Best Western Marquis Inn & Suites

Quietness,comfortable bed

Very clean and a nice quiet area.

Newly renovated, nice new beds, spacious, very helpful and friendly staff ! Great breakfast! Clean rooms, reception and breakfast area.

Room was clean and large. Breakfast included was good.

Staff were super helpful

The area, like most of Prince Albert was sketchy with groups of undesirables hanging around.

Very clean, nice staff who checked in with us to make sure everything was good, good breakfast, best hotel in Prince Albert.

The hotel sold our room to someone else on arrival and we never got to stay there. Were we charged for 4 nights?

We should have been contacted to let us know if we wanted the room or not. Very poor communication

Everything

Nothing

Early check in and staff were friendly.

The construction being done

I liked the friendly staff and the clearness. Like usual, I am a vip member

The smell of room 221 smelled like cat piss I couldn't sleep and now my nostrils are sore like im going to catch a flu bug.

Standard continental breakfast. Well stocked and a variety of choices for breakfast. Coffee/juices available. The pancake machine was interesting as I have never seen that before. All in all, a good way to start the morning.

I think the only thing I wasn't happy with and granted the weekend was busy with tournaments. My room was next to the lobby and the restaurant, your "quiet time" after 10pm to 7am turned into a 11:30pm to 7am. Loud clapping and cheering and kids running up and down the hallways. Will definitely ask for a different room if that is offered. Too loud for my sleeping taste. I had been up since 430am and got back to the hotel at 10pm...just wanted to go to sleep.

It was easy to find the rooms and it was clean

Nothing

Breakfast was quite good. Few options for dinner.

Sounds from neighbouring room (talking , crying, unwell ) from neigbours was quite disturbing.. Not needed to hear that during the night.

Friendly staff, location very accessible

Mattress near the window has sunken in the middle and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. I suggest it should be replaced with a new one. It’s unfair and unfortunate for the guests who pay the full price but don’t get to sleep good.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

No security to keep the homeless away Pulled up opened my door and he practically climbed in the car with me wanting money while there was another checking if the doors of the surrounding vehicles were locked

The location was outstanding for me, so this hotel neighbours the Art Hauser Centre to the south. I walked to the game to cover it. I was there for a work trip, and I got all my work goals done, which is the aim of a work trip.

Didn’t have breakfast

The room smelled like old, dirty carpet. I was not made aware that I needed to request a room cleaning. It was very overpriced

Breakfast was excellent.

There was a persistent odor when entering the room, by the door to the bathroom.

Breakfast included

Nothing

Noisy room, the place is old and not maintained. staff was rude during check in process as we arrived an hour before check in time. We had to leave with our luggage and come back for check in at 9:00 pm as the staff wanted to charge an extra half day for an hour early check in even though the rooms were available. Never had this experience before in any hotel in the last 25 years.

I wasn’t even able to check in, apparently you need a credit card to be able to stay there. All I have is KOHO but they said it was a debit card. So I stayed elsewhere after calling around 4 or 5 different places.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful,Economical, great breakfast, bed decoration👍

More coffee in the room

The stuff on front desk are very nice

Nice hotel

Nothing

Friendly service, facilities were well looked after and clean

Parking area seems very safe. Nice and quit. Rooms very clean and nice size. Breakfast was awesome and free with your room

It was horrible very loud. I called front desk at 1200am they sent security there. Nothing changed. We were woke up every hr all night. The shower head was filthy and no pressure. We talked to the front desk when we checked out. To see what they would do to make up for it. Nothing!! Very disappointing stay with them. I will never go back!!

Anne was a great host! She upgraded our room and assured our stay was very pleasant!

Friendly Staff, and great continental breakfast.

Staff were friendly, and courteous.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds we were happy with the stay

Breakfast choices

Strong cleaner or chemical smell in the carpeted area going to the room.

Amazing stay!

The staff was amazing! Marwa went out of her way numerous times. She even remembered my name! When Marwa and Mica were working the front desk they created a welcoming lovely environment.

Location easily accessed. Room air conditioner was very quiet and effective. Very clean, with friendly service. Good coffee at the breakfast.

Could use firmer pillows. Toppings for the porridge were not refilled.

clean facility, rooms nice

maybe keep the breakfast open til 10 am for senior citizens

No service

Very good value, excellent breakfast options, clean, friendly staff. My only complaint was that we were in a room with a king bed. The room was great…except there was only a desk chair. No other chairs (or sofa) and no table. A microwave and fridge were there, but no where for two people to sit. We asked for an additional chair and were brought one quickly (another desk chair), but it just seemed very odd. There was plenty of space available within the room to put one — in fact, it looked like there had probably been one sometime in the past. I’m not keen on just sitting on a bed. It had been a long day of travel, we were exhausted and just wanted to snack from the contents of our cooler but there was no where to sit and no where to set things. We’re seniors and have stayed in a lot of hotels/motels, etc during the years and it just seemed very odd.

Everything was great judt like every thrr time

Great staff and location, clean rooms and facility

A few people wandering through the parking lot , perhaps a security issue

Beds are like new the king size was comfortable

Rooms here are always clean snd staff is curtious

Staff very friendly would be nice if check in time was 2 pm

Awesome

Property was little old. Its requires some renovations. But still its a good hotel to stay.

All the staff were super nice and very helpful, the room was very clean

Pleased with the staff and property

Awesome

Facility for laundry

Staff were excellent, accomodating and pleasent

Everything was as it should be

Check in was efficient and friendly, The restaurant was good, a limited menu but the food was good. My room was spacious and clean. The hotel is starting to show some age but it’s still a good quiet place to stay

Very dated. Issues giving me my damage deposit back. Machine didn’t work. Clean. Old building smell. Not bad.

Wonderful to stay there

The staff was very friendly and asked questions about my trip and how I was

Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and always cheerful.

Everything was in place. Overall a good experience.

Nothing as such.

We booked the family room/suite. It was well prepared, ready and clean when we arrived. Enough space for my family of 6. Location easy to get to. Quiet surroundings and hotel. Very nice and friendly staffs. I liked that I can do check in online. Free continental breakfast is good and added value to our stay.

The hotel is just fine. No issues. The only two complaints I have can be avoided. I went to the restaurant on my own to bring some food to my room while I worked and 7 chicken wings were 22 dollars. Just wings with no sides. Crazy. The gym has a few rickety machines so not very useful.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, the room was quiet, but the facility is outdated and old, although clean.

Not good

Although the property is a bit dated, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly

Very clean hotel , front desk staff very polite, hot breakfast delicious , would definitely stay again
