki suyun peşine düşen yönetimin, odaların tefrişini de düşünmesi lazımdı. Son olarak da 1 takım da olsa odaya konan havluların zımparadan az hallice olması garipti, zira, SPA oteli diye promasyon yapılıyor. Hiç memnun kalmadık.

Sadece odayı kullandım, temizlik benim in en önemlisidir. Oda gerçekten ferah temiz ve konforluydu.

The service was warm and friendly and the team was open to request. The hotel itself is somewhat "1990's style" and a nice face lift could do good. Also, the air-condition was preset to one temperature. No cooler no warmer.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and they really weren’t great... the room was clean and the service was friendly... the food at breakfast was ok but lunch was below average. My biggest problem was the central heating which made the room beyond warm and the window barely opens so I couldn’t sleep because of that...

Great hotel, very handy for Bandirma port, ferry etc. Good gym, lots of local eateries.

we was in Grand Asia hotel for two night , actually it was very good experiences staff were very help full . breakfast was fantastic room was big and clean with a beautiful marmaray view and room was very big and comfort , everything was perfect ,

We visited this 4star hotel in september 2018. The room was really dirty. The carpet had stamps. The internet access was disfuctional, so and the aircontitions. The only thing was good was the loocation.

I would class this as a 5 star hotel but with a 3 star price. Great room, great facilities, great staff and service. Hav I got any complaints, no, none. Check out the confectionist just down the road and the city centre for great food. Its hard to find a beer, but the Big Yellow Taxi Bar down near the port area serves beer. Plenty of cafes serving tea. Bandirma is 2 and a half hours from Instanbul by fast ferry and I stopped over on my way back from the Galipoli Battlefields.

Travelled for business, stayed for 2 nights. Good hotel, clean and tidy, helpful and friendly staff. Very fulfilling breakfast, with wide range of options. Hotel is situated in a central location with nearby shops and restaurants. Also has mid-size convenient gym and spa, which is good for business travels. In summary, I was satisfied with my stay at Grand Asya and I would stay there again.

Suitable place to relax and take out from stress and tension

we were stay here just one.nights.we came bandirma for holiday.close the city center and ido.Room was clean staff always smell but i think not enough next time if we have time i can stay again.The hotel laction on the street you can fine market mosque museum and pub.i recomended near the sea side many fish restaurant which is the best opposite side the mosque ( very delicious and turkish cousin )

It is best hotel in the city. I got room with sea view. Room was big. They give me fruit plate in the room. Late night they arrange Turkish bath.

Location is so nice, service is perfect, parking availability, near to center, food variety and cheap, friendly staff, but few staff speaks English, the bad thing is the rooms are not with isolated walls.

It is a great hotel, the room is spacious and you can even choose the kind of pillow you prefer. The staff are nice too. The breakfast is excellent, a variety of different dishes make your stay much better. The location is great too.

I have stayed for four days in this hotel for job trip. The hotel and the staff are nice. Rooms are bigger than most of the hotels. Cleaning is good. It is located in the center, with sea scene from seaside rooms. It has closed car park and wifi everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast is good. Also The roof restaurant and tastes are good. You can use spa and fitness area. A good choice for Bandırma.

Clean & comfortable hotel .. massage must be for first time at least “as written in the paper” but when you go down for massaging they’ll ask you to pay. Any way, Overall the hotel is very good.

Grand Asya is located near IDO Ferry Terminal. A short trip in taxi or just a walk up the hill will see your there. Grab a taxi to be sure and will not cost you much at all. Is located with several shops and bakeries in a sort distance. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Reception is good and service is very good. Breakfast was great. I use the hotel Spa services several Times. The salt room, the sauna, the Steam room the Hamam room and the massages services are a must in Bandirma. All the team are very friendly. Aldo use the temátic shower and the relax área.

We stayed for one night. We walked from IDO Seabus-ferry port to the hotel only 10 min. You can find a taxi stop front of the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and well-designed. Breakfast is ok but it must be developed.

We have stayed in this hotel on three occasions and alway found it to be good. My husband has business in the area so the location for me is excellent. The rooms are very large and the bathrooms spacious but tiling was dark grey, which did nothing for the bathroom. However the areas where very clean and the lady attending the cleaning services was excellent. Had daily water and a snack. The breakfast was good and open until 11.00. Good gym and spa area if required, also good position for market shopping.

Spacious room and good bathroom. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and filling, along with the service being spot on. Having a gym, and a game room (pool, darts, chess etc) made my stay more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is okay i would say, but not great, however it did not really affect our stay as we were only there for a night. The only issue i had with this hotel was that the elevators were extremely slow. Even though there were two, it still took ages for one to come. Overall, a nice comfortable stay.

From what I understand, this is the best hotel in Bandirma. It is clear they have cut corners when building it and considering it is only 2 years old it looks and feels so much older. My only major complaint is that the lift feels very unsafe and gave overload errors with only 4 people. It was not intelligent at all so expect to stop at every floor and go in the wrong direction every time. The answer is it take the stairs as you will get there much quicker.
