Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Overall, a very disappointing hotel and stay! There were too many complaints and things that went wrong to list!……. This hotel is well past its sell-by-date and cannot even be described as a budget hotel - You are better booking into a Hostel!! Very dated and poorly maintained! Useless breakfast! Unhelpful staff! Even an email to management was ignored and left un-dealt with. Look at some of the other reviews, there are serious concerns over maintenance, safety and general datedness - Not to mention complaints that go unheard or dealt with! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
Great spot
Comfortable, clean no complaints.
Comfortable hotel in the heart of Makati. Welcoming and helpful staff.
It’s kind of decent, but the cleanliness is not that great, there are small roaches roaming around the room, most likely because it’s an old building?
Good room for price!
Carpet should be replaced. Tv should work.Thats all.
I know the reviews are all over the place for this place, but it fulfilled my needs 100%! I booked the most basic room as a solo traveller to conduct business at the nearby (10 min walk) Philippine Retirement Authority. Pros: -The price was extremely competitive for this area in Makati. - My included breakfast was at the upscale adjacent restaurant. - Very friendly staff and security. I saw now evidence of the "shenanigans" other reviewers noted. But in Manila, as in any big city, pay close attention to your valuables! - Most important was very close to the PRA, but also 7-11 and numerous food options within 5 minute walk. Note: my review is limited to the standard basic room, I can't comment on the suites. Cons: - Wifi & Cable TV spotty. - No toiletries provided, other than dispensers in shower Tips: -Bring some disposable paper cups and toothpaste, not supplied. (Or just buy at 7-11 conveniently located across the street :)

Great stay
The suites are spacious and the staff are accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay again
This place is an average stay. Rooms are nice and spacious, but there definitely are some updates needed. Showers are old and falling apart. Toilets struggle to flush. Shower head is spraying every which way but straight. Not a bad place, but just needs updates, thats all.
Our stay was amazing and comfortable. Although, the place needs some renovation to some areas. I definitely recommend this place to people who loves to go out at night to chill at a coffee shop; According to the location, it's very accessible! Kudos to the staff who helped me with my other stuff to bring inside our room.
I really liked the location of this property as it was close to where I needed to be. It also has a restaurant which was a plus. However the hotel rooms could use a bit of cleaning. My first room gave me a nasty headache as it smelled musty. My second room the shower room needed to be scrubbed it was gross. And the whole room smelled like Clorox. But I loved the front desk clerks they were very very accommodating and tried to meet my needs at the hotel.
Just average
Be careful! I would never recommend staying here. The staff and security guard collude with thieves to steal valuables from guests. There are many better and safer options of similar price range in Salcedo and BGC area. And the worst thing of all is that the place is run down
First of all, when you arrive, you’ll see that the place doesn’t look shunting like the pictures. The lobby is run down and this is where the nightmare began for me. I was tired after my trip. There’s ROBBERY RUSE ongoing between the hotel staff and two assailants. The ruse does like this. When the guest check in is being done, two non-guests will appear out of no where and begin talking to the receptionist and interrupting the checking. The assailants will appear on either side of the guest while the receptionist is in front. During the distraction, please know that your purse, wallet or any other valuables in sight will be snatched. I found this strange that she was neither responding to them nor letting them know she’ll get to them soon. But in hindsight this is because it’s coordinated. When my iPhone was noticeably missing before going to my room, the staff said “those people were here to a rate inquiry.” This is nonsense that the security would let in random people who simply want to inquire about rates. Therefore when I asked to see the security footage they refused. They pretended to be helping me find it but “find my iPhone” was showing the location of my phone to be in the lobby. There’s a chance it was stashed at the front desk until the same check in staff left on duty. Anything thing is, when I got to the very run down room, the door handle also came off when I tried to reopen the door. They tried to convince me to stay in there without fixing the door and I found it suspicious. Another suspect action as that the receptionist seemed eager to help me to leave the property when I was upset about what had happened to me. She used her iPhone on Google maps and said “what is your destination?” Perhaps you already know your belongings are at risk in Manila but DONT STAY here. It’s as if they’re waiting and coordinating to rob you!
We booked a 3 bedroom suite for a family weekend stay. It was very spacious, but unfortunately everything feels extremely old and in dire need of repair or upgrading. In particular, the bathrooms were not very pleasant - old and with stale odours, and could have been cleaned better.
A pretty poor stay. The room was dreadful. An AC that blew directly into the bed and could not be controlled, a constant green flashing light that lit up the room every half second, an uncomfortable will very limited bedding. WiFi required constant reconnection. Not good if you are there in business. Booked for 6 nights but checked out after the first night. Staff didn’t care.
Never booked this hotel. I booked through Agoda for the price of $61 a night for 12 days. Everything was good and confirmed after that, 15 minutes later, they cancelled my booking because the hotel said it was cheap and they can't accept it. It was a false hope. I was looking forward to stay at Infinity Tower Suites but because of being greedy, I have to wait for 30 days to get my money back. I am too disappointed with this Hotel. The Agoda gave me that price as I am a Platinum VIP member but the hotel can't accept it. Too greedy.
We asked for an extra bed, most places will give you one for free or for a small charge. This hotel doesn’t do that. It is sad.
Good value
I booked my hotel room the day before I arrived as I didn’t want to wait until 3pm to check-in. I have been traveling for the last 14 hours, it’s now 1030 on the following morning. I arrived at the hotel, waited 15 mins at the desk for some attention to be told that the room wasn’t ready. The man at reception doesn’t know how long it will take for the room to be ready. I’m sat at a coffee shop across the road as they didn’t offer me anything from the breakfast buffet. Frankly, I have such low expectations for my ‘suite’ at this point that I may just upgrade to scotch. It’s a pathetic start to my 5 day stay in Manila. Damn this hotel.
The following are the pointers on why you should avoid this hotel: 1) Upon arriving early, I did requested an early check in if possible however the receptionist mentioned that check in could only be done at 3pm therefore I wandered around the area until 1.30pm to reach back to the hotel. At the hotel I waited at the lobby sofa area as I’m still early but to my surprise is that there were two travellers able to check in with ease. Once the travellers checked in, the receptionist reluctantly told me that they can help me to do the check in. 2) Once they processed the check in, they told me that at my floor level 30. The lift up & down button is spoilt therefore will need to call the receptionist from the hotel room in order to go down which is really a hassle. 3) In the hotel room, I’m shocked to see that there were only 1 bathing towel (even though I booked the room for 2 pax) with no floor mat which is a slip trip fall hazard, not only that all this were not available. The hotel room fridge was not in too & the receptionist confirmed that it’s a false advertisement as shown in the Expedia apps. By the way, the room that I booked was a deluxe room. It was such a bad experience that I checked out on the day (at evening time) that I checked in. To Expedia, do kindly look into this seriously to advertise what is the actual services that the hotel can provide
2 elevators but only one elevator worked but didnt go to 30th floor when called, had to go down to 28th floor to get elevator to lobby..if they knew this was a problem why put visitors on the 30th floor?..asked for compensation of free breakfast but of course they wouldnt buy...BEDBUGS!!!..Im covered in bites...no fridge in room..no coffee/tea/kettle like most hotels around the world..no glasses..had to ask for hand/face towels..only had large bath towels..no ice in the building..airport transfer is 1600 pesos..taxi is less than 1/2 that..AND the sheets got soiled but got charged 1800 pesos for laundry...this hotel does not care about you..find another hotel there are lots in the area.infinity towers can kiss my A**.SCREW YOU!
old and rundown. needs renovation especially elevator.
CBD location makes shopping and dining conveniently accessible.
If you've seen my reviews of the Picasso, you'll know that when I visit Manila, I prefer to stay in Salcedo. The Infinity Tower Suites is well situated in a spot where I like to stay. For me, most everything I need to attend to is just outside their doors. The problem (for me) with Salcedo is that it's a bit of an older development and Infinity's age shows. The interiors are very 1980s that have not been updated. It's a mixed residential and hotel or rental or something (not sure how to accurately categorize it) but people live there and not just stay a few nights. I had room 2206 and it was just okay. A queen-sized bed with not very quality beddings. Everything was sparse with tiled floors and generic furniture. Nothing even suggesting a sense of luxury. There was ample storage space to place your clothes and baggage and the bathroom is spacious, but again, nothing to suggest of luxury. Then there's the lighting. This is typical of Philippine residential architecture - a lack of lighting. One bulb in the bath means everything is kinda dark. Same for the living area. The thing about the design and fixtures - it's not about not being luxurious, it's just that it's not even about comfort. They needed a bed, a table, some chairs to call it a "room" so they got those - with no thought about comfort or actually enjoying occupying any of the furniture. And then there's the Air Conditioning. The unit has to be straight out of the 1980s. In a place where heat and humidity is oppressive, you want very robust AC. I want the sweat to be chased away when I enter my room. That is not what happens here. The AC is old and weak, leaving you miserable. Sure, I guess if you're Filipino and used to this kind of thing, this might be pretty good, but for a foreigner? Oh, no. It's miserable. Sometimes it works better. Other times not. The public space on the floors are also dark and old. The elevators are slow and one doesn't work. The staff is nice. The front door guard is always pleasant and friendly. But it's odd that not only does he have to unlock the door when you enter, but he also has to unlock the door when you leave. There is a nice restaurant called Wholesome Table in the lobby that serves "healthy" foods (I did not eat there this trip - I'm okay with eating non-stop lechon kawali for a couple days). So the location is excellent. You're in the midst of the best part of Salcedo Village. Access to anywhere is easy. Infinity Suites has so much going for it in terms of location but it's not really a comfortable place to stay - and I mean that in terms of when I come back to the room, I'd like to sit down and unwind kind of comfort. It's not like that at all. Because of the great location, I have to ask myself if I want to stay here again? I stayed because I got a great price on the room. Is it worth it? Not really. After a long day of work, entertaining, or even just hanging out with friends, you want to go back to your place to kick back and unwind. This is not that place.
Liked the location.. Didn't liked some domestic staff attitude.. Improper dealings with customer. Needs proper domestic trainning
Awesome service
Very nice
3pm check in?
Are they perfect? no, but who is? The staff was amazing. If something wasn/t right (hot water), they reset it to work just fine quickly. They cleaned the suite daily with a smile, and everyone gave a welcome home feeling. If we were gone and they cleaned they turned off AC... Small inconvenience, but i understand caring about environment and applaud them. Now the bathroom could use a remodel, but overall a clean, bug free place to stay, with a warm caring can-do staff. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 24hr/7day doorman and locked lobby for security, and an incredible whole food organic restaurant adjoined to the hotel.
Love the front desk people. They were awesome, especially the door guys. They were very attentive and answered a lot of my questions. There was not too much to be unhappy about. It's a great place. Will stay there again
Spacious rooms. Clean and Comfortable. Close to bars and restaurants.
Wonderfully spacious rooms. The King Studio came with a tub and shower, a kitchenette including plates, silverware, glasses, microwave, electric burner, and a electric tea kettle. Great location and affordable. I will definitely come back.
What state is infinity hotel for five days in that time I thought the restaurant/coffee shop was excellent. I thought the service I’m room service for cleaning of the rams was very poor. At anyone time. They could’ve been up to 9 staff behind the front counter, and no one knew what was going on, very very poor, they obviously need a senior person to kick them in the shape. Just because you have eight young ladies behind the counter, all of them on their phones another them, knowing what problems there are absolutely me up, amazed me, at the same time I was into different rooms both times. The toilets didn’t work correctly. It was near impossible to flush the toilets , the linen was basically worn out, and quite often after room service. They would even forget the towels or put in one towel only. And as for only having one lift working, why question is will it stay like that for the rest of the buildings life,? I was actually intrigued, you come to this hotel nice for you lots of staff, but the rooms weren’t really clean and as for the inside of the Lift floor look like it never been cleaned and everyone’s using a lift. Why can’t it be clean properly ? It is just a typical Philippines hotel manpower coming out everywhere, but not being utilised. Obviously management needs to have a good hard look or maybe a different nationality of management needs to be put in place someone with some serious experience. Finally i Would stay there again, mainly because the size of the rooms
The property is very old.
The staff were fantastic! Especially the women at the front desk! They helped me a great deal on my transportation, and all other needs. Always with a smile, very courteous, and very efficient!!! Because of all of them, i would definitely return! Excellent service
Hotel suite we booked was spacious and a breath of fresh air compared to the cramped rooms we've been booking for around the same price point. Overall a pleasant experience however I feel it was lacking in just a couple of amenities and cleanliness which would've taken it from a 4/5 to a 5/5. By far my biggest issue was the dead roach found right behind the front door after coming into the room. I don't think it was an infestation as I did look around for any other signs of life and was unsuccessful. Overall a pleasant stay 8/10 for sure if you have a family the suites are spacious and inviting.
Staff were great, but hotel was a little run down. Just showing age. But had a great bed and great blackout curtains. Aircon worked in the bedroom buy not the living room. I didnt ask them to fix is because frankly, I dont believe its possible to fix very easily and it wasnt very important to me. Also, the place was full of cockroaches. Like one night I had to kill 6 or 7 cockroaches. It was absolutely infested with cockroaches, the cleaning staff spray, but they were just unbeatable. I bought my own spray and I would just cover the bathroom and kitchen area in roach spray, and that reduced them to a point where I had to kill only 2 or 3 per day. Don't stay here if you dislike cockroaches.
We stayed this hotel just one night and the experience was unpleasant.Unapproachable Staff at the check in counter. Yes they have spacious room, but the bathroom not well cleaned, there are cockroaches crawling around in the kitchen.
Comfortable stay
A good choice when in Makati, if you are going to be there more than a day or two, make sure you get a suite with coffee-making facilities and a fridge. The suites are larger and more comfortable than the rooms...we didn't and had to upgrade. Breakfast was excellent, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer currency exchange, but there is an exchange round the corner. Lots of restaurants and bars in close vicinity.
Accessibility to restaurants and malls. Although the unit was big, the bathroom is a mess. The shower area is moldy which I pointed out to the cleaning crew. One huge problem: cockroaches- they’re everywhere. Don’t turn the lights off. If you do, that’s when they all come out. I told the cleaning crew and front desk about it and they basically said that they cut back on pest control services. So moving to anothe room and different floor won’t solve it. I will not stay here again and will not recommend to anyone.
The apartment is big but not well Maintained. Rust underneath the bath and the kitchen utensils/pots etc are old. It would be great if they had curtains in the living area to block out the sun as the AC appears to struggle to keep up. There were not extra sheets/pillows as mentioned. It’s just very old it seems and really needs some TLC. Spotted 4 cockroaches and demanded to move rooms. They offered me free daily cleaning. The bed was comfortable though which is a plus and the area is awesome. The Wi-Fi really isn’t great. I really Struggled to have a video call. Which was an issue for my work. I searched so many air BnBs and took this one because of the size, it is super spacious which is nice. One day whilst watching TV a staff member just entered the apartment, no knock on the door just walked straight in. I got such a fright! I asked him Why he was here and he just kept saying sorry sorry sorry. Couldn’t give me an answer. I wonder now what would happen if I wasn’t here! This is a breach of my security and privacy. The host is pretty much non responsive but the staff in the place are. I wouldn’t stay here again. Overall, a massive disappointment.
Clean and very inconvenient. Very safe too!
Water never warm up regardless of running like sign says. Arrive at room they charge 85 dollars instead of 70 dollars. Something aint right . clerk "taxes 😏😏
Too many cockroaches in my room. I asked for room to be cleaned and new towels and sheets, I got a quick clean but no new sheets.
Good size room. Tired furnishings. But they charge for everything. 700 peso to clean a sheet that had blood from a small cut. Charge to borrow an adapter. Charge to clean a pillowcase. Manila is lovely. Will look elsewhere next time. Hopefully Manila is not all like this
Property wasnt bad. Could use a lil work on the detail. It was good value for the money. There are few close places to eat. Transportation not really close . Staff was helpful and nice.
Pretty handy to Greenbelt/Glorietta malls. Suite was very spacious, ideal for group of 6 friends. Breakfast advertised as "Continental", but actually much more than that. Two negatives we noticed - bathroom had a number of small cockroaches crawling around, and the vinegar sauce for the longanisa sausage made 2 of our party throw-up after eating it on the 2nd day (but all other food was great).
The laundry was broken, AC didn’t work inside the gym, and half of the treadmills were broken, half of the free breakfast options were not available, staff was dismissive and passive aggressive
It was good
Going to the parking was no hassle. Rooms are big and clean. The bathroom drawer needed fixing (my god!). The front desk staff were respectful and courteous but had to coordinate well since they asked (again) for my confirmation of deposit. Fix the other elevator please!
cockroach problem needs to be addressed
👍
We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for five nights. The apartment was very comfortable if a little aged. We were told that the place is being refurbished two floors at a time. So they are heading in the right direction. The aircon in the apartment was very loud, but again that comes with age. Apartment has fully functioning kitchen and two bedrooms with ensuite as well as a spacious living and dining are. Cable TV in living and master bedroom The pool area is very old but useable. Hopefully it is part of the the refurbishment plan. Staff fantastic and helpful. Restaurant integrated to towers and serves a great breakfast. Location is perfect.. We will stay again. Thanks for your warmness shown by all
I had a very pleasant stay at the Infinity Tower for several weeks. The staff was always so kind and welcoming. Whenever I requested something, they responded very promptly and professionally. The room was quite large with a nice sized bathroom. The hotel is in a very nice area with many restaurants and malls nearby.
The place is huge...plenty of rooms. Customer service is awesome. They ask 2,000 pesos deposit upon check in but were able to get the money back after checking out. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very happy with this place. The free breakfast is delicious! My family and I really enjoyed this place! Thank you!
Very enjoyable stay - very helpful front desk.
The staff was very friendly and always helpful
Room was clean and quiet, could use more Satellite channels or YouTube
I like the spacious room and the kitchen facility and a good WiFi connection. But I have few suggestions for improvement: The toilet is not flushing properly and it should be checked by the plumber. There is only one elevator working so it takes time when many people are using. It needs to be fixed. There should be a floor towel in the bathroom for feet after shower
Very good selection of restaurants nearby. Very kind hotel service team. Professional guards and well screened access to property. Room newly refreshed, bright, clean and large.
Family had a great stay. Was given a 3 bedrooms instead of 2 that was originally booked. Big and spacious units. It gives more of condo vibe rather than a hotel which is perfect if you are going with family. Nice and clean. Great location wasn’t sure if it has a carpark provided but it did. Great value for money. The only thing is the bathrooms needs updating but not a big deal for the price we paid. Kids had fun in the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all I would book again here rather than paying thousands and thousands of Pesos more in much more expensive hotels as this place is decent and great value for money.
When you first enter lobby very nice, updated. Rooms are okay and spacious. No curtains in living room area just light linen type curtain so room bright and gets very warm, just use ac which is loud. They give one toilet paper for each bathroom, I had to ask for an extra roll. When I ask if I can refresh towels when used, staff was kind and called management but said I had to pay extra or I can wait until the next day to refresh the towels. The room had a side room which concerned me, it was very old, stuffy, I was startled to see it, they explained it was a maids quarter. The main bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Kitchen had out dated refrigerator and stove, bring your own sponge, dishwashing liquid, paper towels if you are going to use the kitchen. Laundry room on a different floor was clean-was in good order, buy your laundry supply from the store across the street and buy your tokens from front desk to use. Good staff.
Not coming back anymore and won’t recommend to friends
Staff are wonderful specially the ladies at the front office. Rules are mentioned in details. The suites looks like a house than a hotel room which I like. They rules for visitors which I like because I don’t want to be disturbed, if you want visitors do invite them in your house, not in the hotel. Just need to renovate the bathroom. Looks old but it’s clean. Swimming pool is small but nice, perfect for kids.
went there last feb 15 2020. at first sight it may look like a residential tower but once inside wow!! the room that we checked in was so big!! it actually can fit at least 20 people!! you can actually host a a small party!! the room was clean and spacious, the security at the hotel was strict but understandable, overall it was a great experience. *FYI its kind the hard to find a parking space within the area.
Overall good experience, room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space. Staff were professional, polite and friendly service. Location is good for general amenities available in Makati
It was a very spacious 3-bedroom suite plus maid’s quarter, with 3 bathrooms, complete with a living room, dining area, kitchen and laundry room. It was clean and comfortable to stay in. It was nice that they have a pool, gym and sauna. We surely loved our stay here, the less busy side of Makati. There are good restaurants and cafes. around the area. The Wholesome Table is just on the ground floor. A short cab ride to the Ayala Malls.
Staffs aren't helpfull. Feels like not really welcome. Room space is well.
Regular guest at infinity. Was assisted by Gladies from FO. She was very accommodating and really really nice. Glad she was there to handle our booking :) looking forward to our next stay
Rooms, linen, and bathrooms are clean. Housekeeping and reception are helpful and regular. The gym is not bad, but not that good either (some weights are missing, and they only turn on the AC on request). They don't provide cleaning liquid or a scrub for washing pots/pans like other serviced apartments, so I went down to 7-Eleven and got some (they are not expensive, but wish I had known earlier, that is all). The cooking pans and pots are very basic, and if you plan to cook during a long stay, it would be better to get some of your own. The fridge is quite spacious and has a good freezer, unlike the smaller refrigerators usually found in serviced apartments. It's walking distance to most places in the commercial district of Makati, and is conveniently located.
This is the low end of Makati. Room 1602. Cockroaches in bathroom and on the bed. Had to pay for toilet papers. Not so clean. Had to call several times, about 4 times in a hour, for toilet paper request. Also, did not accommodate our van in the parking lot, they said it too high for our van and made us park at the next building, which we have to pay on our own. Pool is not what it seems in pics. Looks like a 4-star, acts like a 2-star, operates like a 1-star. Disappointing.
Overall the property was very nice. It is in a good central location and very safe. The room sizes are very good and the staff are very friendly. The things I didn't like were the towels were stained, the sauna was never on although it is an amenity, the jacuzzi is cold and not a hot tub. Also, the jacuzzi sometimes smelled like the water or filter hadn't been cleaned. I would definitely stay at this property again and I recommend it to other people as well.
Horrible customer service especially the Front Desk staff! Was told that visitors are only limited to 2 persons. Wanted to invite my friends for dinner and they wouldn't let my visitors come up to the room. They waited up to 2-3hours outside by the sidewalk (guard was rude too!). What kind of hotel/condo allows that policy? Tried talking to Front Desk, one was Annie who blatantly ignored us and announced that she was already TIRED and HUNGRY while she was at the front desk/working! Looked for a Duty Manager and they told us that he/she was off duty AND THEN someone came out to the Front Desk whose back was turned on us talking to one of the receptionists and he suddenly slammed his fist on the desk, made a loud noise that everyone heard. Asked the receptionist who that was and she admitted that he was the Duty Manager. WORST DUTY MANAGER I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Didn't want to face guests and accommodate them. DO NOT STAY HERE. GUARDS LOCK THE MAIN DOOR AND IT IS LIKE YOU ARE IN A CAGE! THERE ARE SO MANY GREAT HOTELS IN MAKATI BUT INFINITY TOWER SUITES IS NOT ONE OF THEM. Don't get me started on the room -- bathroom was stained, cabinets filled with spiderwebs and dust, dirty walls, SMELLS OLD!
Rooms are roomy. Staffs are very nice! Close to malls like Glorietta...
+ comfy bed, big room, decent area - must call for room cleaning, pool & gym out of service, breakfast limited to whole food menu.
Location is perfect and service are good. Room are very spacious but cleanness need to be improved
Friendly staff. Very clean room. Swimming pool was not available due to rennovation. Maybe it shoud be addressed when making reservations.
The room was very spacious. Wi-Fi was excellent.
Room is spacious and clean. Staff are very welcoming, pleasant and customer oriented. There are convenient stores and restaurants around. You will not get hungry. What can be improved is the condition of their toilet.
Friendly staffs clean very close to all transports , offices & malls ;)
Restaurants very near and within the Makati Business Center.
Great location near shops, excellent rooms and friendly staff. A/C very noisy though
No air-conditioning dirty table, slightly foul odor on the room, receptionist Named rose transferred us 4 times 12 MN til 2:30am.then at one point suggested an iwata evaporative cooler which is in leaned and have us dirty air with a smell of molds. Then as we are about to rest at 3am they called again to check the room for fire🙄seriously. NO VALUE FOR. MONEY
Close to the malls and accessible to any stores around the hotel. The room is very large 1 king size bed can't fit 3 people.
t was an amazing stay with a great location in Makati. The pool and gym facilities were really nice and the room was amazing for its scope in size for myself and 5 others. We had the three Bedroom Suite and it lived up to what we book. Two of the bedrooms had their own full bathroom with the Master bedroom having a bathtub included. The third had a bathroom across the hall, which serviced the common area of the suite. There is a maid room with a small utility bathroom. Likewise in the three bedroom suite it includes its own washing machine. Outside of that, the only drawback was that you have to continuously log into the wifi as it drops connection every 30 minutes. It though is nearby a few shopping centers and malls and close to various fast food in restaurants within reasonable walking distance. The staff are also very friendly and are willing to assist with issues.
Neat and Nice place to stay but very poor internet speed in WIFI
Great. Huge condi
Amazing place to stay. The location is great! The building is well kept. The staff is friendly and attentive. Rooms were immaculate and VERY spacious. The only change I would make is the breakfast. The breakfast restaurant is delicious, but very limited in selection for hotel guests. I had to pay out of pocket to get something better. Very small detail, but it's still an awesome place to stay. It even seems family friendly since it's so spacious.
Nice, clean hotel but no store like SM close to the hotel to buy items to cook if you want to cook. Limited items on continental breakfast, no fruit selections. You have to order the items for them to cook and serve to you. That’s an excellent thing cuz you know your foods are fresh. Another thing if you want to take your food to your room their’s a fee for fifty pesos per order. The great thing also are the servers are very nice and pleasant. Otherwise this is a great hotel. I’ll stay here again next time.
Great Experience!
Internet always turns off when not in used. Bed hard. No tv in one bedroom. Got in hallways just to get to elevator and back to room.
