Merkezde gayet güzel güvenli rahat bir otel. Kahvaltısı muazzam

Otel pisi nevresim ortasında koca bir delik. Baza örtüsü pis kusmak vardı. Temizlenmiş oda banyosunda yerde t. Kağıdı atılı. Pencerelere perde koymaya gerek yok çünkü o kadar pis zaten dışarıyı göremiyorsunu. Pencere tam kapanmıyor. Geç vakti kadar gürültüden uyuyamıyorsunu. Tuvalete sifonu devamlı su akıtıyor. Havlular sert ve morlaşmış. Kahvaltıya giderken merdiven lerde ölmüş hamam böceği vardı.

Klozete temizlik bandı koyan zihniyet tuvalet kâğıdına gerek görmemiş nedense.Duşakabin kapıları raylarından çıkmış adeta misafirin elinde kalsın diye yapılmamış.Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum Oda yıpranmış eşyalardan oluşuyor keyifli bir otel değildi.

otel güzel ve temiz. Kahvaltı ve çalışanlar harika idi. Tek sıkıntımız şansımıza tuvaletin sifonu bozuk çıkması ve yatakların çok yumuşak olması oldu. 4 gece konakladık başka sıkıntı yaşamadık. Merkezi bir yerde fiyat ve beklentimi karşılamıştır.

Merkezi bir yerde. Arabanızı yandaki bir anlaşmalı otoparka koyuyorsunuz. Hiç arabaya ihtiyaç duymadan bir çok yeri gezdim. Yatak rahatsızdı. Temizlik çok iyi değil. Kahvaltı fena değil. Kahvaltı salonunda ki ilgi çok güzel ama. Bunu demeden geçmeyecem. Oradaki garson arkadaşlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü. Çayı hemen tazelemesi. Herşeyle ilgilenmesi çok güzeldi. Bir detay daha var. Otelin hemen yakınından gelen yüksek sesli müzik sesi, gece geç saatlere kadar uyutmadı.

Very old facility, extremely noisy

Otele girer girmez çok ağır bir koku vardı , odaya geçince geçer diye düşündük ama odadaki koku daha kötüydü.Eşyalar genel olarak çok eskiydi, havlular , çarşaflar solmuş ve üzerinde kir lekeleri vardı.Kahvaltı yetersizdi, daha çok meze tarzı hazırlanmıştı nedense.Personel ilgiliydi, konumu merkezi ama genel olarak bir daha asla tercih edeceğim veya tavsiye edeceğim bir otel değil.

Unglaublich nettes Personal. Sehr zuvorkommend und stets bereit zu helfen und Wünsche zu erfüllen. Großes Lob diese Menschen. Jedoch ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen und schon etwas verwohnt. Eher 3 Sterne Klasse, aber sehr sauber und tolles Housekeeping

Nicht zum ersten Mal hier und sehr zufrieden. Leider hatte ich ein Stockwerk mit sehr schlechtem WiFi erwischt. Das war in anderen Stockwerken besser. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück besonders zu loben.

Otelin konumu güzel bir yerde. Fiyatı uygun,Kahvaltısı güzel açık büfe herşey vardı. Tek kişilik odada kaldım fotoğraflarda da göründüğü üzere pansiyon gibiydi, çarşaflarda leke vardı birazda yırtıktı. Bu konularda dikkat edilse tercih edilir.

Maalesef ki bu otelde yaşadığımız deneyimden memnun kalamdık. Çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi ancak otelin temizliği ve eşyalarının durumu çok kötüydü. Tuvalet ve çarşaf temizliğinden memnun kalamadık yine de söylediğimizde yardımcı oldular.

Oncelikle 4 yıldızlı bir otelin calisanlarinin ilk izlenimi musteriye verdigi degeri gosterir. Persollerin uslubu çok kötüydü ve odayi gosteren personenlin kiyafeti özensiz ve aşırı kirliydi. Oda temizlendi denilmek için temizlenmis gibiydi duvara yakin bölgelere süpürge değmemiş sadece orta kisim süpürülmüş ve koltuğun önündeki sehpada kıl vardi oda havalandırılması yeterince yapılmadığı için havasizdi eşyaları birakip cam acip odadan ayrilmak zorunda kaldim. Sigara içilmeyen oda tercihimi özellikle belirtmis olmama ragmen odada küllük vardi ve daha önce kesinlikle sigara içilmişti. Ücretsiz otapark oldugunu ilanda beyan eden otelin kendi otoparki yok arka sokaktaki anlaştığı özel bir otoparka park etmenizi istiyorlar. Çevredeki bazı otellerinde ayni otoparkı kullanmasindan kaynakli otoparkta yer bulmanız imkansız bu yüzden ücretli otoparka park etmek zorundasiniz ve otelin ücretsiz otoparkin oldugunu beyan ederek sattığını ve ucretli otoparkin ücretini talep ettigimizde bunu odemeyeceklerini söylediler. Yıldız düşürülmesi gereken bir otel olduğunu düşünüyorum çünkü ilanda vaat edilenleri otel sunmuyor.

Everything was nice

Konaklamamız sorunsuz odalar temizdi. Otele erken geldiğimizde odamıza giriş yapabildik hazırdı. Yardımcı ve güleryüzlüler. Kahvaltısıda iyiydi. Kısa süreli konaklamamızda sıkıntı yaşamadık

Staff are excellent ambassadors for the hotel, they were willing , helpful and always had a smile. Nothing was too much for them, going above and beyond from check in, car parking and breakfast . We couldn’t fault the service. Downside is the hotel is dated , not as clean as it could be and sadly one of the rooms had a stench of cigarettes which was ingrained. We asked for a room change however none were available. It’s clearly the staff that make this hotel a success. Owners should consider investing in a renovation and some no smoking rooms to make it wholly complete

Nice Area full of shopping stores - very noisy -

Eski bir otel. İki kişilik yataklı oda rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen iki tek kişilik yataklı oda hazırlanmıştı. Bunu belirttiğimizde hemen oda değiştirildi amcak yeni oda sigara kokuyordu. Karyola gıcırdıyordu. Personel kibardı. Kahvaltıda çeşit çoktu. Uzun yolculuğumuz sırasında sadece uyumak için bir gece kalıp yola devam ettiğimiz için beklentimizi karşıladı.

I advise people to choose this property. Staff are super friendly. Food is really good. Big rooms.

Otel yeni bi otel degil. Ama beklentimizin epey ustundeydi. Oda genis, park yeri guvenli, acik bufe kahvalti gayet iyiydi. Bu fiyata gercekten iyi. Resepsiyonda Kerem, kahvaltida ismini ogrenemedigim bir Beyefendi sagolsun cok yardimci oldular.

nous avons été trés agréablement surpris par l’accueil chaleureux , la disponibilité et la grande gentillesse des employés. toujours le sourire , la bienveillance et de bons conseils . Un autre point positif et non négligeable : la présence d'un parking privé et c'est le voiturier qui s'occupe de votre véhicule autant de fois qu'il le faut. je reviendrai sans hésiter et je recommande vivement cet hotel.

Every thing was excellent

Herşey güzeldi.Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu,kahvaltı güzeldi.Konum olarak çarşının içinde ve çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi.

Otelin yeri çok merkei, bu önemli bir avantaj. Otoparkı olması güzel.. Ancak odalarda kullanılan nevresim ve havlular daha yeni olabilir. Temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yok ancak çok eskimişler bu sebeple temiz görünmüyor.

Totally unexpected from the get go in every (positive) aspect! From the initial contact with staff everything went smooth and easy. Incredibly helpful staff ( Thank you so much Mr. Emrah Saracoglu!) who is truly happy to make your stay in hotel and city of Adana experience to remember. This hotel is on par ( if not better) with huge hotel chains located nearby. Super rich buffet breakfast even for demanding people like me ( I am vegan). Room was more than spacious ( much more than hotel of this rating) and there was no any scent of tobacco. Just amazaing experience staying in Cukurova park. And yes covered valet parking is free. Thank you to the staff for making beautiful time I spent in Adana even better.

Zentrale Lage, alles im Zentrum zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Großes Zimmer, allerdings bräuchte Renovierung. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gut.

Otelde ikinci kez kalıyorum. Odaların temizliği kahvaltının zenginliği konumu her şeyiyle çok iyi. Otele girince Güler yüzle karşılıyorlar isteğiniz varsa hemen yerine getiriyorlar. Odalarda ki yataklar rahat klima su ısıtıcı tv vs tüm cihazlar aktif çalışıyor.

Overall I wasn't expecting these conditions. I used to stay at this hotel (5 years ago) and had no problems. But this time I was disappointed. The room was not clean for my standards and had a heavy humid smell. Probably because of old air condition filter.

Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder Problemen bekommt man gute Hinweise/Tipp's => ein großes Dankeschön ! Die Corona-Situation (mit den Regeln) haben sie vorbildlich im Griff. Meine nächste Reise nach Adana würde ich wieder bei Cukurova Park Hotel buchen wollen.

Açık büfe kahvaltısı güzeldi ve çeşitliydi tek bi kişinin ilgilemesi iyi birşeydi bu pandemi döneminde özenle mutfak ekibi ilgilenmesi ve kurallara dikkat edilmesi 👏 Kısaca aile olarak yada tek kalınabilecek bi otel. Kahvaltısı zengin ve lezzetli. Bu sefer konakladığımız odadan memnun değildik, dışarıdan sesler geliyordu. Sanırım havalandırma borularından gelen seslerdi bunlar. Merkezi konumda olması, otoparkının olması avantaj. Fiyat performans açısından değerlendirdiğimizde gayet iyi.

İlk karşılama umut verici değildi. Ancak sorun yaşamadık. Normal aile odası rezerve ettiğimiz halde bize connection oda verdiler. Kahvaltı basitti. Kısacası parasına değdi.

Der Service im Hotel war sehr gut, dass Person war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuss erreicht werden, viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Otel eski Adana denilen bölgede Seyhan ilçesi merkezi bir bölgede, tuvaletin sifonu problemliydi, bir de koridorda sehpaların üstünde odalardan çıkan yemek tepsileri sebebiyle, koridorlarda yemek kokusu vardı.

Bulunduğu bölge kötü, resepsiyondaki çalışanlar enteresan. Kötü ya..

Otel şehir merkezinde ve sabaha kadar gürültünün hakim olduğu bir bölgede. Otel "ESKİMİŞ" ve "BAKIMSIZ". Yıldız değerlendirmesi yapılsa tek yıldız alabileceği bile şüpheli!

Kahvaltı güzel

Der Check in ging schnell und reibungslos. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren groß. Ausgestattet mit tv, Kühlschrank mit Wasser (incl.) und natürlich einer Klima die sehr gut war. Zum Frühstück gab es ausreichend Auswahl mit Müsli Tomaten Käse Gurken Oliven etc. halt typisch türkisches Frühstück. Mann konnte auch zu Abend im Restaurant günstig essen, haben aber dies nicht angenommen, da rund um das Hotel viele Restaurants sind. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral zur City und Airport. Würde es wieder in Anspruch nehmen.

Oda geniş. Oda temizliği hergün yapılıyor 10 puan. Hergün 1 Lt su koyuyorlar dolaba. Çay kahve yapabilirsiniz odada. Kahvaltı gayet güzel. Bu fiyata fazla bile. Aileyle kalmak için ideal. Odada biraz sigara kokusu vardı. Lobi klimasız ancak çay kahve servisi sokak manzaralı 10 numara. Tekrar Adana’ya gelirsem kalırım. Tavsiye ediyorum. En az 8 puanı hak ediyor bence. Neden 8 in altında kalmış anlam veremedim.

Oda temizliği ve otelin konumu iyi yerde idi. İlk girişteki beyefendi bizi evli sanmadı herhalde biz en ayrı yataklı oda vereceğini tek yataklı oda kalmadığını söyledi.Ardından evlilik cüzdanını gösterdim. Daha sonra dönüşe yataklı odayı hemen ayarlayabildi. Biraz daha dikkat diyorum .

Kahvaltı güzel konum gayet iyi. Yatak rahat oldukça. Temizlik te güzeldi. Hergün dolaba su çay kahve ekliyorlar. Tekrar kalırım.

Işıklandırma olarak çok karanlık bşr otel ve oda, çalışanlar daha güler yüzlü olmalı, kahvaltıda sunulan hizmet yetersiz çünkü personel sayısı yetersiz, 2.çayı içmek mümkün değil, oda temizliği güven vermiyor.

Down town located 3 star hotel (official 4 star, but that's a long time ago). Very friendly staff. Big and clean rooms, but out of style which also have a kind of charm. Clean and big beds with medium quality, good. Wi-fi below average, slow not always reliable. Beautiful and good breakfast in a clean and well maintained area , with a professional staff. A hotel to recommend for a good price.

Nice hotel with nice staff and good cooling system whith a breakfast which is not so good but acceptable, the location is a little bit noisy and crowded cause its in the center of the city, there is not tea or coffee maker at room but you can have it for free at lobby. Overall its a good choice for money you pay for it.

As students me and my brother stayed at Cukurova Park Hotel, which we just booked when we arrived at the airport. When we reached the hotel round 10 am they gave us the room earlier and that was a good point, also after we get to our room there was no tea maker and tooth brush at room and that was really annoying but the room was really clean and neat. The staff are nice and kind and the breakfast was just a normal one Its a good hotel at all so I suggest it to mt friends.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights,hotel is clean,rooms are big,breakfast is very good. Location is in the middle of the city near the old market,seyhan river ,big park and a wonderful mosque. Staff are friendly especially Mr SEFA was very very helpful

A warm clean and extra cheap hotel in the heart of the city good for relax, bissnes. Some meters far away from the old market, metro station, Sabanci mosque, Seyhan river, old brige from Roman era an big parks along the river.

The hotel lobby looked nice, but when I got to room, the smell of cigarette was suffocating. there was only 2 dimmed lights in the room, I couldn't even read. communicating with the front desk was also very challenging, as no one speaks English, other than the morning manager, who speaks very little English. I tried to get a power adapter so I can plug in my laptop they didn't have it. I arrived late and very tired, so I went straight to bed, I woke up less than an hour later overheated, I tried to get the room temperature lowered but the thermostat will not respond to going down, will only go up. so I pulled over me the thin sheet and kicked off the comforter. the room was so hot, I was tossing and turning all night, finally the morning came, when I got up, I realized that the sheet that i used to cover myself was actually the mattress cover (they didn't have fitted mattress cover), and I was sleeping directly on the mattress pad which was beyond disgusting, yellow spots where everywhere on that pad. I couldn't feel clean for days after that, even though I spent over half an hour scrubbing myself. I had initially paid for 2 nights non-refundable, but I couldn't stay there for another hour after that first awful night, so I left and checked in another hotel and lost the money for the second night.

Excellent hotel, location and rates. Location is in the middle of the city center. Room rates are very good. and staff are very friendly although the barely speak English. Recommended for budget visitors.

Good Points 1. Welcoming , friendly and helpful staff. Good local knowledge. Had maps and restaurant recommendations (resulting in an excellent meal at a good price). Reception area is smart and bright. 2. Room large, air conditioning effective, good sized bathroom, décor smart, windows double glazed (it is a busy street but not too bothersome). TV and internet access (reasonably fast). Desk (with lamp) to work at. No noise from neighboring rooms. Clean. Bed linens crisp. 3. Very central with multi-storey car park attached. Parking is included and the garage staff were helpful and challenged people entering the car park. Local shops nearby plus a departmental store across the street. 4. Good breakfast with plenty of choice – lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, Turkish and European style food. Tea and coffee flowed freely. Negatives 1. The hotel is right in the centre of town and traffic is heavy. It helps to have a human navigator or GPS. I followed a map and found the hotel and then the garage (which is round a corner). The garage is clearly marked with the name of the hotel. I had just arrived in Turkey and it was my first experience of Turkish driving in 15 years. In the room the traffic was a background noise – not quiet but not noticeable.

Good choice to stay at the center of town. Very clean, large rooms, large bed&bathroom... all perfect, quite. The breakfast is rich and clean. Try to bargain at the reception, they have special company prices, which are really reasonable for this standard of hotel.
