Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Posizione centralissima in San Antonio, hotel molto pulito, personale disponibile, offrono un'ombrellone di cortesia per il mare. C'è anche il bar collegato all'hotel con posti a sedere e un caffè abbastanza buono per il luogo. Tutto sommato ci ritornerei.
La mia camera era molto essenziale negli spazi ma va bene, quello che ho trovato scomodissimo era il bagno, a parte per l'assenza del bidet che aime' è "normale " fuori dall'Italia, ma le dimensioni e la disposizione dei sanitari è al millimetro, spazi ristrettissimi, un po' troppo.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Nice Location in san antonio in front of san antonio beach and in middle of resturants and there is a 24 H supermarket in infrint of the hotel, 20 mintues by taxi to airport, clubs, old town. I advise to take a sea view room, the balcony will upgrade ur stay in san antonio 😍

Badrummet under all kritik, totalt nedslitet usch! Detta sänkte hela känslan för hotellet tyvärr.

A 5 minuti a piedi c'è un parcheggio gratuito dove lasciare la macchina e sotto all' hotel c'è un market aperto 24h. 11
Il frigo in camera non funzionava. Il bagno era un po datato rispetto al resto della camera, per lavarsi c'era la vasca con la tenda, non è il massimo dal punto di vista estetico ma per il resto nulla da dire.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Habitación bien y desayunos incluido muy bien. Te dejan hacer ducha de cortesía una vez hecho el check out por si ese día tienes planeado ir a la playa etc. Hay un parking gratuito a 5 minutos por si tienes coche de alquiler.
Nos tocó vistas a la calle 1er piso. Contaba que podía haver ambientillo però la primera noche fue la jungla, es una zona de restaurantes, pero ahí hubieron peleas, gente venciendo droga chillidos, fue imposible dormir, lo comentamos en recepción y las chicas muy amablemente nos cambiaron la habitación a mi pareja y a mí. El cambio de habitación fue muy bien pero para sorpresa nuestra olía a marihuana y no lo entiendiamos, al final encontramos un chivato de marihuana escondido en el cubre camas.. eso ya no lo comentamos en recepción, lo tiramos. Las duchas tienen poca presión.

La habitación es muy cómoda y, además, no se escucha nada de ruido, lo que permite descansar perfectamente. Esta vez probé el desayuno por primera vez y me sorprendió muchísimo: ¡me encantó! Y, por supuesto, quiero destacar al personal, un 10 de 10, siempre muy amable y atento.
Sinceramente, no tengo nada negativo que destacar.

For the price ( 5 night ) in room with double bed ,we spent over 1,0000 euro. There was no breakfast included. There is a reatauran down stairs and only got 10% off for food. During night it could be laud. But hey it's Ibiza party place,and we have been there during summer. There was a "small fridge " that didn't kept things cold,so it was not working properly.

Les photos de booking ne correspondaient pas du tout à la chambre en réel, les photos sont trompeuses, la chambre était dans son jus complet, alors que sur les photos elle avait l'air toute propre, bien repeinte... Le prix est trop élevé par rapport à ce que j'ai eu, je pense qu'on paye l'emplacement ! Si j'avais su j'aurai pris un hôtel plus excentré au même prix, je le saurai pour la prochaine fois.

I booked a standard room. It’s sparsely furnished but okay. The only thing that bothered me was how poorly soundproofed the rooms were, you could even hear normal footsteps from outside. Unfortunately, my room was located right between the stairs and the elevator and I could even hear the elevator noises. The only really good thing was the location. Other than that, the walls are simply way too thin! Also, there is no breakfast option that you can add to your booking, breakfast is à la carte.

Night security was an absolute weirdo. When we arrived at around 5pm we weren't told any 'rules' apon checking in from reception. Considering I work in hospitality this would be the first thing I would be telling guests especially in a place like ibiza. Was 12:30am we were getting ready to go out and I had music playing on my phone. He came and knocked on the door like it was the police.. I opened to be told 'MUSIC??' My reply was yes??? Words?? sentences?? He just looked at me.. I said you could have asked nicely hello, sorry but you can't have any form Of music playing after 12? If I knew this information I wouldn't have had it on mate? Beyond rude. Another incident happened when we came home that morning. Tried to hold the door of our bedroom and was going to call the police until we started recording him hahaha. Great hotel but an absolute fool working night security.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Terrazzo, pulizia, gentilezza del personale, possibilità di chiamare un taxi per la mattina dopo o il momento stesso, colazione anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito ma il bar era carino e curato, ascensore.
La sicurezza non è stata molto gentile con noi nonostante la gente facesse rumore tutta la notte e soprattutto la mattina presto, se la sono presa con 4 ragazze che facevano un tik tok in camera prima di uscire… forse sarebbe meglio controllare altro e nella giusta misura. Abbiamo poi preso due camere (una con terrazzo) e la sera stavamo tutte insieme lì per chiacchierare o prepararci, senza rumore o altro, avendo anche chiesto il primo giorno di arrivo, ma l’addetto alla sicurezza ancora una volta ci ha accusato di stare in 4 in camera quando esplicitamente la receptionist ha detto che non c’era problema. Aria condizionata funzionante ma non raffreddava abbastanza la stanza e durante il giorno era molto caldo, nonostante ce l’abbiano aggiustata perché quando siamo arrivati non andava.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Todo muy limpio y la vista de la habitación era increíble. Sara, de la recepción nos avisó cuando la habitación estaba lista y fue muy amable. Hay un restaurante justo abajo que también está buenísimo, buenos precios y la comida muy rica. Está cerca de la estación de autobuses, así que por más que sea lejos de las fiestas no es difícil llegar a ellas. Además, cerca hay calas increíbles como gracio y salada. Desde el puerto que está a una cuadra salen barcos a diversas playas también. Volvería mil veces!

Es un poco ruidoso , no se precisa de que hay que hacer un depósito en el check-in en caso de algún “destrozo “ en la habitación . El personal del restaurante es muy majo pero la comida es fatal

The bathroom was very dirty when we arrived hair in the tub and there was a leak which left a big puddle of water in our room we did discuss this with the manager and they kindly refunded us for our first night however unfortunately the experience put a downer on our stay at the hotel

Noise,noise,noise it's situated right beside the strip,restaurants and bars. Loud traffic at all hours of the night from outside and people shouting outside the streets also got ate alive from bugs in my bedroom.

We booked it thinking it was adults only, but we was constantly told turn the music down even though it was stated that it was aloud in during the day, the tv did not connect to the WiFi and one of our beds were broken
