基本上沒什麼可以挑惕

這次住宿讓人不太開心，半夜12點多隔壁房間大聲播放音樂，通知櫃檯人員，男服務人員告知好的馬上處理，等了約10-15分，依然沒解決，再次打至櫃檯，此時一位女服務人員接起，詢問是否處理，女服務人員口氣急促不耐煩告知要去處理了，隨即掛上電話，讓人整個傻眼....隔了5分鐘左右吧，隔壁音樂才小聲一些，但一會兒又開始大聲喧嘩，半小時後真的受不了，再次打至櫃檯，男服務人員告知好的，會再打電話告知隔壁....反正擾人的喧嘩及音樂吵到半夜3點多才安靜....這次因公住宿的我，整個不得安眠。 早上7點退房告知櫃檯，女服務人員，告知，會跟主管反應。態度讓人感覺隨便敷衍（那語氣蠻像昨晚掛電話的女服務人員）反正此次住宿讓我非常傻眼。

房間電燈設備有問題，衣櫃感應燈在睡覺時莫名打開，好不容易找到感應處關掉後還是會自動開啟，衣櫃也關不緊無法遮蔽光源，很刺眼也很恐怖，廁所燈也會突然自己關閉

頂樓開放時間去，冷氣跟燈也沒開，我看上來的每個人都跟我們一樣嘆了口氣，不提供一次性礦泉水就算了，還只有頂樓跟二樓才有飲水機，其它樓層想喝水都還要上上下下的很不方便！

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026這次入住 7 樓雙人套房及 8 樓家庭房，整體而言住宿體驗不錯。櫃檯人員服務親切、態度專業，環境也非常乾淨舒適。 入住前已被告知 8 樓房間因下午西曬會比較熱，晚上溫度會慢慢改善。不過實際入住時，即使冷氣整晚設定在 16 度，房內仍然偏熱，影響睡眠品質，整晚無法入睡，這部分建議能再改善空調或隔熱效果。 另外，原本想打開窗簾欣賞市景，卻發現窗戶玻璃較為髒污，多少影響了景觀與住宿感受。如果能加強玻璃清潔，相信整體住宿體驗會更加分。

辦理入住時，交過證件後得到一張入住登記表 ，對於對方也許是很有原則的做事風格下，給了一個跟證件性別相符的稱謂。但過程中卻完全沒有提到那個稱謂，我想對方當下也覺得那是不合適的稱謂吧，既然這樣為什麼要這樣填寫呢？ 而隔天早上退房後不久，剛好接到有物品遺留在房內的通知，電話打來也發生了跟預期稱謂有所不同的問題，所以說那個稱謂真的是合適的嗎？ 我其實滿後悔沒有當下詢問櫃檯人員的用意，可能是很久沒有被這樣冒犯過，也或許是我常住的飯店沒有遇到這樣的問題，一開始人員就沒有疑慮使用了合適的稱謂吧，也因為這樣那些飯店才變成自己常住的飯店？😄 可惜之後的出差住宿名單就只能將這家剔除了，不然論住宿這家真的是可以推薦的。
