The hotel is clean, breakfast was great, conveniently right off the highway but still quiet. The pool was a bit chilly, and the parking lot had lots of ruts but out of the hotels control. We will stay again!

I rarely write reviews for a hotel stay, but I have to say that I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the amenities. I really appreciated it.

The breakfast was fantastic! Very friendly staff, and the room was nice and clean. The room included pots, pans, and utensils.

There was no hand soap, just a face bar soap.

Size of the room. Breakfast and supper included.

Bed are not that confortable. Will be nice to have a hot tub with the pool.

Property is on the Main HWY. Jake Brakes were loud. Breakfast was quite good with longer hours than most places. Would stay again.

Room was very clean and had a good wi-fi

The shower at 9am was ice cold took about 5 to 7 minutes to get to cold temperature. Could not shower in morning due to cold water. Whilst checking out I commented to front desk that the water was cold and her response was due to cold weather outside. It was only around -3c. Regardless of the weather the water should always be hot. Paid over $200 for a terrible stay.

The included breakfast was delicious. The staff were all very friendly. The proximity to the town services and access to the hotel were great. Lots of parking available.

The vehicle plug ins were lacking. It was a cold snap and there were not enough plug ins for the parking lot. The pool temperature was super cold. - unable to be used The elevators were painfully slow 05:00 the smell of the breakfast preparation was quite strong in the room/ ventilation. We were on the 4th floor, and it smelled like breakfast was being prepared in our room.

After a hard day in the field going to my room clean and fresh is most important to me. Having a room with kitchenette, pots, pan, knife, cutting board, toaster kettle and cutlery, and upright fridge is a plus. I love the customers appreciation night that happens twice a week, food is great even breakfast is better than other places. Definitely were coming back this summer for our next job.

Place was probably one of the best ! I stay in hotels 100 nights a year for work, and they have it all Friendly helpful girls up front, Young Breakfast guy, actually cooks eggs Benny, poached wrapped with bacon, real bacon, not like that freeze dried skinny cr☆p,and even saved me Breakfast when I late coming I from nightshift. Rooms are updated, and very clean,

Incredible place to stay. The staff is friendly, helpful and always eager to help. The room was comfortable and the meals were great. Overall it's a great experience. I suggest checking it out. Thank you for everything, we will be back again.

The best staff of any hotel I stay at for work. They go qbove to make sure your stay is the best Thank you as always, will be back soon. And a big thanks to the kitchen staff for always making great meals. It's greatly appreciated. Being away alot its so nice having such caring people there.

I enjoyed the breakfast the most, the rooms were very modern and the kitchenettes were a fair size. All staff was extremely friendly also. I would gladly stay here again for sure. I did not get a chance to check out the pool or steam room but seen others enjoying them.

Great staff, clean and well maintained rooms. Surprise dinner meals. But far the best hotel in Fox Vegas. The breakfast looked standard, but the cook made everything taste a little better. Housekeeping staff were friendly, my dog was excited to see and be greeted by everyone.

If you checkin late do not let them give you room 131. The plumbing can be heard in the wall all night, staff uses the ice machine in the early hours of the morning and there’s an outside door that is continually slammed. The staff know it is a poor room and leave until last. But they not rent it at all!

We stayed in a double Queen room with a kitchenette and it was the most spacious room we’ve ever had. Everything was clean, the breakfasts were fantastic and there was a complimentary supper on Friday night included as well. It was quiet and welcoming. If we ever go back to Fox Creek, we wouldn’t stay in any other place.

Staff were outstanding, how they managed to keep the hotel in such a spick and span condition amazed me! Fox Creek is an oil town,hence, the hotel is primarily used by contractors. The pool is small but serviceable, and rooms are clean and spacious with fridge and microwave. There is available good free breakfast every day, and guest appreciation dinners are for free on the nights served ! Simply great hotel. Tim Hortons right across from entrance !

The location does not have any entertainment that being said. This is the hotel you should use if you need to come to Fox Creek.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Decor, breakfast, and staff. I always stay here when I’m in Fox Creek (about twice per year). No complaints, I will be back. I definitely recommend this hotel. They guest appreciation meals a couple nights per week.

This hotels got a great hot free breakfast not just muffins and cereal. they also have a free supper a few nights a week which really good too

Front desk staff bend over backwards for me because of my mistake. They went well above and beyond of what good service is. Abby, in particular, she dealt with me and my issues from the start. There were two other young ladies that stepped in when she left and knocked it out of the park. Unfortunately I can not remember their names, but one started with a “G” and the other was an “A”. That is my second consecutive stay at a Best Western Plus, different locations, but both amazing service. Changing my whole perspective on where I stay in the future. Great Job as a chain, independent or not. Thank you Cody

I had stayed in many BW locations and mid-class hotels, and this location is the way too far better compared to others. The hotel Cleanliness and the customer service is top notch! kudos to Akia for superb customer service! Even the complimentary breakfast selection and the evening customers appreciation meal are way better compared to other locations. This is MUST hotel to stay if you are in Fox Creek or nearby town. You will not Regret it!!!

I wouldn't stay any place else. I do spend alot of time in Fox Cfeek and I always appreciate the front staff. The girls are so friendly and it's nice they always greet me so pleasantly. Thank you as always and I look forward to my next visit and stay.

Dry clean and comfortable beds

Hotel was nice. Staff was great and accommodating. -40's when we staying here the lack of plug ins for parking lot was lacking badly specially for a northern Alberta hotel.

Property was great, location also offered complimentary dinner a few nights while was a bonus.

The hotel staff make this place a fantastic place to stay. Rooms are well kept, the hotel is clean, the staff are super friendly, the breakfasts are really tasty, taco Tuesday is fantastic with the sweet /spicy sauce they make, customer appreciation Fridays are fantastic. It has been one of the best places I’ve stayed in a very long time.

Karen at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. The meals during the week that the hotel supplies are awesome!!! The steam room and pool are very relaxing and clean. I would highly recommend staying at the Best Western in Fox Creek.

Everything was good- its an oilfield town

Fantastic service , staff and amenities. Breakfast everyday dinner 3 times a week. Comfy rooms what more can you ask for? Family had a great time business centre was always available. Will definitely come back

My husband and kids and I loved how big the room was. Had 2 tvs. Jacuzzi tub in the room. Pool was good but the sauna needs to be hotter. Thank you 😊

Best magical Customer experience was from Pankhuri ,the front desk lady. Very smart, full of smiles and very helpful. An assest to BW for creek. The other ta with the front desk and the kitchen side are all friendly and warm.

We had driven 11 hours that day and were tired when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a complimentary dinner provided as well as breakfast the following morning. Our room was very comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and professional.

The room was huge and the overall look of the hotel was very nice. Great breakfast on the weekends and a guest appreciation dinner on Friday was a nice surprise! The staff were all so friendly and ready to help at a moments notice!

This is the third week ive stayed here and have appreciated all the effort the staff puts into our stay ! Ive been there on business and the customer appreciates nights and the breakfasts have been amazing !

My room was in the third floor and the ventilation system was so bad that my room stunk so bad from their kitchen cooking in the morning, will never stay here again
