Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Excellent view, I travel with my mom so it is a relief that we get a room on ground floor. The Morrocan pool and the gazebo were just few steps away from our room, and Biru Biru cafe is just next door. The room is comfortable for 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children). Love that the room has bath tub too. All staff helpful to show where to park the car and during check-in.
Just hope that there will be notice that the entryway is two way. We thought it is a one-way.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Wir haben ein unerwartetes Upgrade bekommen und hatten ein noch größeres Zimmer als erwartet - es war sehr gut! Mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank, Balkon und direkt neben dem schönen Pool. Das Abendessen in dem Restaurant war köstlich. Der Kaffee am Morgen in der Frühstücksbar war sehr lecker. Es war zwar etwas weit vom George Town Zentrum entfernt, aber Grab war immer und überall für günstiges Geld zu haben und somit war das auch kein Problem!

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026La habitación vista al mar en un hotel pequeño y la piscina infinita color lava. El restaurante chino. Estar fuera de la playa de Ferringhi en un ambiente muy tranquilo.
El mar de Andaman, verdoso y siempre algun resto de suciedad (los nativos cuidan poco el bello entorno). Algunos varanos en las rocas cerca del hotel (significa que le están dando comida o desperdicios).

Le personnel ayant lavé le linge et abîmé des vêtements de valeurs (très tachés après lavage) et ils ont dit que c'était 'normal' car ils mélangeaient le blanc et la couleur. Et des vêtements sont revenus, tout simplement, non lavés. Nous avons refusé de payer le service car les vêtements fichus s'estiment à plus de 100 euros.

on our 1st nite there was power failure for 2hrs (1030pm to 1230am). we don't like the way they managed the power failure incident. It is incredibly frustrating when great aesthetics are ruined by poor problem resolution. thou they did try to change our room but not to our liking. They shld resolve our issues proactively during our stay there.

The bathroom had two windows that do not open, so quite airless and no ventilation.The pillows are too short No tea served in any of the cafe or restuarant specially for breakfast . I can't drink coffee as i get palpitations Benches at the turning/ entrace area to the resort would be very useful for breathless/asthmatic people whilst waiting for a grab. .

Facilities were lacking. Both the restaurant & cafe were closed, one of the two pools was under maintenance, and the beach was inaccessible due to high tide. The one pool that was open was cloudy and in a very strange location, between roped off construction and a children's school. Yes, there is a primary school in the middle of the resort. Front desk told us we must leave a review via their QR code before returning RM100 deposit upon check out.

Sehr hellhörig. Das Hotel ist direkt an der Straße, daher kann man sich darauf einstellen, dass man ein Auto benötigt.

Reviewed May 31, 2026The environment & deco was superb! We booked Amanpuri 9 for triple pax with a toddler. Room was big and spacious. Food at both the Merah Merah & Biru Biru restaurants was delicious at appropriate prices.
Parking was a bit limited... It was on a first come first served basis. At times, we can get a parking lot near our room.. Other times the parking were a bit further within the resort.

Reviewed May 9, 2026I had a great stay for 3 nights. Room was comfortable and very spacious with a balcony view of the lovely lap pool. Nice staff and restaurant meals. It's not close to much but get a cheap Grab to places.
