una buena estancia el apartamento muy cómodo, con buena ubicación y tranquilo, le llegada fue muy facil y nos ayudaron con guardar el equipaje, asi como entrar antes al apartamento.

El estacionamiento. No se me ofrecio, pero finalmente si me otorgaron uno, el espacio es pequeño pero cumple el objetivo.

La calidez del personal, la atención al recibirnos, el dpto muy lindo todo muy cómodo y con una hermosa vista al lago. El dpto cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía, muy buena la seguridad q brinda el edificio. Recomendado

la ubicacion unn lujo, a pesar de estar cerca del centro se puedo descansar bien sin ruidos. muy copados los anfitiones

Muy cordiales en todo momento especialmente porque pedí extender 2 veces mi estadía ( por razones personales)y siempre lograron ofrecerme soluciones acordes a mis necesidades🤗

Excelente experiencia. La atención fue inmediata, incluso en horarios nocturnos, siempre con rapidez, predisposición, mucha paciencia y gentileza. Las comodidades son excelentes, el alojamiento está muy bien equipado y la vista es realmente espectacular, lo que hace que la estadía sea aún más disfrutable. Totalmente recomendable. Sin dudas volvería.

Departamento súper cómodo y bien ubicado. Éramos 4 personas y las instalaciones fantásticas.

Un pequeño detalle que sumaría, sería tener lavarropas/lavadora, pero no invalida lo excelente de la estadía.

Excelente todo. Super recomendable. Super atentos a los requerimientos. El lugar tiene una vista hermosa del tercer piso al lago. Las instalaciones son muy lindas. Y la excelente ubicación, próxima al centro y en una avenida que es de fácil salida para ir a los atractivos (cerro, circuito, etc). Recomendado 100%. Tener en cuenta que en Bariloche si no vas en auto es necesario rentar uno.

A acomodação é ótima, o quarto estava na em temperatura ideal. Estava tudo limpo e aconchegante. A localização é ótima. O check in e check out são super tranquilos

Apesar do apto ter aquecedores em todos os cômodos, tivermos que usar toupas de frio dentro o tempo todo. Mesmo com os responsáveis dizendo que os aquecedores estavam funcionando perfeitamente. For isso, a estadia foi adequada.

Apesar de ser tudo online (entrega da chave...), quando precisamos de um suporte que nada tinha a ver com o apartamento, e os responsáveis nos ajudaram no que puderam. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar num próximo retorno a Bariloche.

It was easy to access to the apartment. The aparment was really nice and spacious with a kitchen you had everything. Walking distance you had restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket.

The bathroom’s light was really hot when it turned on.

Great location and size. Excellent self-check-in and internet speed. This was important to us as we had to work a few days

It felt run down and while we know that screens aren’t as common outside of North America, we couldn’t sleep with the windows open (even though there is no AC) because a nearby cat kept trying to come in.

It was a nice and big apartment

The kitchen wasn’t well equipped: we had basics such as salt and oil. Also, we didn’t get the city view with a balcony as was shown on the pictures, which was quite a disappointment for us. It was very, very warm in the apartment and it had no airconditioning

Really liked the location, the apartment was clean and good value for money. The view was lovely and the instructions were very clear.

Checkout is very early at 10 am. Other than that the shower is not very good. It’s hard to get the water to mix and it was falling off the wall if you moved it. Could also use an extractor fan in the bathroom

- Clean and good size apartment - Safe and secure building - Great cafe El Molinito just a few minutes' walk away - Apart from a city-wide power outage and a lag in restoration of the wifi at the property, the wifi was generally solid for my remote work (in Studio 1c)

- Unfortunately, I really struggled in communicating with the hosts. On multiple occasions they were very slow to respond using the Booking chat/message system, where days would pass without a response and I had to send a follow-up message to get a response - and even then, sometimes they answered my question and sometimes they didn't. Check-in was particularly challenging, as they kept asking me for a whatsapp number to send the check-in instructions, and I had to tell them multiple times I do not have whatsapp (which is my valid right), asking them to send the instructions in the chat - until I finally had to contact Booking customer service to reach out to the property so they would send the check-in instructions via the Booking chat (which then they did). - The fridge was turned off completely when I arrived so I had to wait some hours for it to cool down for the items I had to put inside. Even then, it didn't cool very well so I had to put it on the max cold level. (Upon arrival, since it was off, there was a huge layer of water in the freezer that then turned to ice, so I'm not sure if that somehow affected the cooling capacity..) - The location was a bit of a trek (including hills) from town (though loved the nearby cafe as mentioned above) - Poor lighting over the kitchen counter and in the bathroom (as the light over the sink went out during my stay) - The bed didn't have a fitted bottom sheet; the lower sheet kept coming out at night - Street noise

location is great and overall large enough for a family of five.

it wasn’t very clean when we came and everything provided was very minimal. not enough towels. not enough toilet paper. etc.

My husband, adult son, and I recently spent 3 nights at Belgrano Decks and were quite happy with it. Most of the nicer hotels in Bariloche are out of town and require a car (very difficult with the really awful local traffic) or cab if you want to explore the downtown area. Belgrano Decks is right in town, easy walk to restaurants, shops, and whatever else you need. We had a large 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath apartment, with deck and partial view of the lake. One downside: no deck furniture. Indoor pool was quite nice and staff were very good about storing luggage, etc. No services really--front desk is staffed on demand, which means you need to know and to tell them when you're arriving. That caused some anxiety, as we were driving in from a distance, but worked out fine in the end. Apartment was comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and roomy. Very good option if you want to be in easy walking distance of downtown.

Apartamento com 2 quartos, 2 banheiro, cozinha ampla e sala espaçosa. Ótimo para família. As crianças adoraram a piscina depois de um dia de ski.

Quartos confortáveis. No primeiro andar, sala de TV, cozinha e banheiro. Uma suíte no segundo piso. Destaque para a gentileza do atendimento. Tive que adiar viagem por motivo de doença. A gerência adiou minha estadia sem custos.

We arrived at the hotel around 7pm. Best (apart hotel) because it has no 24hs reception. I had to go talking about WhatsApp at what time it would arrive, I thought that because it was Saturday maybe they worked at a reduced schedule ... On arrival, still unpacking, my family (wife and two small children) are waiting in the lobby. The manager (Gustavo) approaches with the face of a few friends. Question how many nights I will stay and confirm that only one night, because our flight leaves the next day at 16hs. I ask if we can do a late check out. And he says I should leave the room at 10:00. I ask again because at 10am with two children in this cold of Bariloche would be a little bad ... He gets angry at my insistence and starts talking loudly in the middle of the street aggressively with me. I ask to speak to the Manager. He replies that the manager is him and continues in verbal aggression. We entered the small desk that works as reception. He throws the reserve money on the table and asks me to leave. I ask him to calm down and lower you, he continues ... Went to another hotel. Luckily I found a place on the first call. Will never go back to the Belgrano Decks. Would not recommend to anyone. I have no idea how the rooms are, because the only thing I saw was the prejudice and the aggressiveness of the Hotel Manager. Carlos.

El lugar es bonito no es tan céntrico pero caminable lo único malo que le veo es que publican Al momento de escoger la habitación con fotos que al final no son reales ya que al momento de recibir la habitación no era lo que yo había reservado incluso al escoger la habitación me mostraba una foto con vista al mar cosa que no fue así aparte de eso la limpieza de la habitación en general no era muy buena habían pelos tanto en la cocina como en el baño como en la pequeña sala de estar prueba de que la limpieza o la hicieron a la rápida o no la hicieron aparte de eso ningún comentario negativo

We booked this place as a little bit of luxury for when we got back from a hard three day trek and weren't disappointed. Big, airy rooms and comfortable beds. In particular the staff were lovely and it was good to have a sauna and swimming pool to ease aching muscles! Bariloche itself is not the prettiest place but is still the number one pushing off point for all the local activities.

Gustavo and the Belgrano Decks staff where really great in making my family feel confortable. We travelled from the US to Argentina we our two boys, ages 4 and 2; They also really enjoyed there stay, when the kids are happy, the parents are even more. Will recomend to everyone to stay here.

great location, nice staff

You need to arrange a time to collect the key but there was staff in the cafe and office so not a problem. We had some minor electrical problems which were seen to quickly even though it was Christmas eve. We loved being able to cook our own meals as we had been eating out for a month. Highly recommend buying lomo from the supermarket butcher...best steak ever! Limited cooking utensils but we had a wonderful Christmas dinner. We also had lunch in the cafe and it was delicious.

Good location, with a nice kitchenette which gives,you flexibility. Clean and tidy.
