The Breeze Lipe Resort

For the price I paid, everything was ok. The staff did not answer any of my messages to arrange pick-up, but after checking out the receptionist did give me a lift to my next hotel. Breakfast was very basic.

Siisti ja tosi kiva hotelli ihan rannan vieressä. Pientä kujaa pitkin olet rannalla minuutissa ja walking streetillä alle viidessä minuutissa! Buukkaisin ehdottomasti uudestaan.

The staff were super friendly, picked up and dropped off at the boat dock, clean modern rooms with sliders provided for ease of leaving footwear on the doorstep to keep floor clean. 3 minute walk down a lit path to the middle of Pattaya beach, 5 minutes away from the end of Walking Street. We could have done with some more storage draws but that won’t stop us booking again next year. Loved it, we have no reservations in recommending.

Virkelig godt, pænt og rent hotel meget tæt på stranden. Personalet var super søde og hjælpsom lige fra ankomsten til afrejsen. Stor anbefaling herfra😊

Very good resort just behind the first line of hotels on the beach. A little bit difficult to reach from the pier but it is not a resort problem it is the island that is a mess.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, such as helping to book boat ticket, prepare vegetarian food, etc. I will definitely come back here next time.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Scooter ride from the ferry pier to hotel and back was pleasant suprise. Room was big and clean, 2min walk from pattaya beach but the hotel was in a quiet street. Breakfast was ok.

Inte helt likt bilderna. Personalen var jätte trevlig och gjorde sitt bästa. Men tyvärr, inte värst rent i rummet när vi anlände och frukosten var långt under förväntan.

Hyggelig lite hotell nært til alt. Hyggelig personell. Billig hotell med grei standard. Ikke luksus men på Koh Lipe er man aldri på hotellet, da hele øya er så fin å utforske. Man er ute fra morgen til kveld.

Välstädat , bra frukost och hjälpsam personal . 3 min promenad till stranden så väldigt bra och lugnt läge . Kommer garanterat tillbaka .

Billeder kan meget, virkeligheden er en anden. Ligger klemt inde bag de “fine” steder. Haven har ikke set megen vedligehold længe. Værelserne var ok, men heller ikke mere end det. Ting er slidt og det ses.

Pros: The beach is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Cons: It would be better if they could clean the room daily.

Nice hotel, nice room however the sheets were never changed just turned over. I had to ask for bottles of water in the room on the occasions they forgot. Breakfast could be changed up.

Personalen hämtade oss på stranden när vi kom med båten och välkomnade oss med en drink i hand när vi kom fram. Rummen var jättefina och fräscha, badrummet var fräscht dock var vår AC inte den bästa så vi blev ganska svettiga! Bra frukost varje morgon och bara en minut till Pattaya Beach. Superbra vistelse!

Ok service. Good cleaning. The hotel seems in a good position from the map, but actually to go to the beach you have to walk thru a stinky small street that is the service street of the backyards of the front restaurants.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The bathroom was ok. Sometimes it smelled bad, had to keep the door closed when not in use. Breakfast was good. Nice choice of Thai food. Had southern style Thai food one evening. Very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Would stay again. Loved Koh Lipe. A different crowd here. Very fit and active. Allot of amazing places to see in the area. Ocean is very clean and clear. Not allot of bars, etc. If that’s your scene you will be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back.

Customer service is so good, with hotel offering service to pick up and drop baggage at the jetty, which is so important as one would otherwise have to lug it in the sand. Breakfast, although ala carte, was filling and had a wide spread ranging from fruits to mains, complete with juices and coffee/tea. There was hot water for bathing and a hair dryer which is lacking in some other hotels.

We had a pleasant stay at Breeze. The hotel staff came to pick us up. The room was ready when we arrived in the morning. It’s near the beach and it’s convenient to go to walking street (which also leads to sunrise beach) as well as the sunset beach. My partner and I really love the breakfast there - cooked as we ordered and it’s really yummy. The only thing that I find slightly unpleasant was the smell around the hotel which could be smelled in the bathroom which had a window connecting to outside. Other than that, love our stay there!

Amazing staff! So friendly and nice! The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was hard. Very hard.

Mycket bra hotell

Finns inget att klaga på vad gäller hotellet. Nära ankomsten från båtlinjerna. Frukosten var dom inte snål med. I närområdet låg ön:s soptipp och om vinden låg på fel så stank det i omgivningen. Koh Lipe håller på att byggas sönder och samman. Man får ta MC taxi till stränderna runtomkring. Kostar 100 THB per resa det är det värt.

The staff is lovely and kind and very helpful, and makes you feel at home. The rooms are clean and modern, and the balcony overlooking the garden was beautiful. No pool, but the beach is 10 seconds away. Would recommend it!!

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja näytti samalta kuin kuvissakin. Huone oli hieno, tilava ja puhdas. Ei meteliä. Rantaan 100 metriä ja rantaa pitkin walking streetille toiset 100 m. Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Uima-allasta ei ole. Aamiaiseksi sai valita listalta yhden setin, ylimääräiset lisämaksusta. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Meitä oltiin ilman erillistä pyyntöä rannalla vastassa ja matkatavarat kannettiin lähtiessä rantaan. Suosittelen!

El hotel es muy adecuado, no queda sobre la playa pero esta a 100mts de pattaya y a 250mts de la walking streer(caminando por la playa). Solo la recepcionista habla ingles, salvo ese detalle todo excelente y super atentos.

Vi blev upphämtade av hotellet när vi kom fram till Koh lipe vilket var över våra förväntningar då vi inte hade bokat någon transfer. Personalen är helt underbar och väldigt hjälpsamma med allt. Stranden är bara någon minut ifrån hotellet och walking street är också väldigt nära! Fräscht hotell, enda minus var att wifi var dåligt på rummet men funkar jättebra nere i receptionen. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell.

Location is good, near to the immigration and walking street.

To acc as the resort from this hotel it is a 5 minute walk up the beach when the tide is in you may have to paddle home

The Breeze können wir aufgrund diverser "Mängel" leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Bra hotell för priset. Hårda sängar, dåligt wi-fi, jättetrevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Bo hellre på andra sidan av ön, sunrise beach. Finare strand.

Breeze lipe was great beach resort a stones throw away from the beautiful pattaya beach and just far enough away from walking street to be quiet. Only thing missing was the ability to rent sun loungers on the beach, it would be nice if breeze could of joined up with one of the hotels so we could rent a sun lounger however we were not allowed to use them.
