Well laid out room, separate area for bed and kitchenette sitting area. Very clean. Great restaurant accommodating vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free dietary restrictions. Free breakfast in a lovely dining area. Very quiet. Beautiful setting with outdoor landscaped sitting area.

The hotel was a good jumping off point for a visit to Mount Robson National Park. It’s in quiet grounds just outside the small town of Valemount. We had a suite with lounge area and small balcony from the bedroom. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was of a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was buffet style with reasonable choice.

The lounge was an inside area with no natural light. Overall the hotel feels a little dated and tired.

The place was beautiful and the staff outstanding..your front desk day man was awesome and very pleasant

Our hotel and room were excellent. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel lobby had a coffee machine with a wonderful variety to choose from. We also made good use of the hot tub and pool.

As previously reported on an earlier triphaving a good onsite restaurant is a big plus.

We did not get a good server in the restaurant this time. (Very slow) Our previous server was very good and actually stepped in to help this time too.

J'avais envoyé un message quant à l'air conditionné, car nous n'aimons pas qu'il fasse froid dans la chambre. Le réception nous a dit qu'elle s'en occupait et en arrivant force a été de constater que la chambre était gelée. J'ai fait la remarque aux équipes mais à part de plates excuses... pas grand chose.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen, müssten dringend mal renoviert werden. Teilweise löst sich die Tapete ab, die Zimmer sind etwas muffig und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges 2-Zimmer-Appartment mit Balkon. Es war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Außenanlage war sehr schön angelegt mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das dazugehörige Restaurant kann man weiterempfehlen. Gute Ausgangslage für den Mt. Robson und für Jasper.

A nice stop over for travelers through the mountains. Very kind staff, clean rooms, walking trail at the back. Excellent in house restaurant- a bison burger is a must!

Facilities are very impressive. Gorgeous building, beautiful courtyard, excellent pool area. Amenities were great as well. Bedding, pillows and other parts of the room were wonderful. Probably the best shower I've ever used.

Tried calling the hotel to book directly. No one answered, and the voicemail message told me to leave my name and number and get a call back. No one called back.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung mit bequemem Bett. Das Abendessen war gut, auch das Frühstück war mit einer guten Auswahl am Buffet gut und auch der Kaffee schmeckte. Für eine Nacht ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl

Das Mobiliar des Hotels wirkt schon etwas bejahrt. Die Hotelbar ist leider nicht in Betrieb, was dem Hotel etwas Leben und Charme geben würde. Das Hotel liegt ausserhalb des Dorfes am Highway. Nachts hört man die Lastwagen vorbeidonnern. Das Hotel ist relativ teuer für was es ist.

Really professional staff for the check-in. Complementary tea and coffee at the lobby which is really considerate. Clean and comfortable room with tea and coffee. For Asian customers hot water available in the lobby is really helpful. Great breakfast (eggs, bacon, salad, bread, waffle machine…) only at 10 dollars if booked at reception! Have to say that the staff are really professional sharing all necessary info not just about the hotel but also about how to react to bears properly as there is a hiking trail right next to its backyard. Also, though it’s a pet friendly hotel, staff would respond immediately when there is a barking occurs which could affect customers. Finally, really enjoyed the family room which offers separate spaces.

Excellent hotel. Hand sanitizer on every floor, ice machine on every floor, even sanitized the tv control (which many more expensive hotels don't do). Breakfast was great (though this was the first BW we paid extra for breakfast, but only $10 per person--well worth it!). Great hiking trail onsite and probably other good stuff I've forgotten.

An amazing hotel. Everything is great - the location the amenities, the rooms, the food. Great location as only roughly 80 mins from Jasper and not too far from the other amazing locations in the area. Can’t recommend enough

Spent a night here as a stop off, but massively surpassed expectations! Great welcome, lovely room, great pool / jacuzzi, awesome breakfast (in the sun!) in a beautiful and very accessible location. Staff very friendly and obliging, absolutely no complaints at all. Incredible value for money, highly recommended.

Location was excellent and the woods, marsh walks just behind the hotel were a very nice additional surprise. Room was clean and tidy and check in and out nice and quick.

The room was clean and comfortable, and Best Western is pet-friendly, which is important for us. The location on the edge of town near the wetlands trail is great! The option of pre-paying for the breakfast along with the room was more economical than ordering a la carte, and the breakfast was very good. I was quite surprised to see a robot server!

After a tiring day I chose to take a bath rather than a shower and I found that the design of the bathtub , with no edge on the wall side, made it very difficult to get in and out of the tub. The safety bar is set at a height that works for a shower but not a bath - the tub really needs a lower bar that would allow a person taking a bath to get better leverage for getting in/out.

Rooms were good, they were clean, liked the 3 beds in each room. Pool was nice for the kids.

The restaurant hostess/server was very rude. We had a toddler with us and had to wait for our room to be ready. She kicked us out of the area, it was open area, no doors or walls from the lobby area, she said “ this area is for paying guests”. As the restaurant was not open yet we didn’t have a chance to order. We moved to a small couch in the lobby. She was rude and lost the business for 8 of us. We ended up going out to a restaurant for dinner, after driving for over 8 hours putting the children back into the car to go eat.

The best western in Valemount checks all the boxes. From the excellent staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are clean and updated. The pool is great.

The Best Western was accommodating to our needs and exceeded our expectations.

Breakfast was only available until 9:30am. There was not a whole lot available for people with Celiac and we couldnt collect Best Western points as we booked with booking.com.

Hotle was a beautiful modern log style, that I totally admire. There is Balcony rooms on the second floor. We had a family weekend. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide. It had towels for after the pool. The room was clean and comfy. We packed alot but it was easy to get around with the elevator, or the second floor stair case in the lobby that has the warms and comfort of the real wood burning fireplace. The breakfast was delicious and variety. I enjoyed the mountain snow cap scenery while having coffee ☕️ my children enjoyed the computers up stairs as well. It was fun and relaxing at once. A decent place to stay if your traveling through riding, biking or a weekend in the small charming town of Valmont. B.C

Six ft of water soaked carpet from faulty AC unit. Misty/moody smell. No solution offered. Wet-vac, towels, anything would have been great.

Hotel hat die besten Tage hinter sich. Alles alt und abgenutzt. Personal ist nicht unfreundlich, aber die Freundlichkeit wurde hier auch nicht erfunden. Das Niveau des Restaurants bewegt sich auf einem sehr bescheidenen Niveau. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ schon fast eine Zumutung. Leider hat es in Valemount auch keine grosse Auswahl zum Übernachten.

Alles in diesem Hotel kann verbessert werden. Wer den Mount Robson nicht unnbedingt besuchen will, kann auch durchfahren bis Jasper. Dort sind die Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten wesentlich grösser. Aber: früh buchen !

Every was great Enjoyed our stay and would come again. Thee trance to the hotel parking lot is poorly lit We came back to the hotel one evening after dark in the pouring rain I found the location of the entry difficult to find. The hotel is visible but navigating the turn in the dark was a challenge
