All the necessary amenities are available and we get a good view of the beach from the apartment all at a reasonable rate.

Would not recommend for a solo woman traveller

Close to ocean but limited places to eat. Restaurant and bars closed earlier than expected. Great place to stay and the owners and workers were very attentive.

We had vreat communication with Jeoffrey before arriving and he arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport. We had a lovely welcome on arrival. During our stay Jeoffrey and his wife wrre on hand to answer any queries and to provide anything we needed. On request Jeoffrey arranged our hire car. We would like to say a very big thankyou to Laverne the house keeper who does an amazing job and also friendky and calm when you are requesting anything. This propert had prime location for access to eveything on the West coast of Barbados.

Very relaxing no frills break, great view of the beach and sea . Ideal base to explore the island. Well equipped apartment.

No prior communication from owners of property, on arrival got key from housekeeper, no kettle or hairdryer in room, 1 fork 1 spoon no other cutlery , 1 wine glass 3 cups one of which was broken. No outdoor space . Room was clean . Location across from quiet beach easy to get bus north or south as not much in immediate area a couple of restaurants within walking distance

Overall my stay was good. The beach view is a plus. Only thing I would improve is the details how to access the apartment. I had to call the manager even though the email said I would receive the lockbox information. I kept checking my email till I decided to just call the number. On the last day the kitchen sink started making sounds as if it was backing up. Outside of that my short stay was cool.

Nothing special but clean and a decent price for the budget conscious.

The accommodation is pretty basic but it has all you need. The bed is comfortable, there was a table and chairs, a stove, a fridge, toaster and kettle and sink. The bathroom was small but functional. No balcony but new air conditioning. It was really clean, it was across the road from a small local beach and within walking distance from the main Payne bay beach. The bus stops were about 100-150m from the property. The next supermarket was only a short bus ride away and a petrol station with basic provisions just a short walk away. A couple of nice local restaurants in the area. The cleaner/housekeeper was lovely and helpful and able to hold onto our luggage whilst we spent another few hours on the beach on our last day. The other guests were very pleasant. We did have cockerels crowing most of the night, but it felt very authentic :) we went on a couple of trips and arranged pick up from beach view hotel/apartments, which is just across the little road. We let the security guy know we were there so if the pickup showed up at hotel reception they knew where we were. Overall it was a really good experience. We felt safe always. It is about 45min-1hr to the fish market at Oistins by bus though. Make sure you’ve printed off the details of where the property is or say ‘beach view’ in Paynes bay to the taxi driver as we had a bit of a last minute panic as he didn’t know where to take us 😆

Everyone from the owners to the housekeeping to the grounds keepers were absolutely remarkable. They were caring, helpful, friendly. We thank all of you for making our stay an excellent one!

The place is in a great location!! Lavern and the other tenants made the trip. Local people are wonderful. Fish, fish, and more fish is worth visiting. The Kingfish was very tasty.

This was a good hotel for the price. The property manager was awesome. Very very nice guy and the housekeeper was amazing! Again a great property for the price just not a four star or a three star.

Lovely place lovely people.

The property is in a good location. Has good outside space, and is well looked after. I found the owners to be helpful lovely people. Having a lovely cleaner in every other day is also a blessing. I think booking in needs a rethink as you have to phone a local number on arrival. I would stay again.

Jeffery made sure we had everything we needed and more.

Very clean and friendly with a great view on second floor. You’ll need to use your roaming to contact anyone as there is no office so you need to call someone for everything. Parking can be difficult if you come home after 8pm. Overall great stay.

It was very nice and the people were very accommodating and very friendly and very helpful and the place was very near to whatever I needed to get to and food and drinks and the beach was directly opposite. I had a room with a Seaview.

Accommodation was clean and tidy. Bety comfortable with great view from balcony out to sea. Very close to sea for my early morningvdwim.

The studio apartment was tiny and not well designed. It it too small for 2 adults. The furnishings were "bare bones". There wasn't a comfortable chair to sit in. The ocean view was beautiful but noisy being beside the highway and a rooster awoke us every day.

Great location opposite the beach with a 40 mins casual stroll south of Holetown. Accommodation gets the basics right, very comfortable bed and extremely clean with lovely views over Paynes bay beach. Lovely local little bajan restaurants and bars close by and affordable for all. (QP/Cliffs will cost you a bit) Bus stops close by also for travel north or south. Fish market opposite is a must watching the lovely lady prepare your fish before you cook your catch that evening. A few more cooking utensils wouldn’t go a miss in the kitchen or a cafeteria. Hairdryer also but with a few people residing in the block they’re always about to help you out. Little more comms from the owners would have been nice or just an acknowledgment when asking the questions above. Would stay again for sure with what’s on offer. Ps - ear plugs are essential with the cockerels and crickets of an evening and early mornings. Get them quite a lot all over the island.

Wonderful location and ocean view. Cosy studio, plenty of storage space (no hairdryer and bring beach towels & equipment). Literally cross the road to the beach and swim in view of your balcony (definitely opt for the ocean view side, ideally upstairs for best view). Clean but not fancy, great value.

Sitting out on the patio with coffee in the morning was heavenly. A minute's walk to a great swimming beach that was never crowded. There were monkeys who came to play in the yard and we were eye level with the birds who came to the treetops in the evening. We didn't have a car and explored the island by local bus. The owners, Jeoffrey and Dawn were wonderful! An added bonus was being able to have front row seats (on our patio) for the New Years' Eve Firework display!

Great location and value right near the beach. Owner Jeffrey very kind and helpful. We like to avoid the gated resorts and experience the local vibe wherever we go. Public transpo is easy. Pop up to Holetown… plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Public beach and snorkeling at Folkstone is great….Carlisle Bay even better I’m told. But you can just hang on the beach right near the apartment. Fresh fish market right out the door. Will return!

No electric outlets in the bathroom. Nasty smell under the sink, poor lighting. Nice view of the beach if you ignore the junk in the neighbors yard. Multiple roosters crowing early every morning.

This is a gem of a property situated just opposite paynes bay . Geoffrey and his family are extremely hospitable and nothing is too much . Really make you feel like you are at home

I can only heap praise on Jeffrey, Dawn and staff for the care and attention given to me, which made my experience most memorable; one I will never forget. 💫 The apartment in which I stayed was immaculate, the facilities within were all in working order. Coral Lane Beach Apartments is a place I most definitely hope to stay once again some time in the future.🌼

Very friendly, clean and bright. Easy access to a beautiful beach and crystal clear water for swimming and snorkelling . Beautiful sunsets from our ocean view and safe surroundings, bus ride or walk to grocery stores. Will return again for sure.

Stayed at coral lane and I can’t state enough how friendly and helpful this family business was. Nothing was to much trouble During our stay some of the rooms were being refurbished but we were not disturbed Thank you, staying with you was our pleasure The beach is a stones throw away, bars restaurants and public transport is on the doorstep.

for location it’s spot on , 5 min on bus to holetown, get of at police station and your right there by 1st street , zachios etc , the hotel beds very comfortable, on arrival met dawn for keys , then didn’t see anyone fir five days , couldn’t access wifi or get tv working, other than that fabulous

Location. Location. Location. Jeoffery was attentive, accommodating & helpful. We love the cats in the back & the chicken shows are awesome. The fish @ the market across the road is straight off the boat and is the best lunch you can make for yourself. Bring beach towels.

A lovely place to stay. I had a self catering room with a balcony and a view of the sea. The room has everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. The owners are lovely and so helpful. The beach is a 2 minute walk away, as are a couple of bars and eatery’s. The supermarket is about a 30 minute walk but there are buses passing all the time so you can jump on those. I would recommend and I would stay again.

Jeffrey and Dawn treat you like family from the moment you arrive. This has been my favorite place to stay during my time here in Barbados. So close to the beach and walking distance to the supermarket. The room was very clean and the view was amazing!
