Sfeervol en keurig complex, centraal gelegen in winkelstraat. Gastheer is erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Heerlijk ontbijt. Een uitstekende keuze en we hebben genoten, prachtig groot balkon op de 2e verdieping.

Der sehr nette und freundliche Empfang durch Massimo. Es war alles sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Parkplatz war in 5 Gehminuten kostenlos vorhanden. Tolle Strände sind in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Von Massimo erhielten wir Sonnenschirme, war sehr hilfreich.

Posizione comodissima, in pieno centro; struttura moderna e confortevole, con personale gentile e disponibile. Letto comodo. Buona colazione.

La posizione così centrale, ovviamente, obbliga a parcheggiare un poco lontano, anche perché nella via dell'hotel i posti sono a pagamento.

Tout accueil chaleureux de Massimo qui anticipe tous vos besoins. Au calme et en plein milieu du village ce qui permet de rayonner partout (club de plongee à 100 m alors qu'on est pas tout proche du port.) Petit déjeuner delicieux

La posizione centrale, direttamente sul corso principale. Il proprietario molto attento al cliente: sapendo che arrivavamo in orario di chiusura della reception ci ha fornito tutti i dettagli via whatsapp su come recuperare le chiavi. Inoltre è stato sempre pronto a fornire informazioni su Villasimius. La camera pulita e ben arredata.

The location is superb. You are in the heart of the town and yet there is no noise in the rooms it is very quiet. The Air conditioning was the best I have come across in Italy, it works very well. The parking is easy. Massimo is extremely helpful with any requests you have and I really appreciated his advice and help with any boat trips etc. The breakfast was lovely and fresh. The property was cleaned very well everyday. Great view from the top floor terrace rooms too.

Emplacement : station de bus pour les plages à 150m / les rues commerçantes et animées (famille) devant la porte de l hotel. Déjeuner buffet varie. Prêt (gratuitement) de parasols et sièges de plage. Et un accueil chaleureux de Massimo et de ces 2 collègues.

Siamo stati davvero benissimo all’Hotel Belvir. A partire da Massimo che è un fantastico padrone di casa, attento alle esigenze dei clienti e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. La struttura è molto carina e in una posizione ottimale al centro del corso principale del paese vicino a tutte le aree di interesse, ristoranti, supermercati e anche ai posti auto gratuiti. La stanza era nuova e funzionale con degli spazi ampi e superiori alla media. Ottima la colazione con prodotti freschi e vari di giorno in giorno.

Molto ordinata, camera pulita e spaziosa. Inoltre Massimo è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

La struttura è accogliente, curata e in un'ottima posizione, ma ciò che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è stata sicuramente la disponibilità, la gentilezza e l'accoglienza di Massimo, sempre presente e pronto a darci consigli e a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Hotel in centro a Villasimius, molto comodo per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della costa e anche per la sera dove a piedi passeggi tra bancarelle caratteristiche, negozi e ristoranti. La colazione è molto buona, varia e abbondante, perfetta per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff dell’hotel in particolare a Massimiliano, il proprietario che è sempre stato super gentile e disponibile nei nostri confronti facendoci sentire davvero i benvenuti! Un’esperienza assolutamente positiva che consigliamo senza esitazioni. Torneremo sicuramente!

The hotel is spotlessly clean, with daily room cleaning and towel exchange. Fresh, delicious and varied breakfast every day. Most comfortable mattresses and pillows we ever slept on. Great location, close to everything - restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Massimo, the owner, is the kindest, most helpful and hospitable person ever - he goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He is so responsive and does outmost to meet any request you might have. The rest of staff was also super nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Die Lage ist super. In max 10 Fahrminuten hast du die verschiedensten Strände erreicht. Im Zentrum von Villasiumius warst du in 0 Gehminuten. Das Hotel ist unglaublich schön, tolles Ambiente. Sonnenschirme, Stühle, etc. für den Strand wurden uns vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt. Also eine wirklich herzliche Empfehlung!

A family-run and intimate hotel in the center of Villasimius, on the main street. The room had a balcony overlooking the street, but it wasn't noisy, allowing us to enjoy the atmosphere of a Sardinian town in the evenings. The rooms were clean and, upon request, cleaned daily. The interior patio was very pleasant and spacious. Breakfast was served in the patio. The terrace offered views of the town and surrounding hills. The service was among the best you could find. The manager, Massimo, and the rest of the team were very helpful, accommodating, and extremely communicative. If we needed anything, they were always there to help. We had vegan dietary needs and the hotel made sure we always had a good breakfast.

Hotel in pieno centro e a 10 minuti dalle spiagge di Villasimius. Camere confortevoli e pulite. Colazione adeguata sia per dolce vie salato. Il piatto forte è il gestore che ti fa sentire come a casa , sempre super disponibile a dare consigli su come muoversi e ad aiutare a prenotare spiagge, escursioni e ristoranti. Consigliatissimo!!

But what makes Hotel Belvir truly special is Massimo. He doesn't run this hotel like a business — he runs it like he's welcoming friends and family into his own home. He's part manager, part concierge, part miracle-worker, always finding a solution no matter what you need. He set me up with faster wifi so I could handle work video calls without a hitch, helped me plan out everything I wanted to do in the area, and was constantly checking in, engaging, and going out of his way to make sure my stay was perfect — not because it's his job, but because he genuinely cares about giving his guests the best possible experience. On top of it all, his English, German, and Italian are flawless, so communication is never a barrier. Finding a place this special after five years on the road felt like a real gift. I'm so grateful for the week I spent here, and even more grateful to have met someone as warm and generous as Massimo. Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms aren’t luxurious, but they’re comfortable, spotless, and the hotel has a really relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was more than enough, with a good variety to start the day. What truly made our stay special was Massimo. He went above and beyond to help us. Since the sea conditions in this area depend on the wind and not every beach is calm every day, he took the time to explain which beaches would be best based on the daily weather. His recommendations were incredibly helpful and made a real difference to our trip. If we come back to Sardinia, we would definitely stay here again thanks in large part to Massimo’s exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended!

Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany hotel, czysty, nowoczesny, dobre śniadania. A najważniejsze: niesamowita obsługa! Massimo was great!

Il proprietario Massimo super accogliente, gentilissimo e disponibile per qualsiasi bisogno. Posizione centralissima, perfetta anche per una passeggiata serale. A piedi si possono raggiungere tanti ristoranti, mentre la spiaggia dista una ventina di minuti in macchina. Parcheggio comodo. Il buffet della colazione non è gigante, ma comunque proporzionato al posto e al numero degli ospiti. Possibilità di scelte dolci e salate, con qualcosa di nuovo ogni mattina.

Bellissima esperienza! Un ringraziamento speciale a Massimo, sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e pronto a esaudire ogni nostro desiderio... con il sorriso! Ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Massimo war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hatte tolle Tipps. Das Frühstück war toll und der Innenhof und die Dachterrasse auch. Das Zimmer war groß und man ist gleich in der Altstadt.

Ottima posizione nel centro di Villasimius, le spiagge più belle sono poi raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto! La struttura non ha il parcheggio ma al giorno si può parcheggiare a pagamento davanti l'hotel, mentre la sera essendo in zona ztl si può parcheggiare nei parcheggi gratuiti poco più distanti. Buona colazione sia dolce che salata. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera e bagno grandi, puliti e dotati di tutti i confort. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

The hotel is right on the main street, which becomes a pedestrian area in the evening. Everything is within a walking distance and the whole town has a vacation vibe. Our room was big enough, very clean, the beds were excellent, and the breakfast was balanced and varied. A shout-out to Massimo, who is an excellent host, very kind to offer us beach umbrella and chairs, helpful with local information and suggestions, and really keen to make us feel comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality!

There was a mishap with the air-conditioning, but Massimo tried to put the best possible solution in place, and everything was fixed the following day. So it was not an issue.

Tolle, saubere Unterkunft mit sehr zentraler Lage. Wir wurden von Massimo sehr freundlich empfangen. Er war mega hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut deutsch. Hat uns jeden Tag mit wertvollen Tipps sehr weitergeholfen.

Elegimos alojarnos en el Hotel Belvir por las excelentes valoraciones que habíamos leído, pero aun así consiguieron superar con creces nuestras mejores expectativas. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. Bagno con doccia bellissimo e ampio camera spaziosa pulitissima, letto comodo, luci belle unico “difetto” il televisore per me troppo piccolo per la distanza dal letto. Atrio carino con patio molto bello. Altro punto negativo l’assenza di un parcheggio se non davanti all’hotel ma che dopo le 19,00 andava liberato per via della zona pedonale.

Hotel accogliente con spazi esterni per fare colazione e rilassarsi e camere ben curate e moderne , posizione perfetta per passeggiare la sera in Villasimius senza prendere la macchina , colazione ottima e abbondante dolce/salato tutto fresco e ben preparato . Il gestore Massimo e’ direttamente il proprietario , giovane e appassionato che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità e’ sempre pronto a dare consigli e prenotare servizi spiaggia e ristoranti visto che è del posto e conosce i migliori , senza di lui non sarebbe stata la stessa vacanza perché era tutto pieno e anche prenotando con giorni di anticipo non saremmo potuti andare nei lidi più belli e nei ristoranti migliori .

Great location with the perfect host, Maximus. Delicious varied breakfast provided in the cute floral courtyard. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. As we went in low season Maximus was able to kindly upgrade our room. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the town. We were given great suggestions for our stay …from parking to where to eat and beach spots for the day and sunset.

The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the restaurants, bars and shops end if you want to go to the beach, Massimo will make sure you have what you need and give you advice and the best beaches for the day!

The hosts were really so kind and gave us beach umbrellas and chairs also.The host and their family are so friendly and welcoming. Semplicemente favoloso Siamo state coccolate io e mia figlia come fossimo clienti da anni Proprietario ultra gentile e di aiuto con spiegazioni e consigli , cosi' come la signora addetta alla colazione , carinissima e materna Mai stata cosi bene nei miei tanti viaggi La colazione a buffet variegata, buonissima e abbondante La posizione dell' albergo è centrale nella zona dei negozi, il paesino è una bomboniera con i suoi ristoranti e negozi ed è a 700 metri dalla spiaggia di Simius e dal porto Giunco. Paesaggio che ti prende il cuore. Ho riscontrato un estrema pulizia delle strade ,molto ben tenute Inoltre sara' pura fortuna, ma non abbiamo trovato zanzare. e credetemi, per noi che siamo dell'isola d'Ischia e abitiamo a Cervia sulla costiera romagnola, possiamo garantire che Villasimius e l'hotel Belvir sono una chicca preziosa, che speriamo di ritrovare prestissimo

Hotel céntrico, muy bien cuidado y con un personal super amable. Nos orientaron con un mapa de las mejores playas, nos recomendaron sitios para comer/cenar y hasta nos prestaron una sombrilla para los días de playa. El desayuno, sin tener grandes cosas, estaba perfecto para empezar el día.

Super süßes kleines Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Toller Innenhof zum frühstücken. Frühstück reichlich mit Müsli frischen Obst Gemüse und natürlich Süßem. Leckerer Kaffee Gastgeber und Sabrina extrem freundlich und erfüllen dir jeden Wunsch. Hatten das superiorZimmer. Dürfte etwas größer sein. Aber alles vorhanden inkl. nettem Balkon und Dachterrasse für oberen Stock. Parken fussläufig ca 5 Minuten, da die Straße von 18:30-23 Uhr zur Fußgängerzone wird. Alle schönen Strände gleich in der Nähe.

Ottima posizione nel centro storico per passeggiate a piedi. La distribuzione degli ambienti dell'hotel, raccolti, rilassanti ed arredati con gusto. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'Host Giacomo simpatico, attento e prodigo di preziosi consigli, lo staff molto cortese.

Ogni hotel va valutato per il rapporto qualità prezzo e qui abbiamo trovato un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente! Ottima la colazione. Una particolare menzione per Giacomo, il titolare, che trasmette la passione per il suo lavoro e la totale empatia con i clienti. Sicuramente un posto del cuore ❤️

Our superior double room with terrace and panoramic view was great. The hotel location on the main street 5 minutes from 24 hour parking was convenient. Breakfast was very good. Best of all was the care given by the manager, Giacomo, and his assistant which was over the top. They will take excellent care of you!

Adorámos a nossa estadia de uma noite no Hotel Belvir, em Villasimius. Fomos recebidos com muita simpatia e atenção, o que nos fez sentir logo bem-vindos. O quarto, embora pequeno, era muito confortável, super limpo e com espaço mais do que suficiente para uma estadia tranquila. As comodidades são excelentes e tudo está muito bem cuidado. A localização é perfeita — mesmo no centro da cidade, com fácil acesso a tudo e uma vida noturna animada que dá ainda mais charme ao ambiente. Foi uma experiência muito agradável.

Très bon accueil et conseils pour le parking par la réceptionniste. Très sympa. Très bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement au cœur de la ville mais paisible . Belle terrasse avec chaises longues, des plantes, superbe. Literie et chambre impeccable avec douche a jets.
