Het enige minpuntje is de zwakte van wifi. De eigenaar probeert het iedereen naar de zin te maken. De kamer is proper, het sanitair goed onderhouden. De ligging is uitstekend.

There is a big variety of food options in this area , fast food ,restaurants , bakeries and also 2-3 mini markets with fruit and veggie options to buy . Beds were really comfortable and even there was air conditioning system there was no need to switch on

Sehr schöne Zimmer, wir hatten einen tollen Blick über die Bucht! Der Besitzer hat sich um ein Leihauto gekümmert, welches wir direkt ans Hotel gebracht bekamen. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder empfehlen und nicht oben in der Chora wohnen, da die Busverbindungen nach oben super sind und man hier unten einfach den Strand und ebenfalls tolle Restaurants hat.

This is a great little beach hotel. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The hotel ocould use some little upgrades and TLC but it's comfortable, clean, and perfectly located.

It was my second stay in this hotel and I enjoyed it as much as my first visit. Perfect hotel if you want something affordable, comfortable, and conveniently located in Serifos. I am looking forward to my next visit!

Nice, comfortable, and quiet property on the Serifos harbour. It is no frills, but everything you need is at you doorstep here (restraunts, shop, beach). The owner is very friendly and helpful. Daily cleaning helped keep out all the sand I was tracking from the beach too :) My only minor quibble is the fridge could be a bit noisy at night, if you're a light sleeper like me. I would definitely stay here again.

Meget meget venlige og hjælpsom. Værelset var ikke så stort, men der var meget rent og pænt. Der var en stor altan til værelset. Demitri fik hjælp af den sødeste, livsglade ,modne kvinde. Der er ingen servering, men området bugner af bagere, restauranter og caféer, så det er ukompliceret at få sin mad.

I will definitely recommend this place! The owner, Dimitris was so friendly and helpful - he even came and picked us up from the port. He also arranged the taxi for the wine tour - which was really good as there are only four taxis on the island so it is not a guarantee to get one. The room was very clean. Great location in the middle of literally everything in Livadaki, right next to the beach bus station and a stone throw away from the Chora station. You can’t go wrong with this one. But choose the sea view appartment! We took the mountain view, it was nice, but I am sure the sea view would have been worth the extra money.

Lovely simple property- very clean and conveniently located in Serifos. Ask for rooms 9 or 10- big balcony overlook in the harbor!

Get the second floor terrace rooms (only two)-wonderful views and breezes. Dimitris at the desk is very friendly and helpful!

Good location

Très bon séjour, avec hôtesse sympathique et prévenante. Jolie terrasse,avec vue sur la baie, au dessus d'un restaurant ouvert le soir....pas de nuisance sonore si fenêtres fermées pour la climatisation.

Excellente adresse face à la baie, à quelques mètres de la plage et de tous les commerces. Proche aussi du port, cet hôtel est très bien situé pour ne pas avoir besoin de voiture. Pour le reste de l'île, une journée avec un scooter est parfaite. Hôtelier très accueillant et aimable.

Περιποιημένο δωμάτιο, σε καλό σημείο. Δεν υπήρχε εύκολος χώρος πάρκινγκ, αλλά αυτό είναι μειονέκτημα όλου του νησιού, και όχι του καταλύματος.

Très bon séjour, la situation de l'hôtel est idéale, à proximité immédiate des restaurants et de la plage. Notre réservation à l'hôtel Cyclades a été annulée et transférée à l'hôtel Maistrali tout à côté. L'hôtel est confortable, les chambres bien équipées, terrasse avec vue sur mer. La décoration est néanmoins désuète et datée.

We had a very nice stay in Hotel Cyclades. Great location, clean, comfortable and friendly. 10/10.

The hotel was well situated, adjacent to the beach and just a short stroll from restaurants, markets and other businesses in the port. My room, Room #1, was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, measuring about 7 1/2 feet wide. I'd recommend the hotel, but not Room #1. That said, it did, however, have a lovely little balcony. But then so did the other rooms in the hotel. The owner, Dimitri, was very nice, though we had to wait about 45 minutes to check in, because he was in Athens and the hotel's minder was nowhere to be found.

It is the perfect hotel for the price. Very stylish and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is ideal and the rooms overlook the sea.

Cyclades Hotel has a very good location, it’s a quiet place, the rooms are modern and furnished with a good taste. From the balcony there’s a nice view of the sea. Dimitris is the best host.

Excellent room with nice accommodation and comfort bed. Nice view to the sea. It was cleaned every day. Very friendly staff. It is located 1 minute from the center of Livadi. There is no parking and the car was left almost 500 metres away or 4 to 5 minutes walk.

The owners Demetrius and Costas are super nice and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the ferry. My single room fit my needs and wants perfectly -- clean, small, well-kept & w/ a small balcony facing the bay.

Nice hotel right in the middle of Livadi (port). The owner Dimitrius was extremely nice and helpful. Close to bus stops, restaurants, and great beach.

We were just three steps away from the beach! We could wake up and dip into the sea immediately. What's better than that? The taverna on the beach is part of the hotel so very convenient. Only thing the room does get hot, but there is air conditioning. It's also very close to bus stop and ferry, so easy to explore the island from there. I'd definitely come back!

Comfortable and clean good location.

Cyclades hotel is a really great choice! The rooms have been recently renovated in simple but, still great style for a comfortable stay. Note that even the shower, which usually is a problem in the Greek Islands, is nicely designed: big enough even for big people and with super water pressure! The staff is friendly and always available, and the location great on the main road of a pretty and safe from the winds beach. A nice place in a magic island, I will definitely return.

We had a room on the top floor where the views are spectacular. It has a huge patio shared with another room - fine if you have nice quiet neighbours like we did. It had a couple of sun loungers on it. It would be nice if there were a couple more so both rooms had some. It is 5 min walk from the port, right next to the beach and restaurants and bars. Our room was big and very clean with a good sized bathrooms. Comfortable bed and bedding. Could have done with some more pillows but didn't get round to asking. Wifi doesn't work on the top floor but a small price to pay for the view!

Close to all amenities. Great owners, very welcoming

We had room 10 on the top floor with a huge shared balcony with one other room . What a view whether in the morning for breakfast or early evening drinks and of course a night cap the view of the beach or chora was perfect. The hotel owner Costa and his staff where all very friendly and couldn't do enough for us . Even Costa father was teaching us some Greek words what a sweetie. The island for us was perfect just enough to do at night and loads of private and beautiful beaches to choose from.As Arnie would say We'll be back.

Great hotel! Highly recommended! Right by the sea and only a short walk in either direction to the port/city or the beach. The owner is extremely friendly and picked us up at the port. I'd stay here again! Excellent hotel!

It was an ideal start to our island hopping trip.

It was a hotel perfect for its size and comfort. In the centre of town close to all amenities and the port and yet its location enabled us to just cross the street and dive into a clean blue sea!The value for money with superb even if it was on high season. Friendly staff, clean, quite perfect for relaxing holidays! Thoroughly recommend it!
