Excellent scenery and everyone was so nice.

The location was amazing and the town had some fun things to do

We had a nice time, but they placed a family of 5 above us, with 3 kids under age of 8 they were running and stomping for the 2 days we spent there.. Woke up from nap several times from the noise

The property is very outdated , we had an ant problem in the kitchen, the stove and refrigerator did work, the carpet was dirty, the restrooms where dirty.

Beautiful location and spacious

Just thought the towels could be nicer, they were old and worn down. Did not feel very fresh. The apt is a bit warm during the summer so better cooling aside from the fans would be nice.

Double Balcony, roomie. Comfortable couch. Quite area.

Master Dirty tub, plugged tub, floors dirty(made my feet black) , no shampoo or soap, beds were uncomfortable. Uneven entrance steps.

We love the view and that its very quiet surroundings.

Condo was on the last floor and it got really hot during the day couldn't really feel the ceiling fans and had an extra fan in the closet which we couldn't really feel either. Had to open sliding doors but, bugs would come in since they didn't have the other little doors to let the air in and stop the bugs from coming in. So we had to close the sliding doors. We stayed in condo 30 and had some burnt marks on the carpet that made the condo look dirty.

It wasn’t like an air bnb. There was no toiletries. No towels but they brought us some. The bed was not comfortable. No central cooling or heating. No very clean hairs in fridge. Furniture very worn out and dirty.

Needs updating very badly Damaged ceiling, Clean but very old plumbing, bathroom and kitchen Loose flooring throughout. No screens to allow doors to stay opened.

Absolutely a glorious view. We were on the first floor, and it was spectacular. There is no elevator and booking had us on the third floor. I advised the check in lady that was not acceptable as I have a back issue, (I had noted this in Bookings reservation page, however; the condominium was not made aware.) She quickly made some adjustments and put us on the ground floor. The units are showing their age, but it was overall a good place to stay. The last 4 miles to the site are extremely steep and somewhat scary adventure.

Sami was nice and upgraded our room for free to the first floor instead of the third floor because the people that I was vacationing with would’ve had a hard time climbing the stairs to the third floor. That was very much appreciated!

The views are amazing and the king size room was awesome!!

It is absolutely gross. The office is dirty and hard to find and dark. The room was gross so I left and lied saying it was because of the storm because other people were checking in so the property is giving me no refund.

The bed was very comfortable. All the furnishings were adequate for our stay. The view was the show stopper! It was unbeatable!! We could not have asked for more!! Thank you, Sammy for making this available at such an affordable price! We appreciate it so much.

If I had to think of something, it would be the couch was not too comfortable but that was a minor thing in our opinion.

Million Dollar View, office and customer service were exceptional. Nice size.

For us being 79 and 70 lack of elevator for 3 rd floor ( our fault we asked for best view) was difficult getting luggage etc up then back down. Needs updating but clean. No air conditioning but really the days we were there weather was mild. Beds could use updating.

The views and the quietness of the area. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was great. Loved the outdoor patio and its furniture. Having a grill to use outside was really nice.

The floors were really dirty (couldn’t walk around barefoot) and it was really hot without ac, the fans did help a lot that though.

It had no air conditioning.. As athletes we run hot in our sleep, it was super uncomfortable without air conditioning.. We opened window but it did nothing to cool us down..

The bedroom was clean and extremely cozy and comfortable !! would come back a thousand times

The view from the cabin is beautiful, looking out on Ruidoso. Cabin was Spacious, clean and well maintained.

We loved the space of the room we stayed in, the simplicity of the furnishings, basic stocked kitchen (similar to an Airbnb), the stunning views, neighbors respected the quiet hours even with younger guests around us, what you got for the value you paid, the owner was also very nice and accomplished!!

NO AC… even with the windows open, windy day, fans on blast, and a rotating room fan it was still hot and stuffy. Some of the fans that were provided were heaters so they didn’t serve much of a purpose. We stayed and the end of June, I’m sure in the cooler months it’s a lot more manageable! Beds were extra soft in the 2nd room, and super hard in the main room. Drain plugs had mold under them, and someone decided to put their false lashes in the bathroom trash, I’m assuming the rude housekeeper. She had a lot to say on the phone late at night on the deck blow us and did ALOT of complaining during the day while we were checking out.

The area has beautiful views, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

My room wasn't fully cleaned, there was trash on the floor thst looks like it was left by previua people who stayed there (it was rubber band hair ties on the bathroom floor)

Being lied to about the upkeep , we slept in our van ! The condo was full of dog ,hair human hair , spiders and their huge webs ...this was supposed to be a romantic getaway ..turned into a nightmare people upstairs were stomping around till 3am ..thank god we bought our own sheets there was no screens on the sliding doors ...sooo we did not have any rest oh and BEWARE THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU THERE! We got screamed at by random drunks with bottle in hand at 7am 👀 for just trying to go HOME ALL IN ALL WASTE OF OUR HARD EARNED MONEY 💔

Property was run down and unsanitary We did not stay there and they would not refund money. We have reported this to booking.com waiting to see if they can help getting refund

The area was very nice.

The hotel gave the vibes of staying the weekend at your 88 year-old aunt who used to be a stripper in Florida and smoked three packs a day. The hotel hasn’t been updated since the mid 80s or whenever the hell they built it. The floors were sticky because I guess ringing out the mop more than once is too much hassle for wherever cleaned it. The ceiling had more patches than a rural road that hasn’t been repaved in 20 years from all of the previous water leaks. Oh, and the TV didn’t work.

The floor was dirty , the shower and tub were dirty. And there were mice in the kitchen area. I looked at the knives in the knife block , none of those I looked at had been washed

There was no breakfast

The place is falling down. The apartment needs all new furniture and dishwasher

Loved the condo- loved the view The only negative was dad is 82 and I was nervous for him to walk all the steps with no railing but we worked it out. There were dear down the road while I was walking- smelled so great Loved the whole experience

Location is beautiful.

Bathroom sink and tub were scaled and peeling. Using them was questionable. The bathroom smelt of urine in the master bedroom. Could not use the TV as the signal was too weak. The parking lot is mostly pot holes.

People upstairs were do loud was hard you sleep 😴

The king bed wasn’t made and had dirty bed sheets on the side in room. There was a daddy long legs inside the sheets/pillows of the full bed.

Loved the view from the balcony. Staff is very nice and answered all of my questions.

The fridge didn’t really keep up with temperature very well and had an off smell of food from previous guests. Underneath the sink was full of black grease and/or mold due to the garbage disposal. Everytime we turned the water on the smell would seep through the drain. One of the twin beds in the second room was broken so my friend had an uncomfortable bed experience.

The property has such beautiful views! The drive to the property is long but again, the view is worth it!!!

Great condo, dated but still deluxe. The view from the balcony was incredible! Very comfortable and quiet. Good price for the accommodations.

No elevator and we had to walk up a very steep, rundown sidewalk and climb wooden stairs. The grounds need serious renovation and upkeep.

A few small updates>

Loved the view - large condo

Our condo was at the bottom and above us was a family that must have had their living area above the bedroom and for 2 hours ran across the room- had a dog that would slide catching a ball - could hear the nails - bouncing balls- laughing -all at 10:30 at night - they also woke up early while we slept and started again - they even vacuumed the floor everything was above our heads - there was no rest - the bed was very squeaky . Had the guests above us been considerate it would have been a great stay.
